About this house rental
We are a large newly renovated home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. We have 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. There is a hot tub and a large screened in porch. 2 living rooms and large dining room with table for 10. Fireplace and outdoor fire pit.

There is a shared private sandy beach on Mirror Lake for swimming which includes the use of a 3 seat canoe. No fishing. Beach is reserved from
4:00-7:00pm for owners only (no renters).

This property was perfect for our group of triathletes training in the area over a long weekend. We had everything we needed and lots of space for our crew. Loved the private beach to Mirror Lake, fireplace, BBQ, backyard swing, and hot tub! Plus lots of thoughtful adds in the kitchen and baths. Chris was a terrific host. Will definitely return!

We had a large group visiting Lake Placid to watch the World Cup races. This house was very spacious and well-appointed. We could walk into town or access the loop around Mirror Lake for running.

The house was everything described and more. It was very comfortable, with ample space for our entire family and everything we needed for a wonderful week-long stay. The clean, delightful beach is an easy 5-minute walk away. Chris is very responsive and great to work with.
