Located in West Lake Hills, this lovely house for $550 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Large, bright, airy home close to downtown Austin's many entertainment districts (4 miles), Zilker Park - home of ACL Festival and Barton Springs Pool (2 miles), and a convenient drive from the airport (14 miles)! With 4 bedrooms, two living areas and two dining areas, there is plenty of room for a large gathering. Within walking distance to a grocery store, coffee shops, many restaurants, and retail shopping, too! Just a 15 minute drive to the University of Texas! The main floor has a large, open living room and formal dining room which adjoins the open kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen boasts a four-burner gas cooktop, double convection ovens, a microwave oven and a drip coffee maker. Off the breakfast nook is the cozy Master Bedroom with a King bed. It has a private ensuite bathroom with two vanities and a spacious walk-in shower. The entire main floor is accessible without stairs. Also found on the main (ground) floor is a separate half-bathroom. The wide staircase opens onto a large second-floor family room. This space has a big-screen TV with blue-ray DVD player. There is a small kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, a full-size refrigerator, and a small microwave upstairs, also. Three bedrooms are found upstairs. The first two share a "Jack 'n Jill-style" bathroom. The smallest bedroom has a Twin bed and a Twin-sized mattress that can be pulled out as a trundle. The vanity area for this small bedroom is accessible from the family room. A large bedroom with a King-sized bed and an in-room vanity shares a tub/shower and toilet area with the smallest bedroom. The third bedroom upstairs has a Queen-sized bed and a small ensuite, private bath.

Perfect property close to it all

We were first time VRBO renters and we chose the perfect house and the home owners were amazing. There were 8 adults and a 16 year old in our group and the house was spacious and very accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed our time in front of the large windows enjoying the view and listening to some great music. Kristin was such a breath of fresh air throughout the process. She went above and beyond from making arrangements and answering all of my many questions. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. We were there for ACL and it is a perfect location. We took a Uber Friday to 6th Street and it was easy breezy. Saturday morning we all went walking to coffee house and to grab breakfast and snacks. The festival was right around the corner for drop off location. The house has a long driveway and our 3 SUVs and a truck fit perfect. The beds are all clean and comfortable. Plenty of bathroom space and highly recommend for family gathering. We all sat around the dining table, eating, laughing and enjoying the view. Thank you for helping to make it an amazing memory for our families.

This house was great for the 8 people we had for a family reunion in Austin. Very close to downtown (less than 10min), lots of space in the house, everything was clean and Kristin was a great host who was very accessible if we needed anything. Would highly recommend this listing for anyone traveling to Austin!

My family and I stayed at this lovely home for a few days and it was amazing. Kirsten, the hostess, was very helpful and informative. The home is well maintained and is very peaceful with the big windows and tranquil garden views. The home is near downtown. We would definitely recommend staying here! We loved it!

Perfect house for our group

This house was in a great location, and allowed for easy access to downtown and Zilker Park. Kristin was a great host. She made sure we were able to access the house and had everything we needed. She even left us coffee! The house is gorgeous and had plenty of room for our group of 8. We did some cooking and their kitchen had everything we needed. I could not have imagined a better house or experience for our time in Austin. Definitely be sure to book this spot for your trip.

Wonderful space and location! The place was homey, clean, and comfortable. Any time I needed something, I looked and it was there. I easily felt at home during my stay! The 3 and a half bath helped our group of 10 get ready without it taking too long. They also had some really nice speakers which helped set the vibe. The house was about 10-15 mins from downtown which was not too bad. Kristin called us the first day and let us know they were just a phone call away if we needed anything! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place in austin. Thanks again!

Kristin is wonderful with communication! She was actually out of town during my stay, heard that it had gotten cold in Austin, and contacted me about how to adjust the heat and extra blankets. The house itself is beautiful, the street is quiet and pretty, even the neighbors were friendly! Super convenient location less than 5 miles from downtown, a stones throw to Zilker, and a great starting point if you plan to go to dripping springs. Great for large groups (ours actually wound up being 12 strong) and everyone had a place to sleep. 5 stars!
