This house was perfect for our 4 families to all stay together. The houses were much bigger than we expected from the pictures and the private pool was perfect after hot beach days. Would highly recommend!

Other than we thinking we renting a big 8 room’s house, was 2 separate properties with 4 rooms each with not access to the beach.
Other than that we still have a wonderful time!

I just wanted to share my experience with you to hopefully help with future people staying in these two units. Overall, our stay was nice and enjoyable. But there are a few things I was really disappointed in...when we got there we had planned the beds in advance and was going to put my grandparents upstairs away from the noise at the pool and the other house had all the families with kids in it so they ended up having to stay downstairs...because 59s elevator was broken, we called it in, maintenance was quick to come out which I appreciate but was unsuccessful when fixing it and it wasn’t until Thursday when anyone actually came out to get it working again before that it was too late my grandma fell going down the stairs we were really counting on the elevators to get her up and down and I had to follow up on it when our pool became nasty over night because the pool pump wasn’t working correctly so we weren’t able to use it the last day until night time...Unit 60 dryer doesn’t dry clothes and the back bedroom on the second floor sink did not drain as well as the 1st floor shower. The plugs in the 1st floor bathroom don’t work. There were roaches downstairs on the first floor as well so I’d recommend getting a pest control company to come spray. There’s a few broken windows which we have sent in. I’d highly suggest in getting some throw blankets for both units as well or put it on suggestions people should bring. There were no extra blankets in the house at all. Another suggestion would be getting non-slip mats for the tubs/showers. In unit 59 since my grandparents had to be in the room due to the elevator being broken they had to step over the tub and my grandpa almost slipped and fell, thankfully he caught himself. I hope with these suggestions, the stay for the next people will be enjoyable for them!

We had a blast in Port A. Part of this was due to the rental units. They were wonderful. We had plenty of room for the 20 of us. The houses were clean and in good working order. The elevators were great for the older members of our family. The kids really enjoyed the private pool. We had one maintenance issue with the ac and they showed up in like 30 minutes and fixed it. I would definitely recommend these houses and will rent them again in the furure.

These homes were really nice, and it was awesome having a pool. We did have a few problems with the ac being set so high when they are empty that it takes a full day to finally cool, out elevator wasn't working in the beginning and there were alot of roaches in one unit. The management team did take care of everything and our trip was great. We will definitely rent these homes again from the same management company.

We had a group of 21 and everyone was comfortable. great location and love the beach view from the rooftop. I only have 2 complaints, the pool was small and the coral house had roaches. When I talked to the maintenance ppl they told me that they had just sprayed. The blue house had outdoor speakers so you can jam while taking a swim. The kitchen in both houses are roomy. They came with everything you'd need except food. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion spelled so good. The washers took longer than expected but it was nice to be able to use. We had a hard time figuring out the tv (good thing we had kids with us). Both houses game with board games (we had family game night so this was a plus for us). Having access to elevators was a plus because those stairs are a workout. If you're bringing a large family, go ahead and try coral splash.

The Village Walk neighborhood is very cute and safe. The units we stayed in were nicely decorated and comfortable with lots of games, DVDs and kitchen ware provided. You can't walk to the beach, but it is a quick drive or golf cart ride away. We rented both units for a family reunion, so going up and down the stairs and going next door wasn't ideal, but we mainly gathered in one unit for meals and swimming. The other unit had a pest problem, but we were refunded the cleaning fee after our stay. Overall, it was a great location and a very nice property. We would definitely stay here again!
