Parking was a little tight but no big issues. Room was nice a clean. Love the location it was close to everything but yet not smack in the middle of all the chaos. Which was really nice. Air conditioning kept the room nice and cool at all times. I would say the only down fall to the room was no full size mirror and the bed was really uncomfortable but all in all great little studio condo

Great location and free parking was absolute game changer! The parking spot is very tight so when the listing says compact only it truly means that. Amenities were fantastic and the check in and responsiveness of owner were great!

Checking in was a breeze. James was so helpful and the room was impeccable. I wish I could stay forever. Though I wasn't there as a tourist, the location was perfect. When I didn't feel like going to the beach, the pool deck was a perfect alternative. I really can't say enough good things about the room and the property.

The stay was mostly fine. The listing was true to its description. It was a great location. However, we did end up seeing a roach there, so cleanliness could have been improved.
Also one thing I want to point out is that parking there is pretty cramped and if you do back in to a spot, be cautious of any ledges above. I ended up shattering my rental car’s rear window
