Situated in Village Four Seasons, this attractive condo for $169 per night is a great option for your next trip. Lake Front/Top floor condo in a resort setting! Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Enjoy fabulous main channel and cove views from the deck as well as the living room and master bedroom. The large outdoor pool on the point is only a short 2 minute walk away. Wonderful landscaping and lighted "boardwalk" around the complex at water's edge. Full kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. Washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience. Patio furniture and a gas grill are also available for those days you just want to relax and enjoy the lake view while you barbecue from your own balcony. Sixteen stairs from the parking lot take you to this top-level condo with vaulted ceilings and an exceptional view. This unit is fully furnished with a King size bed with pillow-top mattress in the master and a Queen size bed in the second bedroom. The comfortably furnished living room and master bedroom have flat-screen TVs equipped with cable. The second bedroom has a TV and DVD player. Free high-speed WiFi is also included. Fabulous gated lake community includes an indoor pool and hot tub for year-round enjoyment. Tennis court, basketball court, horseshoes, boat ramp, and playground area are all available for no additional cost. On-site security will keep you feeling safe and secure. The 21-acre point and 2200 feet of shoreline make for great fishing along the shore, off the dock, and by boat. For the boaters, there is boat ramp on-site and a 10 x 24 boat slip included. Larger slips can be arranged for a fee. For the fishermen and women, a fish cleaning station is available. A mini-mart is within walking distance and includes a laundry facility, deli, etc. You can purchase everything here from live bait to fine wine! The condo is located at the 12-mile marker only five minutes from great dinning at, Baxter’s, JB Hooks, the TOAD COMPLEX (several restaurants and dance clubs); five minutes from championship golf courses at the Lodge of the Four Seasons; and approximately 12 minutes from the Osage Village Outlet. Overall property was as described. Only issues were sliding door doesnt lock properly and Grill was not unusable as it was rusted away parts. Communication was great, quick response to questions.

Everything about this condo is 5 stars. Super clean, wonderful communication with owners and fantastic location. It had a fully stocked kitchen and we enjoyed cooking breakfast both mornings. Highly recommend for any future guests. We will be back!

This condo was perfect. Clean, comfy, and in a great location. Condo complex was quiet and everyone we saw while on the grounds were friendly. We felt very safe and comfortable here. Tracey was also quick to respond and super helpful when I had questions. If you need a boat I would highly recommend Oasis Pointe Boat Rentals that Tracey recommended to us, they gave fantastic service. I will definitely book this again for a future visit.

Great place to stay. We were there for a fishing weekend. This place has a ramp and dock available. They don't allow trailer parking but there is a marine place right down the road that will let you park there. Very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Good location, but one of the reasons we chose the property was that it had advertised a lake swimming area. The swimming area is pretty gross and needs some attention by the condo association. As a result everyone uses the pool so it was pretty crowded.

I have stayed at 6 different condos at The Lake of the Ozarks within the last 2 years and this place by far was the best!!! Locations was great, clean, comfortable, and even got to chat with some of the lovely neighbors. Highly recommend!!

We really loved our visit and all the amenities that the condo provides. The deck and the higher chairs are perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans although it might be a good time to pick up one or two non stick. My eggs and pancakes were tricky to cook. Overall we loved the location and Tracey was great with communication before and after my stay. This is my second visit to this unit and will be coming again soon! Thanks to the hosts!

We really enjoyed being in the top floor. The view was excellent and the complex was very quiet and peaceful. The crappie fishing was excellent off the boat docks! The condo was clean but slightly dated. The beds were unfortunately very uncomfortable. The bathroom toilets were very small and difficult to use. Also, the passcode for the gate access was very confusing and took sometime to locate the correct code when we arrived. Overall, we had a nice stay!
