This is an amazing beach accommodation that has a beautiful view and close beach access. It is clean and as advertised. It is within walking distance to nice restaurants and shops. It has a nice closed yard for our dogs. We would definitely rent it again.

This property included a full range of amenities for a couple. It also somewhat reflected the historic part of Newport in which it is situated, with a mews-like entry and the quintessential seashore-themed decor. Close to the beach/parks/restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable, very private suite close to the beach. Loved watching the tide come and go. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Best equipped suite we ever stayed in. Comfortable bed. Great place!

Nice, great view, but a few things were left out of the communication, such as restaurant closures and/or not even being open for much of our stay. Poorly lit and steep ramp (with falling apart hand rail) to get down to the entrance. Sticky, torn up duct taped screen door…I also wasn’t crazy about being asked to take trash out and start laundry at the end of our stay. We are neat and tidy people, but this is our vacation and I feel that should be included in housekeeping services. Beautiful beach walks, comfortable bed and nice and quiet.

Small guest house perfect for a couple. Amazing view of the ocean. Close to beach access (hills and stairs - so maybe not the best access for anyone with mobility challenges). Brief walk to coffee, food, shopping, etc. We really enjoyed it!

This little bungalow is old but in pretty good shape. Cleaning service needed to do a better job! Deck has great view of ocean! Everything you need for a week at the beach. We had beautiful weather, so we needed the missing window screens in bedroom and small sliding window left of sliding door. Great location by Nye beach, many places to eat within walking distance. And access to beach was 100 yards and 3 flights of stairs. If you can’t do stairs- just walk down 3rd street, take a left for 1/2 block and you are 1 block away from the beach.

What a cute shell-themed place with a great ocean view and easy beach access. The owners were so communicative and pleasant. Our dogs had their own potty yard. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked with all the necessities. The bed was comfortable. We hope to get back soon!

Wow! With the patio directly overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the location of this house is amazing. We enjoyed the privacy it offered, the amenities and the extras like fun puzzles and books.

Great place for a family of four. My girls loved the ocean theme with all the sea shells. Loved sitting on the little deck while watching and listening to the ocean waves. Kite flying was fun for all. Hope to return someday!

This is a hidden gem, particularly appreciated because great little places like this certainly won’t be around forever. Futon isn’t very comfy and the carpet wasn’t spotless, but who cares when you have such a great view, easy beach access, a doggie yard, and quick walks to great coffee, bakeries, and dining in Nue Beach. Bonus that the beloved Sylvia Beach is right next door.

This was a perfect place for 2 adults and 2 small dogs. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is perfectly located by the beach, shops and restaurants. Great view of the ocean. The owners are great communicators.

I had read reviews before booking so I knew what to expect. We were able to find parking the whole time but it would be nice to have a designated spot..nothing the owners can do about that though. You are close to everything so that is a perk and the GH comes equipped with everything you need.

The American Classics guesthouse was perfect for us and our 2 fur littles. A great fenced in yard just for them and the house was perfectly located to everything. And the views!! Will definitely book here again!

We have stayed here numerous times and always enjoyed it. Though, it is time for a few pieces of furniture to be updated as they are pretty worn. The futon is getting pretty uncomfortable as a bed. The rocker has seen better days. Like the new washer and dryer. Pretty much has all the basics you could want.

Can’t beat the view. Having a yard for the dog was a huge plus. The yard was cut with what appeared to be a weed eater. Great for dogs not good for people. We will definitely be back.

Cute and tucked away. Loved waking to ocean veiw and sounds of waves. Comfy for dog owners, fenced in back yard. All ameneties, did not want for anything, even had a sports cable chanel to watch the Seattle Kraken win playoff game. I only wish it had a tub. We would definitely stay again.
