Located in Nashville, this attractive house for $598 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. My gorgeous house with everything you need to enjoy a few days in Nashville! But the best part - Only mins to downtown! Only about an $6 Uber or Lyft ride to the entertainment district! SORRY. No Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties!!! Has 4 King Master Retreats with wet-bars, mini fridge, dining and sitting areas and 42" Flat Screen TV's. Each bedroom has its own bath!! The 4th Suite bedroom on the 3rd floor has King bed, Jacuzzi jetted tub, and roof top terrace! 2 covered porches and also a roof top terrace with a great view of the downtown skyline especially at night!! To get downtown, you have many choices: Take a 25 minute walk (My favorite! Along the way browse Farmers Market, then checkout Bicentennial park, then take the capital steps up to the State capital building(check out the view!), then on to War Memorial Plaza and your downtown! Just a short walk down Church St to the entertainment district, and you have to walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River just for the view of Nashville!! - Take a $6 Lift or Uber ride (Second best choice!!) - Less than 2 mile drive ( but parking will cost you..especially on the busy weekends!) Great restaurants nearby: Rolf & Daughters - #3 Best New Restaurant in America 2013 Monell's - When in Nashville do what the locals do…Pass the Peas..Please! Stayed with a group of 8 friends (4 couples). The house exceeded expectations. Every couple had their own bedroom/bathroom that came with plenty of space, microwave/fridge/coffee. Common area was great for hanging out after doing things around Nashville. Rick was a great host. Everything is as good or better than in the pictures. House was clean and well equipped with coffee and light snacks. Would definitely stay there again.

My family met in Nashville for some pre Christmas fun. The home was perfect. The location was great and everyone loved their rooms. We were able to hang out in the den and cook together. Richard was helpful and communicated immediately with me when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

It was my husband and I and our 5 grown children. We live in Louisiana and the kids are in California so we don’t get together often. The house was set up so perfectly, it was like we were at home, every convenience available. A lot of really good restaurants in the area. We felt safe and whenever we needed an Uber it was there within 2-3 minutes.

This was a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very close to downtown and easy access from freeway. Great place for a family vacation.

The house was perfect for us - - 8 women in our 70s having a reunion. There was plenty of room to gather together in the common area on the second floor, and then we could retire to our spacious bedrooms for the night. We had good weather so we loved sitting on the front porch and balcony porch with a glass of wine before venturing out to dinner. The house is close to the Nashville Farmers Market and we could walk there for some Jeni's ice cream.
We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. Thank you for the Keurig machine.
Parking was very good, as we had 3 cars.
All in all we had a great time in Nashville and the house was perfect. We would recommend the house to everyone.

This place was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, big, and the set up was perfect. If we go back to Nashville we will definitely stay here. It’s a quick Uber to downtown. Walking is possible but it’s a good 25-30 min.

This home was a perfect fit for our group. We were four couples and the four suites, each with its own full bath, along with the spacious and comfortable common area on the second level made allowed for both family and private time. Richard was helpful and easy to work with, and the location was great for both attractions and simple things like grocery and restaurants. Highly recommend for groups like ours

We absolutely loved this home! It was spacious, clean and
inviting. There were four couples and we each had our own master suite. This gave us the ability to have quiet, private time and the chance to all come together to share meals, play games and watch the Phillies!
The walk down to Broadway was not difficult and when needed we used Uber.
We appreciated the binder on recommendations for food and various places. Rick answered all of our questions and he was very helpful.
We had a great time in Nashville. This is a great place to stay!

We were a group of 4 couples celebrating 20+ anniversaries. The house was perfect with its 4 king suites. Close walk to some attractions or just short uber rides downtown. Outdoor balacony/porches were great places to just hang out. Just a wonderful property.

It was a 3 night stay. Very good location to many attractions. Less than 1.5 miles to Broadway, museums and venues. We are all seniors so, some of us walked and others used Ubers or taxis. It worked very well for 4 couples. It’s an older neighborhood and appears to be a transitioning area. One of the bathrooms could use some general maintenance. Overall, quite satisfied with our stay.

Our family and friends enjoyed staying in this beautifully decorated home with 4 large suites and our own bathroom! The beds were super comfy and the rooms had snacks, filtered water and coffee pods for each Keurig. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook breakfast each day. The living room had games, cards and puzzles that we used during our down time. This home is the perfect location to take a quick uber downtown! We look forward to coming back here again!!

The place was more than we could have asked for! We booked it for a 4 day weekend for 8 people (4 couples) and Richard thought of everything to make our stay feel like home from filtered water in every refrigerator to fully stocked Keurigs to games in the living room!

Wow, what an incredible experience we had at this property! From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by its charm and comfort. The bedrooms were unbelievably spacious, and we loved having our own individualized sink and coffee bar - such a thoughtful touch!
Let me tell you, the beds were an absolute dream. I've never slept on anything more comfortable in my life. The closets and bathrooms were roomy, making it so convenient for all of us to get ready without feeling cramped.
The kitchen and living room were perfect spaces for us to gather and enjoy each other's company. And that balcony off the main level with the porch swing - what a gem! We cherished our mornings sipping coffee and afternoons basking in the fresh air, sharing drinks and laughter together.
The location was just ideal. Only a short $13 Uber ride to downtown, and we loved being walking distance to Germantown, one of our favorite spots in Nashville.
I must say, the property's accommodations were exceptional. It truly catered to all our needs and made our stay in Nashville even more special.
I can't wait to return to Nashville and, with any luck, stay in this beautiful property again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home with awesome master bedrooms. We are 3 couples that are great friends in our 40s. 6 minute Uber to downtown and quiet neighborhood when you get back. Germantown was fun too! We would return for sure! Great host, lots of nice amenities.
