About this condo rental
Nestled in West Dover, this attractive condo for $326 per night is a great choice for your next break. M-22 in BUILDING M is located in a privately owned community 1/3rd the way up Mt. Snow's Four Season Resort. It uses a Black Diamond ski path to the main trail from the front door or a slope-side walk to the stairs behind building M to the trail. This unit has central air conditioning. Consider staying at this condo during Spring, Summer or Fall as well since festivities also happen on and off the mountain during this time as well making Mt. Snow a true 4 Season Resort. Irish Bands, land sports, fishing tournaments as well as water sports are nearby. For the very calm, Manchester offers great shopping, antiquing, and historical sites as well as museums and eateries to visit. You can go online to coordinate your time with all up coming events the mountain has to offer for your family. THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND when booking my condo at Seasons on Mt. Snow, Seasons Community is not affiliated with Mt. Snow, nor it's Base Lodge Resorts. We are a separate community. Cleaning service is provided by the owner through an outside company. Cleaning is between stays only. ROOMS: M-22 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium ski-in/ski-out/slope-side condo that uses a Black Diamond Marker trail. For intermediate/beginner there is a slope-side trail directly in back of Building M. Condo M22 is a fantastic choice for small families and adult getaways. Total occupancy sleeps 4 . Our prices are competive and summer pricing includes central ac. The cozy living area features a great room, a wood burning fireplace, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and plenty of seating for the family to relax. You can also step out onto the private balcony to take in the view of trees, hear a mountain brook, and breathe brisk mountain air. The full galley kitchen features a massive granite counters, new major appliances and in cabinet cookware you’ll need to cook your meals. Nearby produce and prime meats are found along Route 100 heading to Mt. Snow or along route 9. The Sports Center offers plenty of amenities, including: large indoor and outdoor heated pools; sauna and steam room; an exercise room; private ski lockers. All pool towels are supplied by the center. ROOM DESCRIPTION: Master bedroom: queen bed, bathroom with granite counters and tub/shower. Bedroom 2: Offers 2 twin beds, Small flat screen TV. Hall Bathroom: Full bathroom with granite counters and shower. BE MINDFUL of hot water (small water heater) and do not leave water running in sinks, bath when not in use. NO PETS / NO SMOKING FYI: House Cleaning service will report to the owner/VRBO any damage incurred as a result of one’s own behavior or actions. Replacement charge will be added to your credit card. RENTER must be a minimum of 35 years. PARKING: 2 parking space tags are provided by the owner please be respectful and do not break. Return them to the ski cubbies in the condo foyer for owner use.

We had a great ski weekend with our family of 4. This condo offers plenty of space for the family and it was very clean and comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay with the family by the wood burning fireplace after a day of skiing on the slopes. Would definitely return!

Cynthia's condo is super clean. The carpet is (or looks) new. The bathroom tile is (or looks) new. Kitchen is well stocked. Master bed is comfy. No complaints at all. Very short walk to the easy ski on/off trail.

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying in this ski in/ski out condo. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, cooking utensils and even a crock pot! Plenty of linens too. We enjoyed the easy access to one of the trails ..we only wish we brought a sled with us (or that one was available to guests at the condo) because lots of kids were sledding down one of the end of the trails outside on a snowy day.
The rec center our kids loved for an after dinner adventure …indoor pool, hot tub, gaming center. They even serve warm brownies and popcorn to all guests hanging out! It was a super clean facility. We enjoyed sitting by the outdoor firepit afterwards at the rec center too. It was just a short walk back up to the condo with our 3 little kids (all under 10 years old).
We would definitely stay at this condo again because of its location, cleanliness, safety, and overall comfort for our family. Just be sure to bring paper towels, laundry detergent and garage bags if you are staying longer than a night.

This is our second time staying at this property and once again, it was an enjoyable experience. We visit during the summer and it is rare to find accommodations with air conditioning, but this unit is well-equipped with not only AC but also fans if needed. The bathrooms and living room couches have been updated since our last stay and they are beautiful. The unit is extremely clean which is something important to us with bringing a toddler along. We didn’t get a chance to use any of the amenities but liked that they were available if we wanted to use them. There is a nice view of the trees from the back porch and you can hear a stream running below. Cynthia was quick to answer any messages we sent regarding the property. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, clean relaxing getaway in the green mountains!

This place was fabulous! Very clean and well stocked kitchen for cooking. The hosts provided awesome info regarding the mountain and surrounding area.
When we arrived at 10pm (way later than we intended) the battery for the key lock was dead so we couldn't get in -- absolutely ZERO fault of anyone. I'm only mentioning because we texted the host and almost immediately got a response from the host, helping us contact the building to get us in.
The only bummer was after we booked we found out it was only a true 'ski in/ ski out' if you're an intermediate to expert skier (I'd say more like advanced expert (is that a thing?). We tried it and found the 'trail' was a path that wasn't even as wide as my skis turned sideways. VT got about 4 feet of snow the week before and the trail wasn't groomed and the snow wasn't packed down at all. There was the beginner option to walk a couple minutes down the road to a set of stairs leading to the trail. I think a better description would be a slope side condo and have that info on the listing instead of once you've booked.

To sum it up, Cynthia provides you the peace of mind for a worry-free travel. She is proactive and prompt in providing you all of the details you need in advance of your travel. When you arrive, her condo is clean and tidy. We have stayed in her condo for numerous years now and she is always investing in improvements. This year, she had the 2 bathrooms completely remodeled and they were really great. We will certainly be renting her condo again.

No surprises, the condo was everything it claimed to be. Very clean, right on the slopes, the PDFs I got in advance answered all my questions. Owner contacted me just before the stay began and I'm sure would have been available if needed (but there was never any need)
I would say that RETURNING to the condo on skis wasn't clearly documented anywhere. But now that I know to take a trail called "Seasons Pass" I think it should have been obvious LOL
Would definitely recommend. Would definitely stay here again!

Great for the Basics!
Amazing location! Perfect for ski-in/ski- out enthusiasts! The condo had the basics for a long weekend away. This is the place you want to be if you're not looking for luxury or "extras". Parts of the unit seem a bit dated, the kitchen is completely updated with all new appliances.
The gym, pool area was fabulous and be mindful reservations are need for both. (Kit in the gym area was a fabulous resourse!)
Would recommend staying here!

This ski condo is great for a true ski-in/ski-out stay - best for intermediate+ skiers as the trail in and out is narrow and steep (there are also stairs nearby). Property was very clean, well equipped and Cynthia was beyond communicative.

We loved the property and the cleanliness and usefulness of the spot. Cynthia was very accommodating and proactive in communication, and we would definitely stay here as a family again. For the ski-on/ski-off folks, the trail to get back to the condo is narrow (and short, but briefly steep) but doable if you're an experienced skier. The trail out is a little bit of a cardio workout, but convenient all the same!
