Welcome to Lighthouse 704 in beautiful Gulf Shores. This direct Gulf-front condo is located on the 7th floor and features beautiful décor and furnishings with plenty of room for everyone. We live in Gulf Shores and take pride in caring for our units to ensure guests have a great experience. Follow us on FB "Gulf Shores By Owner."
GULF-FRONT BALCONY VIEWS (OVERSIZED):
The oversized private Gulf-front balcony can be accessed from BOTH the living room and the master bedroom. Enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. The balcony includes:

🏖️ One lounge chair
Perfect for sunrise coffee, dolphin watching, and spectacular sunsets.
LIVING ROOM:
🏖️ Queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress (more comfortable than traditional sofa beds)
🏖️ Recliner and chair
🏖️ Large flat screen Smart TV
KITCHEN & LAUNDRY:
🏖️ Granite countertops and stainless appliances (refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric range, microwave)
🏖️ Stocked with essentials: pots/pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, blender, crockpot, and more
🏖️ Large pantry and lots of cabinet space
🏖️ Full-size washer/dryer, plus ironing board and iron
BEDDING (SLEEPS UP TO 8):
🏖️ Primary bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, private bath with large walk-in tile shower, balcony access, blackout drapes
🏖️ Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV, access to guest bathroom
🏖️ Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed, Smart TV, located next to the third bathroom

🏖️ Each vehicle requires a parking permit
SMOKE-FREE BUILDING:
🏖️ No smoking in the unit or on the balcony.
🏖️ No smoking in common areas (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes/vapes, pipes, cigars, etc.).
🏖️ Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area located at the front east side of the building.
HOUSE RULES:
🏖️ Must be 25 or older to reserve (per association rules and regulations).
🏖️ No pets (per association rules and regulations).
🏖️ 30-day cancellation policy.
🏖️ Check-in: 4:00 PM
🏖️ Check-out: 10:00 AM

Very noisy all night in the condo as elevator had a common wall.Spacious except for one bedroom.Would come again but to another condo.Price was semi reasonable.Very disappointed in the prices of the chairs and umbrellas (even for a partial day). Knowing they were a separate company & not really associated with the condo.Communication by Jason was excellent. He represents the owners and VRBO very well.
