This incredible 9000 sq. ft. lodge features 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 2 spacious kitchens. This property is family friendly. Most bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and large walk-in closets. It’s the destination for all your adventures, including: memorable Utah family vacations, large family reunions, retreats, corporate events, holiday parties, and weddings. Our road and property is plowed when it snows so you can drive and park safely. The lodge is regularly deep cleaned and we’ve replaced all bedding and towels. Each kitchen has a reverse-osmosis water tap for drinking and cooking if preferred. All showers are equipped with new massaging water filtration showerheads. LOCATION - Park City is an outdoor adventure destination. Skip the in-town traffic in Park City and go directly to Deer Valley’s Jordanelle Gondola, Park City Mountain Resort, Old Town Park City, and the Sundance Film Festival. You will want a car or shuttle service due to the off-grid location, but a free bus can take you anywhere in Park City. During the winter, please be sure to rent a vehicle with 4 wheel drive. We have the best snow on earth and 4 wheel drive will serve you well. Our guests enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, tubing, and snowmobiling in winter. Hiking, paddleboarding, ATVing, fly fishing, swimming, and more available nearby in summer. Recreate nearby at Rockport Reservoir, Jordanelle Reservoir, Weber River, Provo River, and dozens of golf courses. Most destinations are a 10-20 minute drive, making the lodge a perfect launching pad to endless adventures. From the time we arrived at the property until the time we left, the managers of this lovely property were attentive and very helpful. Children ranging in age from 6 to 17 had plenty to do, and the adults had great gathering space for visiting. The pirate ship and indoor basketball court kept younger children busy, and the theater room allowed all to relax and watch their favorite shows. The primary kitchen was large and inviting, and there were tables on both floors for puzzling, gaming, writing, arts and crafts, and eating. Three refrigerators held food for three days, with plenty of space to spare. We had a great time around the fire pit while roasting marshmallows and reminiscing. It was great to get away from the city heat for a few days and have time together. Thank you for providing this beautiful spot.

Property description should detail what off the grid & working ranch really means. Caretakers very responsive to plowing cars out of snow and daily issues of house repairs, all, of which, should have been fixed before guests arrive (broken bed frames, lights & outlets not working, old & uncomfortable mattresses, hot water for only 2-3 showers at a time, corroded fixtures & drains, one toilet not affixed to floor, 2 pages of things not to do given at check in with guest signature required. House not cleaned properly (rotten fruit, clothes found & very dusty, Again caretakers couldn’t have better, owners need to repair property for the luxury price they are getting .

The property was gorgeous. The number for available sleeping included futons in the upstairs and the game room. Limited showers for a group of 18. Too few blankets and sheets for all of the beds.
Our group made the best of it, and we had a great time. We would stay there again if some of the small issues were resolved.

We had a group of 36 stay here for our family reunion. We ate meals together in the very nice and big main floor kitchen. The kids watched movies in the theater room. We spent time at close by lakes. Everyone loved that they had their own bedroom and bathroom. I would recommend this place and Kristen, Michael and Zack’s who helped us with every question or concern to anyone needing a place for a big group.

Pros and cons to staying at this property
Pros: We had 31 people in our group and there was plenty of room in the lodge. Having two kitchens was convenient for cooking for a large group. The kids loved the in door play area. It was also a great location for going to the lake. Jordanelle and Rockport reservoirs are really close.
Cons: Having only one filtered water tap in the kitchen that could be used for useable water was super inconvenient. The bathroom sinks and showers left you smelling like iron. We also had multiple plumbing issues. We Only had cold water the first day and then had a clogged toilet. Maintenance did come out but they were unfriendly and then blamed us for the problems. There is still an on going mouse problem. We had a mouse in one of the bedroom and there were mouse droppings underneath the kitchen sink. It would also have been nice to have some useable outside space. Everything is dirt or wood chips and no chairs or places to sit outside. It was not really conducive to spending time outside or letting the kids play out side.

All the bunks were double bed size. The kitchen was huge and equipped with just about anything one needed to cook. The playroom with the basketball court was a real hit as well as the hot tub. The Solarium with the beautiful plants was truly enjoyed by all. Jit is a great place to sit and enjoy the plants and outdoors at the same time. I could go on but I think you get the point. We had a wonderful time and we definitely hope to come back again. The manager, Kristen as well as Mike, the caretaker, couldnt have been more helpful. They were a quick phone call away if ever we needed them and they were johnny-on-the- spot to handle anything we needed. They definitely get 5 stars from the Smith family.!!!

While I understood this was a working farm and I grew up in Idaho on a farm, I was not expecting cow legs and carcasses parts to be scattered all over the driveway and around the house. To make matters worse, when a 13 year old girl asks the farm hand about it, they told her they would be killing and butchering another cow in the driveway that evening.
The next day someone went outside to go for a walk and she was bit in the arm by a farm hands dog. The farm hand told the girl the German Shepard was an actual coyote.
Everything on the outside of the lodge was overgrown with weeds and there is nothing that can be done outside.
While this property has potential, for the price per night and experience we had, I would not recommend staying here.

This OTG property served our family well with its spaciousness, many bedrooms and sleeping accommodations, large kitchen, media room, pool table & hot tub. Ideal for large families! Property manager was great to work with and very responsive to our requests and needs. As with any OTG location, be prepared for non-drinkable water, weak internet, lots of mud around the exterior of the home, and mice issues. Even with these situations, we enjoyed being able to have everyone comfortably under the same roof and share priceless and quality time together.

Amazing family getaway!
We can’t say enough good about our stay at OTG LODGE. It’s a very unique and wonderful place for large family gatherings. Our kids loved the play ship, basketball, secret play room, theater, and hot tub. Lots of gathering space, very roomy and well furnished.

Awesome house!
This house has everything you need for a getaway with a large group! We had so many different ages in our group and there was something for everyone to do. The theater, game room, and amazing playground made this house our kids favorite vacation rental. It was a nice home with plenty of room and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very accommodating
We had to switch dates on our booking multiple times due to covid. The owners never missed a beat in communication or willingness to help make our special event truly special. Our family reunion turned into a wedding as life happened and this property is ideal for the size of our wedding. Tons of parking for family and friends to meet up and more than enough room to house the wedding party. Many bathrooms and rooms to give bride and groom separate space. Easy to navigate and coordinate here. Not to mention proximity to all the goods Utah has on offer. SLC is a quick drive from here allowing us to have more folks sleep elsewhere but join in on the main event! Any event would seem well set here in my opinion. Can't thank the owners enough for their help!

A MUST VISIT!
We hosted our corporate planning meeting there where 11 people attended and it was the perfect location to host it! The house was huge and had all the amenities one could need. The pictures do not do this place justice - highly recommend. The best part of booking this house was the service. Kristen and her team were absolutely amazing and made everything extremely easy - wonderful at communicating and went above and beyond on helping out when needed. Can't recommend this place enough!
