ROOM 201 - RAMADA INN - 7150 N TAMIAMI TRAIL - SARASOTA FL 34243 - NEWLY REFURBISHED MAY 2014 - This is a privately-owned hotel room at A MAJOR HOTEL - Sarasota. It has a New king size bed with new 47 inch led flat screen television with full cable and HBO. Full bathroom with bath/shower. Microwave and small refrigerator. Tiki Bar nearby has great seating near the heated pool and Marina. Close to the airport and shopping/restaurants including one on premesis. NEW FURNITURE - BED - 47 INCH LED TV This is a hotel room, It is meant for short term stays. In the slower season, May thru November, longer stays may be appropriate with discounted weekly or monthly rates. PLEASE - NO SMOKING NO PETS Are ALLOWED IN THE ROOM (HOTEL POLICY - $250 PENALTY APPLIES) hotel breakfast is not available, but Crager’s restaurant next door gives a 10% discount for condo guests.

Great location, corner unit over looking marina next to wonderful pool and tiki hut! Would love to stay in this unit again!!

Suggestion for the owner, since this is a private room owned by someone, is to make it a little homier. Like a shower stand in the shower and a corner stand in the bathroom. Some beach pictures and a beach pillow on the bed would be great, as well as a bigger refrigerator. To anyone looking to stay, the room is clean and certainly ample. The only issues are that a band plays on Friday and Saturday nights until 11 pm or so right outside the room to the left. If you are an early to bed type of person, it’s loud. And don’t eat at the restaurant. Overpriced and under spiced. Food had no flavor at all. You are close to the Sarasota airport, so planes take off right overhead, another loud issue if you are an early to bed type of person. None of these issues are the owners fault at all, but just letting any potential renters know. I would return, but only if there was some of the things I mentioned that would be added to the room. Otherwise, I’d do a vrbo.
