About this house rental
Situated in West Lake Hills, this lovely house for $800 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to your home away from home! This one story house is perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway, a girls weekend or a comfortable home on a business trip. 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, open kitchen that looks out onto the pool in the spacious fenced in backyard. The main bedroom has a King bed and the other 3 bedrooms have Queen beds, all with seasonally appropriate bedding. Of these 4 bedrooms, one is a studio with a Queen bed, that is attached to the kitchen, but has a door that locks and is private. Within this space is a curtained-off area with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could need for cooking a feast or nibbling on a charcuterie board in the private backyard. There is a Weber grill in the back with the cooking implements if you desire to have a cookout! The walls are filled with eclectic art and the house is artful and colorful. There is wifi and Apple TV in the living area and the master bedroom. Hardwood floors in the bedrooms with area rugs and travertine in the rest of the house. There is an outside area that has an upstairs and downstairs and is just used for storage and a design studio. No one lives there and it is not part of the rental. Austin is such a vibrant, fun city; from the up and coming dining, to funky cafes, to intimate coffee houses and hole-in-the-wall bars, it has quickly grown into one of the most popular vacation spots in the country. Just a hop and skip from Zilker Park, buzzing South Congress Avenue, bat viewing on Congress Bridge, and Lady Bird Lake trail, we want your stay to be as fun and comfortable as possible. We hope this house will be your home away from home!

Trish was so easy to get in contact with! Her house was amazing, so clean, spacious, and well-decorated. Also, the biggest plus was the extra closet filled with anything you might need. Tums, aloe, lotion, EVERYTHING. And the pool was so clean and beautiful. We had a perfect stay. Thank you THANK YOU :)

Quiet neighborhood and gorgeous house, we were all obsessed with the decor!! Easy Ubers to downtown and hot spots. Pool was great and everyone had a fantastic time. Thanks Trish!

We had a wonderful visit in this beautiful home and our thanks to Trish for sharing her home with us .. The accommodation really suited our family and the pool was a huge asset. It was in an ideal location and we were able to explore all the different amenities nearby such as Barton Creek . We also explored Austin itself and did the Austin Duck Tour which I would recommend. I would highly recommend this property

Our family of 7, from grandparents to toddlers, traveled to Austin as a central location. The house is lovely and very well located, accessible to parks and town. It was fully and generously equipped. We enthusiastically recommend it.

We enjoyed the beautiful and quiet back yard and the swimming pool. The house is a gem with color and art everywhere. Everything and anything we needed in the kitchen and the rest of the house was considerately supplied by the owner.

This property was absolutely incredible. It was well appointed, quirky, in a lovely area and overall just a perfect place for a girls weekend. The host, Trish, is also an absolute angel who was very accommodating and kind. Would 10/10 stay at this home again!

The description says home away from home and this place truthfully does not disappoint! This home has everything you need and more! Traveling from out-of-town Trish made our group feel right at home! This house really has it all! From coffee with cream and sugar, every cooking utensil you may possibly need to bedding, bath and pool towels, which makes traveling from out-of-town that much more convenient. The pool is the perfect place to hang out during the day and chill in at night. The house also has pool floats and ample outdoor furniture, leaving our group of 8 plenty of places to chill. It is in a nice neighborhood not far from Downtown Austin or the airport, making getting around by Uber/Lyft very easy. The house was very clean and honestly even better than the pictures! Our group would recommend staying here!

This house is an absolute gem. All of the amenities and decor were so incredibly thoughtful and made our weekend more delightful and special. The pool was cold and refreshing, Trish had every kitchen amenity we needed (including lots of serving dishes and pitchers for large group dining), and she was incredibly kind and communicative throughout our stay. Could not have asked for a better house!!!

The home was a great property for the group. It was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great as a daytime cool down as well as a place to hang out in the evening. The location of the property to downtown Houston was perfect. It was very easy to call an Uber and get a ride to downtown. Thank you.

Great spot and host
Had such a great time! House is so cute and homey that you don’t want to leave. Pool and yard were great for hanging out. We had a group of six girls and everyone was comfortable. Trish was communicative throughout and answered some pretty specific questions I sent her in the weeks leading up to the trip. Thanks for the stay!

My friends and I had a blast spending the weekend here. We loved the way everything was decorated and the place had everything we needed. The pool was great with the floaties that were available. Thank you also for the festive 4th of July cupcakes!

We came here for our girlfriend’s bachelorette/ 30th birthday and it was an absolute dream. Every inch of the home feels like an art museum, the pool is perfection, and it was so homey and spacious for a party of 8. The neighborhood was gorgeous, very safe and quiet. It is well stocked with everything you need and more.

Amazing experience!
We loved this property and it was perfect for our family getaway! The neighborhood was really nice and such close distance to all the fun stuff! When we arrived every room looked perfect and we had a sweet personalized welcome tray! Our kids loved the backyard as it was so spacious and so much room to run around/explore! The kitchen also had practically everything you need including a pantry with so many spices, coffee, tea, syrup, honey,. Etc etc. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we appreciated the hospitality! Will recommend to other friends and family!

This house was wonderful for our girls weekend. The listing details and photos were accurate and the place was super cute. All of the bedrooms were large enough and the beds were comfortable. Trish was so communicative, responding immediately to any questions I had leading up to the trip.
The neighborhood was very nice, felt safe and it was easy enough to get to locations such as downtown, Barton Creek, etc.
The backyard was beautiful, we didn't use the pool, but it would be a great feature if it was later in the season :)
