Enjoy a romantic getaway, family vacation, or time with friends at this beautiful condo located in the best part of Lake Tahoe, Incline Village. A short drive from the Reno International Airport, we are a 5 minute walk to the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino, fantastic restaurants, skiing, hiking, shopping, and a wealth of seasonal activities! With free shuttle service from the Hyatt, you can take a short ride (1.8 miles) up to Diamond Peak for a fun day of skiing or snowboarding. Other amazing ski resorts are just minutes from your doorstep: just 20 minutes to Heavenly and 45 minutes to Squaw Valley. The condo is a 10 minute walk to the East Shore Multiuse trail which takes you on a scenic walk, or bike ride, along a paved trail to Sand Harbor public beach. The trail starts at Tunnel Creek cafe at the corner of Lakeshore Blvd (east end) and Highway 28 and runs just above the shores of beautiful Lake Tahoe. As our guests, you will have access to world-renowned golf courses and the Incline Village recreation center, which includes tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness equipment, and an Olympic sized pool. Fees apply. There are two master suites, one with a beautiful king-sized, rustic log bed, flat screen television, and iPod speaker dock with a luxurious steam shower in the en suite bathroom. The second spacious, but cozy suite has a rustic twin-sized over twin-sized log bunk bed and a queen-sized bed with a Jacuzzi tub / shower in the en suite bathroom. The downstairs has a back patio, full kitchen, dining, half-bath, and living area with a very comfortable top quality leather queen sleeper sofa, chaise, LED flat screen HD Roku television, blue ray DVD, and gas fireplace. We are surprised to find that it has Jacuzzi and sauna. The overall stay was enjoyable.

Awesome property and location, Mimi was great at communicating and check in was easy. Only issue is the wifi was terrible, couldn’t get any work done, and there was no attempted solution when I notified the host. Literally 30-60 seconds to load each webpage or email, couldn’t get any work done and my son couldn’t work on homework as planned. We were only there for two nights as the tail end of a road trip so it wasn’t the end of the world, but it would have been completely unacceptable for a longer stay.

Short stay of 2 nights for a wedding at Hyatt resort. It was perfect location, right across the street. The unit had everything we needed including a steamer for the guys suits. Had never experienced in floor heating(which we loved) and Mimi called as soon as I texted with questions.

Family member woke up next day of stay have bug bites all over their bodies. Ignored for the day cause of the planned activity for the day. Came back evening to find out there’s BED BUGS all over the bed. Have to purchase inflatable beds so my family can rest.reported that evening and did not get a response back 19 hrs later and Adam accusing me that I brought the bugs. Got home with BED BUGS in mind I unpacked my belongings in the tub sure enough bugs fell off of them.

It was great! I think that the only nice treat would to have a few keurig pods available for the first day there. It would be great to have coffee available the next morning after you come in late. I have experienced that before in other places and it was a cheap but great touch!

Incline Village is a very nice area. As we arrived it was a long walk from the parking lot to the condo. I noticed other places had wagons to bring their stuff up. The condo was spacious and clean. The dryer did not work, wished we would have known this before we washed our clothes. Information about access to sand harbor would be helpful. Definitely, not walking distance, unless your are ready to walk 3-4 miles. The ice cream shop was
Yummy. The pool is more of a lap

The place was great. Clean and orderly. Mimi contacted us via email and had paperwork to continue the conversation when we arrived. We were not looking amenities like hot tub and pool, had our eyes set for Sand Harbor beach and King’s beach.

We attended a wedding at the Hyatt and the condo is a short walk to the Hyatt. Lovely setting, the check in was easy and host was very accommodating. Went to use the microwave and there was water in the bottom with hardened Mac and cheese. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

This property was exactly as described and a great stay for me and my husband and our snowboarding 15 year old. Close to everything! We drove to Northstar for a day of boarding and then walked across the street to the Hyatt in the evening for some adult time. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo, located right across the street from the Hyatt Incline, although the unit is toward the back of the property so it is very quiet. Walkable to all Hyatt amenities and restaurants at the 120 Country Club shopping area. Just a block off the lake and the lovely walking path along the lake. Super clean, great smart tv with good instructions for cable and streaming. Beds extremely comfortable and you don't always find that at rental properties. Steam shower in master bath is amazing! I would not hesitate to stay here again, winter or summer. Thank you!

It took us at least 20 minutes to get inside the condo: we were not able to open the lock on the door.
But overall the condo is very comfortable and clean.

I stayed here for a weekend with my family. The condo is clean and comfy. It had everything we needed. I personally loved the steam shower in the master bath. It was the perfect way to end a fun filled day in the snow.

We really enjoyed our time in the condo. Everything was very clean and as described in the listing. The location is excellent and extremely quiet. I think we were one of only 3 or 4 units that were even occupied. There is something I want to mention as a safety concern. The burners on the stove are completely flat and smooth and when stirring a pot of soup, the pot slid right off and onto the floor. It's a good thing the soup wasn't hot yet or it could have caused serious burns. I really think the stove should be replaced anyway, as it also seemed quite old. The wi-fi is also in serious need of an upgrade. If you are logged into the network and are watching TV, the picture becomes constantly pixelated due to having to compete for bandwidth. So log all your devices off if you are watching TV. Instructions for how to use the steam shower would have been helpful as it took us quite a while to get it working properly. Lastly, the light in the master bathroom over the vanity only works on one side. The other side is very dark.
I would still highly recommend this property, just with the issues I mentioned resolved. The stove and bathroom light should be a priority for replacement.
