Great place and area for the cost

Lots of room. Quiet neighborhood. Good views from both porch and balcony.

No propane in BBQ grill. Porch and balcony need better out door furniture. Dirty walls. Paint needs updating.

Dirty place with a view. All the essentials but no customer service

Location was nice and house had everything essential that we needed

There is no customer service. We had picked this location because it was *no pets* but upon arrival we saw pet hair everywhere and on every piece of furniture. We called customer support twice and were told property management would contact us but never did. My mother had an allergic reation to the pet hair and we had to take her to the urgent care to make sure all was good. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU HAVE ANY SPECIAL NEEDS. YOU PREPAY AND THATS IT. THERE IS NOOO CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD A BIG VACASA LLC OFFICE RIGHT DOWN THE STREET AS THEY MANAGE MANY PROPERTIES THERE!!!!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and would stay there again without hesitation. We had a great trip.

The location was great. The condo backs up to National Forest and so you have immediate access to hiking trails and often see wildlife from the porch or the window. The views of the mountains are great. The condo had plenty of room for us. There were 3 adults and a dog in our group. The two stories allowed us to be on different schedules as I was working early in the morning when the others wanted to sleep a little later. The neighborhood was quiet. It's about 3 1/2 miles up the mountain from the main roads. That puts you far enough from the interstate that you cannot hear it even at night on the patio. Silverthorne is a good location in that it is easy to access any of the Summit County locations plus they have easy access to decent grocery stores, restaurants and other services.

As has been mentioned in other reviews, the carpet has many stains from previous renters. The refrigerator had a couple of broken shelves. There are a few places where they need to paint some walls (like below the bar and the hallways). But, if you can look past some of those cosmetic issues, the place was clean and in good condition overall.

Very good

Enjoyed the view from the deck, having a ceiling fan in the living room and hand soap at each restroom with shampoo and conditioner.

The television never worked and on a serious note, we were repeatedly trying to light the grill only to figure out that the attachment from the grill, to the propane tank, leaked gas profusely. I called maintenance and left a message with Josh but never received a call back nor did he show to address the issues.
