Located in Port Aransas, this lovely condo for $273 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 3 bedroom & 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. 3 blocks from the BEACH!! 1 mile from downtown Port Aransas! This house is stocked with all the amenities inside and out! Sleeps 10. NEW HOUSE with all new furniture and bedding, Stainless steel appliances, memory foam mattresses, 65" 4k/ultra hd flat screen, High speed (10mb) I net, Large BBQ area downstairs, lots of parking under and in front of house. An open floor plan allows for the kitchen/dining and living room to offer great entertaining for large groups. Beachcomber restaurant is 3 blocks from the house through a beautiful neighborhood. Kodys restaurant is 1 block away and has amazing burgers and shrimp! Beachcomber is a great place to go for a drink or an early morning breakfast while watching the waves. The neighborhood pool can be seen from the house and is 200ft away.

Every year, our family of 10 gets together to celebrate the holidays. We always look for a space for older kids, teens and adults. This house was perfect for that! We had plenty of games to play and plenty of space. The house was clean and well stocked. We really enjoyed it.

Lighting and TV difficult to navigate for older people. 3rd bedroom with bunks no overhead lighting. Otherwise nice proprty. Would stay again. Outdoor area awesome!

We enjoyed our time at this place! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The downstairs was awesome with all the games for family of all ages and a relaxing chairs just to hang out and read. Best part about our stay is the place has an enclosed fence for your fur babies. This was the first time we took our dogs on a vacation and it could not have been a better place for us when traveling with a dog.

This property stood out from all the others in the area. Mike the owner is super accommodating. Great quality beds. Good shower pressure. Fully stocked and then some. This stay made for a wonderful end to my summer.

The communication between the homeowner and myself was easy and quick. We have stayed a few places before but this one beat them all. We arrived a tad later than expected due to birthday shenanigans but the outdoor colored lights were on and made it super easy and fun to find! It was in a great location. Neighbors weren’t loud and we were close to restaurants, golf carts and the beach. The dogs loved being able to be outside in the completely in closed porch area and the outdoor shower was so convenient! While we only had adults, the themed rooms brought out our vacation vibes for sure! The convince of not having to pack kitchen essentials was awesome. The patio had so many games and beach items to borrow which I just thought was so generous! I could rave all night about how this house really made our trip! We would totally recommend Mike and his property to others and have already started to plan out next visit!

This was a lot of our party members’ first times to port A. It’s so gorgeous! I loved the brightness in the home. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need- from can openers to measuring cups, a rice cooker, and a crock pot. The location was great- about 10-20 minutes from restaurants and bars and a few block walk to the beach. You can also park down on the beach! The house was a great temperature, especially for this summer heat! Outside came with games, chairs, grills, and a spot to rinse off sand!
The renter was very relaxed and understanding- Sunday morning we struggled to get out in time. I messaged him Saturday and he allowed a late notice late check out 💯👌
I strongly recommend the rental! If you want to go out while you visit, treasure island is a really cool bar and dancing scene. San Juan has great margaritas and Mexican food. The Black Marlin is a great spot for brunch. Worth the drive! Beach is seaweed free in August!

Me and my family have been going to Port Aransas for many summers now. This is by far one of my favorite houses that we have stayed at! Mike was an amazing host, and the communication process was great. There were more outdoor games than advertised, which was a huge plus! The AC in the house worked great. The beds were extremely comfortable. Cannot recommend this house enough!

This property was perfect for our group of 6. Lots of space for everyone. The house was comfortable and clean. All of the extras downstairs were awesome. My kiddos, 9 &13 enjoyed the games and lighting. We would definitely stay again and again!

Absolutely perfect for our annual family vacation. The kids room is great!! Our grandkids will be taking about that room for years. The whole house and all accommodations both inside and out exceeded our expectations. Will definitely be staying here again. Have been back home 1 day and already want to go back!!!

The property was so fun, and had a lot of cool activities to do. The only thing was that one bedroom had see through shades on the window, which made the room very bright and hot in the morning.

We had 10 in our group and it was perfect. The downstairs is fenced in which is perfect for pets and little ones. The games were fun and the community pool was great. Will stay her again if available.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mike’s place. It was clean and spacious. We took our dogs so the bottom being fenced in was perfect. The pool was really close to the house and had a 1ft deep area that was perfect for my toddler to play in. I would definitely book here again.

This property was everything it was advertised to be and the owner, Mike, was very responsive and helpful. I liked how clean the unit was on the inside and how everything was readily available inside the unit for cooking. Also, there were nice flat screen TVs in each room with various streaming subscriptions available, which was also nice. Very enjoyable stay and I'd stay here again.

We usually rent motels or hotels, our Grandson talked us into renting a beach house instead through VRBO, I’d never used it before. We split the costs. What a great experience! It was much more private and accommodating. This adorable little home had everything & more. The children’s bedroom was so cute and out little great granddaughter was so excited with the underwater room but had a great time investigating the whole place and really enjoyed the play area downstairs.
We look forward to coming back on a much warmer weekend. It was cold but very enjoyable. I always wanted to visit Port Aransas during the winter. We had dinner at Virginias on the Do k and it was very good.

Great location to beach access and boat ramp for fishing. Dollar General nearby in case you forgot anything. Downstairs area loaded with fun activities. Fully enclosed area to corral both dogs and small children. TV’s in every room. Fully loaded kitchen for meal prep.

The house is conveniently located in Port Aransas. Close to shops, dining and the beach. The space is really well done. Nice and roomy 3 bedroom. Beneath the house the host has set up a really nice fenced yard with cornhole, ladder golf and BBQ grills. We loved it.

We reallly enjoyed this property. Super clean and lots of room. The outside area was the best, we ended up having rain most of our stay so we had our group over and had plenary of dry space to enjoy while bbqing, and there are 4 grills available. The only downside is there is no closet or drawer space in the master bedroom, but we improvised and used some drawers in the bathroom and shared closet space with one of the extra bedrooms. We will definitely look at booking here again next year for sure.

Mike was very attentive and effectively communicated with us during our stay. Family enjoyed patio areas on both floors. Ground level has games to keep you occupied during the evening. Pool is only a few feet away. We had a great time.
