About this condo rental
Situated in Petaluma, this lovely condo for $175 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Recently remodeled 650 square feet studio in quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. Walk to downtown Petaluma and enjoy this charming gateway to the wine country, redwoods and the California coast. All within a half hour drive. Petaluma is located only 40 miles north of San Francisco and freeway access is only 2 miles away. The studio is downstairs in one end of the owners main residence and is done in a contemporary style. Enjoy the gas fireplace while you dim the halogen lighting or enjoy the breathtaking views from your private deck. Feel free to use the owners solar heated pool just a few steps away. Our rates are $175/night for 2-6 nights, $140/night for 7-13 nights, $120/night for 14-29 nights and $85/night for 30+ nights. Please note that the VRBO website is not able to quote you a correct rate for a 14-29 night stay, so kindly request a quote and we will send you a correct offer. We look forward to making you feel at home. Please note that the City of Petaluma has initiated a 10% occupancy tax as of January 1 2016 for all vacation rentals for stays of less than 30 nights. This tax will be added to any quoted price. Sometimes VRBO will include the occupancy tax for a stay longer than 30 nights. If so, as above, request a quote and we will update it. I needed an extra bedroom for holiday family guests. I rented this for my son and SO and am so glad I did. They loved it and I enjoyed having them near and no† underfoot. Great little touches of hygge!

Claus really hit it out of the park with his wonderful studio! He’s a great host. It had everything you need- lots of storage for long term stay, fabulous view, great neighborhood. Loved the discount for longer stay. Can’t go wrong!

The studio is well equipped with everything you need ..including filtered water, freshbread, milk and eggs. The kitchen has all the spices you would need and the upper level patio has an outdoor grill near the pool. Claus is a wonderful and responsive host. The bed is very comfortable and the heating keeps you warm and cozy in the late fall. We plan to return soon! !

Knowing that these rentals do not always turn out to be what you had hoped...well... this one was beyond that...amazing owner, always willing to get you what you need, stocked frig, comfortable bed and a fantastic view with use of his pool. If you like challenging walking,..this is the place, as you are at the top of large hill! And Petaluma is wonderful.

Awesome property that is better than photos show. Studio had plenty of space for 3 women. Pool and private patio right out the back. One mile down hill walk DT. Would definitely stay again!

The photos are accurate, and the pool was warm beneath the stars. Breakfast basics were provided, as were useful condiments, towels, ample ventilation—everything we needed, plus a down blanket and gas fireplace. Useful to note for some: the driveway is steep, the pool is up a set of stairs from the deck, and the shower has a lip. Peaceful places and hosts like these make traveling a pleasure.
