About this house rental
Situated in Wildernest, this lovely house for $463 per night is a great option for your next trip. *NEW Hot Tub, Decking & Flooring throughout in 2021* NOTE: We are located in a neighborhood with full time residents. No parties, events or any other activities that would create a nuisance are allowed. No smoking allowed in home or anywhere on premises. Please do not book if you are unable to follow/respect these rules. WELCOME: Newer 5 level Wildernest home, centrally located between four ski resorts! This comfortable, spacious home has five levels of living space, giving guests more space to spread out. Relax in the large entertainment area, with the large flat screen and Xfinity cable, on the comfy sofas after enjoying the steam shower with rain head. Have a glass of wine out on the deck with a view of Dillon Lake and the town of Silverthorne. Enjoy the private hot tub on the deck overlooking the town of Dillon, and see the lights of the Keystone ski runs at night. To ensure proper chemical balance, hot tub maintenance will be provided for longer stays, with access required through the home. The bunk bed room is great for the kids, and they even have their own entertainment area on the lower level. The dining table seats 12 adults, so it is great for those large gatherings. Up to 2 non-shedding, fully potty-trained dogs allowed with pet fee and commitment to pick up any "presents" left outdoors. = ) Beds: Bedroom #1: King, full bath with steam shower Bedroom #2: King, full bath with bedroom #3 Bedroom #3: Queen, full bath with bedroom #2 Bedroom #4: Queen, full bath with bedroom #5 Bedroom #5: 2 Full size Bunkbeds - sleeps 8, full bath with bedroom #4 Our baby amenities are great for those out of town guests who don't want to lug everything with them. We have a pack-and-play, high chair and stroller. WiFi available for your use. On site parking is available in our 2 car heated garage and private driveway. Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed, noting all vehicles must be parked on paved surfaces. We highly recommend the use of 4WD vehicles during the winter months when snow and road conditions are unpredictable. Our home is two miles from the town of Silverthorne, up Buffalo Mountain, in the Wildernest Subdivision. There are hiking trails accessed across the street, and beautiful views from almost every room. Sledding, and the Silverthorne Recreation Center are nearby. The bus stop is one block away, and it will take you to all of the ski resorts. Keystone is approximately eight miles away, and Breckenridge and Copper Mountain are each approximately 15 miles away. We provide a personalized Activity Guide after your reservation is confirmed, which includes nearby recommendations for things to do (i.e. hiking, boating, skiing, etc.) as well as our favorite spots for dining and shopping. Everything is based on our own personal experiences. Our goal is to ensure you have an exceptional experience overall, so we are happy to be available for any questions or recommendations along the way.

The space was perfect for a large group. The long table in the kitchen had enough seats for our group of 11 which was awesome! The hot tub was a huge bonus and used every day. The heated garage was a plus. We had to open the doors/windows to get cool air as it was quick to get toasty. Some of the appliances could use some work or be replaced. The owner responded very quickly when a problem was mentioned. Overall the owner had great communication throughout the process except for 1 small incident with maintenance men, but was quick to apologize and discuss changes to the process. I would choose to stay here again.

We celebrated a milestone birthday with a week in beautiful Silverthorne and this property was the hub of it all. Great accommodations and amenities, wonderful, attentive hosts, and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. I would highly recommend this beautiful home that is roomy and provides easy access to many surrounding areas.

Plenty of room in this house. Very clean and believe me when I tell you I am VERY picky about that. Sits on a busy street so opening windows can be noisy but we had a wonderful time and Mike was a great host.

Beautiful sparkling clean property! Loved the hot tub and amazing kitchen space…. Huge group slept comfortably. FYI: There are a lot of rules that aren’t posted on the listing…. Only 4 cars can be parked at the property and hot tub hours, noise level etc.

We do a family ski trip each year. This property worked very well for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen/dining area was large enough to enjoy meals together. Very nice and would recommend this property to other large groups.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Keep in mind that parking is tight, so multiple vehicles are tricky.
The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of linens & the place was clean.
The owner was easily reachable and quickly responded to questions and concerns.
We would definitely stay here again.

The communications were awesome, although there was not much needed because the place was perfect. Everyone liked their beds, the place was spotless clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. Most importantly to me their checkout procedures were easy this is a far cry from some of the other checkout procedures that I have dealt with at other houses.

Cannot recommend this house/host/location enough. We came for my sisters wedding and had an absolute blast. Very convenient location and close to everything! Only thing I’d note as a tip for future guests is if you have smaller children (we had 2 babies/2 toddlers) make sure to bring your sound machines for naps. Aside from that, the owners have wonderful people cleaning and maintaining the home. The kitchen is stocked with every essential. They even sent us an activity guide for things to do in the area! You won’t regret it.

We had a great time exploring Silverthorne, Frisco, and Breckinridge. Other than the hike to Lake Dillion Reservoir, the distance to Starbucks i(less than 3 miles.) was this vacations biggest hit. The house accommodated our crazy crew.

Nice and would stay here again! A bit noisy being close to the road up the mountain. Parking space limited considering the number of people who can stay in the rental. Spacious kitchen/dining/living area for family gatherings.

Wonderful Family Reunion Location
We had a great family reunion with 20+ people between this property and the adjacent property next door. Couldn't have asked for nicer accommodations. We'd come back in a heartbeat, except that we rotate these reunions around the country.

After a terrible experience with another property/owner…this house and their owners were a dream to rent from!!
House is in perfect location for Vail, Breck, and Keystone day trips. Town of Silverthorne and Dillon are amazing - very easy process and location overall.
Our group will probably be back next year!

Great house for a large group
The house was perfect for our large group of 10 adults. Allowing us enough room to gather together or have our own space to go if needed. The house was clean including the garage space where we kept our sports gear. The heated garage was also a bonus so we didn't have cold gear in the mornings. Mike was a great host and was very responsive to all our questions and concerns.

Great access to area ski resorts for you and all your friends/family
We had 8 adults stay with us at this property and it was very comfortable. The kitchen and dining room was more than big enough to allow preparing a large meal or for several people to make breakfast at the same time. Beds were comfortable. The double washer dryer was a great plus.
Parking was a bit tight which required shuffling our three large vehicles around if party departure times were not aligned.

Beautiful place to stay with the family they had everything we couldn’t take on a flight for my daughter who is 2 years old. The location was also very nice right outside of town. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Perfect place for our family!
Our time at Grande Summit Lodge was awesome. Everything is set up for the perfect family vacation. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and Mike was available when we needed him! We all loved the hot tub as we wound down each evening.
Would return in a heartbeat!!!
