Located in Kissimmee, this lovely house for $183 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Two story Mediterranean Style Townhouse located at Fantasy World Resort. The HEATED pool and the three Hot Tubs are ideal for winter season. Water Slides and Lazy River; Kid's splash pad; Children's Playground; Kid's Activity Center; Game Room, Children’s Movie Theater; Playground; Tennis court and Mini Golf. Resort schedule kids activities everyday. There is a great Bar by the pool with TV screens. Fitness center with sauna and steam room; Gym has a nice view of the pool areas and Resort. On-site Business Center with High-Speed Internet and printer. All these options are included in your stay. THIS IS A PRIVATE PROPERTY IN THE FANTASY WORLD RESORT MANAGED BY THE OWNER, NO EXTRA FEE WILL BE CHARGED. The resort also offers indoor surf and indoor golf, for an additional fee. About the House House ideal for 6 people (one King bed, two Full beds) with memory foams mattresses. 2 Bed Rooms, 2 full baths ( First floor bathroom with shower and on the second floor bathroom with bathtub), dining room, living room with sofa sleeper, patio with dining table, equipped with fully equipped kitchen with Stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer. Toaster, Blender and Coffee maker. Free Parking in front of the house. No parking pass necessary!!! Guest Access With your stay you will have access to lots of entertainment, 3 pools, water slides, lazy river, sauna & steam room, locker room with shower, gym, Tiki bar, game room, jacuzzi, picnic and BBQ area, and much more to enjoy! The indoor surfing and indoor golf are not included with your stay and need be paid on site if you want to play. Please see front desk for more info about these features. The Neighborhood Conveniently located at walking distance of Pizza Hut, Arby's, Cici's Pizza, Olive Garden, TGI Fridays, Bob Evans and many other restaurants. Walmart Supermarket and Target are located less than 3 minutes driving away!! Less than 20 minutes from Disney, Universal Studios and Seaworld. On the HWY 192 you will find all sorts of restaurants, shopping and attractions like Old Town, mini golf courses, helicopter tours and much more.. House Rules We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own home. Check In: 4:00 PM Check Out: 10:00 AM For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests there is NO SMOKING AND NO PETS allowed inside the house. The towels belong to our property, not the resort. Remember to always bring any towel back from the pool. 6 wristbands will be provided upon check in. The wristbands give you access to the pool area and club house facilities and should be worn at all times. Please remember to return the wristbands when you get back into the house. In town for a wedding and one day at Animal Kingdom. The location was convenient and had access to several restaurants and shopping options. Loved the amenities as well. It was overcast for our trip, but the pool and lazy river were heated so we were able to enjoy. Would book again.

Our stay at this place left much to be desired. First, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, which resulted in the bath towels having a persistent mildew odor, even after washing. The presence of the video camera at the door was unsettling, as it gave a sense of constant surveillance. The thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own, making the temperature changes unpredictable and at times uncomfortably hot, leading me to feel as though I was being watched. We would return home to find it at 78 degrees. On our last night I made a comment that this place is way too hot and then it plummeted to a freezing 50 degrees while we slept! I don’t like the feeling of being watched and listened to on my vacation. This place served its purpose but there is a lot of updating needed! The curtains were see through as people walked by the back of the house. This makes the living room unsecured with no privacy. Furthermore, the location was much farther from the water resort than anticipated. To add to the disappointment, the batting cages were non-functional and had apparently been in this state for a long time since the cords are under flooding water. Given these issues, we wouldn't consider staying here again.

The location of the property is excellent. It took us 15 to 20 minutes to get to Disney parks and 5 minutes from grocery stores. The unit had everything we needed and the kids really enjoyed the property's water park.

This is a nice little unit that is more than comfortable for a party of four. There is a pull out for five. The bonus is that the pool area is fun and there is an arcade, basketball courts and a pitching machine for much needed downtime from the park. And you can literally walk to an Olive Garden, one of many reasonably priced restos in the area. Last, the kitchen is very functional. Relatively easy ride to Disney.

Fantasy world resort was a joy to stay at. Super clean and amazing staff. The property itself we rented needs updates but was good for what we needed- it’s fantastic that the entire resort access comes with this rental!

This is our 2nd year coming back to Fantasy World and it is a great place for families. We have always used Vrbo to book our room and we have always been very happy This place had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. It’s a great location and very short walk to the pool. Probably 3 minutes we will definitely be booking this place again.

We had a great experience. Kids had plenty to do to stay entertained. Space was clean. Would only wish there was more space for sitting as it was not the most comfortable to sit at a dining table to watch television at times since limited sitting area.

Property has everything you need and anything extra is a very short drive (within 10 minutes). Parks are a short drive as well (~15 mins). Great spot.

We had a great family trip and really enjoyed the pool area. The staff at the resort were really friendly and there were always activities going on like cotton candy or snow cones. Everything about the facilities was good. The rental house was was nice and was comfortable. I only had a couple suggestions such as replacing the pans. They're in terrible condition and all scratched up so making and cleaning scrambled eggs was not fun. There was no cooking oil or even salt when we got there. You may want to bring an extra roll of TP if you have 3 girls in the home. We ran out. Besides those minor inconveniences and added costs I'd recommend this rental.

Great location, cute condo. Our teens loved being able to walk across the street to the waterpark. Plenty of towels and utensils for our stay. Slight hiccup at check-in (we had the wrong door code) but it was resolved very quickly and efficiently. Perfect getaway for our family of 4.

Location was close to shops, food, and Disney world. Nice pool and rec area. Bands need updated to get access to amenities, couch bed was dirty had bugs on it, and house was more outdated and not as clean as pictures looked.

This unit was in a great location, very convenient to all of the attractions we wanted to visit while in Florida. Lots of fun activities for the kids and the beds are very comfortable! There were a few items we had to ask for at check in (I think housekeeping just forgot to stock bath towels) but Ricardo was able to get this resolved very quickly.

After two years of no traveling, we decided to take the Grandbabies to Orlando for Spring Break. The unit was the perfect size for the 4 of us. There were plenty of towels, dishes and silverware for our little group. The pool area was great for a relaxing day between the parks.

Convenient location for tons of great activities. Quick drive to the parks. Perfect size for a family of four. Our only criticism was of the pool area in the resort which of course Is not the property owners issue. We found the main pool to be very dirty and loud. A greasy ring going around the pool that is not very appealing. We choose to use the quiet lap pool instead which was very nice. We had booked the batting cages and the staff had trouble with the mechanics but 5 staff members came to help and got it working for us and were very kind in the process.

The property was beautiful and well kept, the house was clean and the perfect fit for our family. Beds were very comfortable as well! Short distance to Disney parks and beautiful pool, gym, and lazy river for relaxing. The staff was all friendly and very helpful. Would love to rent again!

We had a great time in this clean and perfectly-located property. The Fantasy World pool was a 2 minute walk across the street. Just far enough that we didn't hear any major noise from the area in the evening, but close enough that it was easy to get to. Location was perfect for getting to Universal Studios and Disney! Communication with the property manager was great; a few small issues arose upon arrival and were quickly fixed.
