Very comfortable beds, clean, lots of towels, quiet

Door opened poorly with key card, dead bolt didn’t work. No elevator, narrow stairwell.

8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026

The air conditioner was nice and cold the beds had multiple pillows on them there was a little drying fan in the back so that when you went to the bathroom it was nice and warm the shower worked just fine there are plenty of towels and shampoo and conditioner the staff was great

Didn't care for the breakfast. The eggs were cold the orange juice was somewhat bitter the coffee wasn't really good

Location and cleanliness

Not much

6 / 10Average·Oct 2026

The sweet lady that handled breakfast every morning was very kind and super tentative! Breakfast was decent. Room was sufficient for what we needed.

The swimming pool was filthy. Staffers entered our room without knocking or any notice and acted as though it was no big deal....when me or my daughters could have been changing or any number of situations that made that completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The showers water pressure was super low....made it difficult to rinse soap and shampoo/conditioner.
