Nestled in Village Four Seasons, this attractive condo for $174 per night is a great option for your next break. Lake front, top floor end unit with high speed wifi, vaulted ceilings and a great lake view from living room and master. Completely updated with new furniture, king pillow top mattress in primary bedroom. Extra windows make the unit light and bright. Only nineteen stairs up from the parking lot and the point pool is just a short walk. The complex has an indoor pool and hot tub near the gated complex entrance. Full kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. Washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your convenience. Patio furniture, and a gas grill are also available for those days you just want to relax and enjoy the lake view while you barbecue from your own balcony. Located just above the roped swim area with sun dock, this unit is fully furnished with a King size bed in the primarry and a Queen in the second bedroom. The comfortably furnished living room and master bedroom have flat screen TVs equipped with cable. Fabulous gated lake community includes indoor pool and hot tub for year round enjoyment. Tennis court, basketball court, horseshoes, boat ramp, and playground area are all available for no additional cost. On site security will keep you feeling safe and secure. There is a beautiful lighted walkway along the lake in front of the condos. The 21-acre point and 2200 feet of shoreline make for great fishing along the shore, off the dock and by boat. For the boaters there is boat ramp access on site and a 10 x 24 boat slip available for no additional charge Larger slips can be arranged for an extra fee. For the fishermen and women a fish cleaning station is available. A mini mart is is within walking distance and includes a laundry facility, deli, etc. You can purchase everything here from live bait to fine wine! The condo is located only minutes from great dinning , five minutes from championship golf courses at the Lodge of the Four Seasons; and approximately 12 minutes from the Osage Village Outlet Mall. We were at the lake for a gymnastics competition and this condo fit all of our needs. We were allowed to bring our dog which was a plus for us. The condo had everything we needed! Communication was easy with the owner. We will definitely stay here again!

Great condo with a gorgeous view. Fully stocked kitchen and newer appliances give all the conveniences of home. Its a great location off the main road and a quiet resort. The pool is clean and enjoyable after a hot day also. Definitely would stay here again on our next trip down!

We really enjoyed our stay. From chilling beside the pool to relaxing on the deck watching all the boats. Very close to all the shopping and several nice restaurants. We highly recommend this place.

Pros - The place was very clean and had a nice large TV screen. Cons - The coffee pot was old and the filters too short so coffee always had grounds in it. There was no pepper. The frying pans were very low quality - food stuck badly. There was no comfortable seat - small hard stools at the counter, lumpy couches, and very soft, uncomfortable bed. There were no anti-slip patches in the main shower so was very slippery - we showered in the other bathroom that did have these.

The condo is in a great location, and was very comfortable for 4 adults. We didn't cook in the unit, so I can't really say how well equipped cooking items are. Having access to the slip was fantastic and allowed us to rent a boat for longer than 8 hours. We really enjoyed spending evenings on the balcony talking. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to questions. Would definately book this condo again.

Had a super stay at the condo. Owners were very hospitable. We had a slight issue with the grill and they were very quick to respond. If we head down to the lake again I would stay here again, but I’d bring my own pillows, they were either lumpy or flat. But everything else was great!

Pulling in I noticed that the stairwell was the only one that had been replaced. Which was an added plus. The condo was wonderfully decorated and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a good nights sleep (except for the first night, the neighbors on the next balcony were very loud and ignored the quiet times - coming out and being extremely loud waking us up at 1:30 - 3:30 am - they were very young) The master bedroom had great views of the lake. The back deck was perfect for sitting out and watching the lake but it could use an umbrella for the table as it gets hot out there. We were there to fish and would get up early in the morning and be back off the water by 11:00 which made it possible for me to enjoy the rest of the day poolside. It is located perfectly at the point so you can sit and watch the boats go by. Everyone was so friendly, and I loved talking to them all. We will definitely try and visit again next year but may come a different weekend because opening weekend on the lake is busy!

We chose Southwood Shores mostly because of the indoor pool and hot tub...was too cold to get in the lake water! Having the store up the hill is very convenient as well as the available boat slip. The condo was very nice and the beds were comfortable. Bonus that it is pet friendly even though we decided not to bring our little fur baby this time. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay! The owners are so kind and helpful! Everything about the condo is great. It has comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, and great views. We watched herons flying as we ate on the deck. We definitely want to return!

This was "parents getaway" for my husband and I, and we really enjoyed our time. The condo was nice, clean, and everything was very organized (info, instructions, etc). For a winter rate, it was very reasonable and we preferred staying here to a regular hotel. We would definitely rent again!

Easy check-in process. Nice setup but not the cleanest. Hair in the bathtub, loose floor tiles in Master Bathroom, and dirty toilet seat. Water pressure in shower was low. Could use a little TLC. Rusted out patio grille. All in all not a bad place to stay but dated.

Great location with easy water access and convenient to have a boat slip on property! Outdoor pool looks to be recently redone and was very nice! Property owner was easy to work with and the AC was nice and cold in this unit (we had family staying in other units and AC was not cooling those well). The suggestion would be to do a deep clean of the entire unit.

The condo needs updates and repair (broken floor tile in bathroom); refrigerator water and ice dispenser lever gets stuck; balcony floorboards are in need of replacement. Maybe add trim to backslash in kitchen to cover up the edges of the 3d tile. Overall, it's not a bad place but just needs repairs and some updating.

Very nice, quiet property located near the Lodge of Four Seasons resort. Waterfront view and nice deck overlooks the cove. Easy check in with door code entry, and well appointed kitchen. Would stay there again.

Was clean and everything was okay but could use some TLC, had crack in wall and ceiling as well as bathroom floor title we’re loose, grill was not clean and was rusty, bedroom screen door didn’t work. But all in all nothing stopped us from enjoying the lake. Would have been nice to know the outside pool was under construction, so had to use indoor pool.
