The beautiful home and carriage house, on the south side of 30A, is perfectly located where just a leisurely stroll will lead you to the amazing Coquina Pool or the white sands of the Emerald Coast. 'Sea La Vie' has a great entry with a deep covered porch facing the boardwalk. Upon entering the house, you will see a large open living and dining area great for entertaining. Pine floors are throughout home with exposed beams and tile in the kitchen. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite has a king size bed with a private bathroom, and it shares a patio overlooking Rosemary. The king guest bedroom, which shares the balcony with the master, also has a private bathroom. Down the hall are two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom featuring dual vanities, a glass shower, and beautiful tile work. One has a King size bed and private patio, and the other has a set of full over full bunk beds. All beds, including carriage house, are the Posturepedic memory foam - very comfortable high end bedding. For more privacy, enjoy the quaint but spacious carriage house which is equipped with a kitchen, cozy living area, couch with sofa-bed, and queen size bed plus full bathroom. We enjoyed a family vacation at this lovely rental. Excellent location and wonderful beach amenities. Main Street in Rosemary Beach is just a few blocks walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Tennis courts and pools are also nearby. Really an ideal location away from traffic and congestion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was a wonderful location to the beach and town. My family enjoyed our stay! We did go through all if the travel shampoo very quickly and had to buy some. Getting all the sand out of our hair requires more shampoo :) it would be great it there was more provided as well as coffee filters, which we also had to go buy.

The property was exactly as it looks in the listing! The photos are incredibly accurate. The house is clean, thoughtfully decorated, and in the most perfect location. We loved the proximity to the beach (only steps) and the quick walk down to town or a bike to the tennis courts. We’ll certainly rent again!

Wonderful Week Away
Sea La Vie was the perfect spot for our family to spend a week at the beach. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 6 kids and the proximity to beach and pool and town were just right.

This property is BEAUTIFUL!!! Very clean, modern, and comfortable! Kitchen is amazing and the beds all very comfortable! The location was perfect- close to pool, beach, restaurants, shopping, and farmer’s market!!!We cannot wait to stay here again! We left feeling relaxed and with full hearts!!!

We absolutely loved this property. The house was stunning, they kitchen was actually stocked with decent cookware, the location to the beach and pool could not be beat and there were tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance as well! I would definitely rent this property again! My only small complaints (and I hesitate to even call them that) is 1. A 9am checkout is really early to have a place packed up and out the door. 2. The lock on the back door was very difficult. A keypad would have been preferred. Obviously neither of these were dealbreakers because the overall property was fabulous. I would definitely recommend

We are frequent visitors to Rosemary Beach and we can say nothing but incredibly positive things about this house. The location is ideal. Sitting on the front porch watching a rainstorm or waving to the neighbors is a treat. Teens took over the carriage house and were in heaven. Beds comfy, plenty of towels, kitchen has a great set-up. Zero complaints! All around it’s a really wonderful house for a week in Rosemary!
Also rented bikes from Good Peddles and Ryan was such a dream to work with +1 (850) 842-8421. Dropped them off at the house before we even checked in!

This home was a comfortable, roomy retreat for the three generations of my family that included an infant and a toddler. The separate carriage house was a convenient place for young ones to nap or retire early while monitored by their parents.
House very well equipped and beds/furniture very comfortable.
On check in, we found the house clean and cooled by the A/C, but wide open and unlocked. No keys in the lock box, but on a kitchen counter. Despite a maintenance person checking on the locks (he never communicated results of his inspection), we never were able to lock the back door from the outside when we left, even with a key. The key copies probably need to be remade as they were quite finicky in the locks and only one worked for the carriage house with some jiggling.
Some hungry, disappointed people when we found out too late that the grill's propane ran out after 2 minutes of cooking. Long hold times or no answer for two calls to property manager. Manager very professional when finally contacted.
Aside from these small, easily corrected inconveniences, we had a marvelous stay and would stay again.

Hard to Beat this Beach House!
From the time we walked into Sea La Vie, we knew it was going to be one of the best beach homes we've ever stayed in. The kitchen was outstanding with high end appliances. Bedrooms with ceiling fans, TV's and perfectly laid out bathrooms and decks, connected to 2 of the bedrooms was fantastic! Very short walks to main street, the pool and the beach walkover. A+ Sea La Vie!

Great Location
The property was very well maintained and a great location. Just a block from the beach, pool, and town square. All bedrooms were upstairs with one bedroom only accessible through another bedroom/bathroom, or via outside (enclosed) patio, so a bit inconvenient. The WIFI signal was non-existent in this bedroom, as well as in the carriage house - otherwise 5 stars.

Awesome Home in Rosemary Beach!
My family and I stayed at the Sea La Vie home in May and could not have been happier with our experience! I have traveled all over the country and this is by far one of the best places we have stayed. The weather was beautiful and the day that it rained, we stayed inside and played games. The house is laid out nicely with the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. I loved having the downstairs to entertain and cook dinner. Cassi and Trevor with 30aescapes (who I am assuming manage the property for the owner) were very quick to respond to any questions that I had. Even if we have to rent another property next year, we will absolutely rent with them! I would recommend this home and the management company to any of my friends or family.

family vacation
We rented this home the first week of June, 2014: 4 adults, 4 adult-sized teens. Main house and carriage house combined sleep 12 but there are only dining chairs for 6 at the dining table. We found chairs in other rooms to make 8, but had we been a party of ten, as originally planned, we would not have had seating at the dining table.
We ate in most nights-- nice gas grill on patio, but kitchen lacking a few essentials: 9x13 baking dish, big pot for boiling pasta. The ice maker was not working; we called Trevor and he brought bagged ice but had to buy more throughout the week because the machine had very low, if any, output.
Internet connection is intermittent at best and spotty cell reception inside the house. Most times had to walk outside to make a call.
Beds are comfortable Tempurpedic, but one had plastic covering which crinkled when changing positions.
The description says, "All bedrooms are on the second floor and three bedrooms have private covered balconies."
True description: king bedroom is very claustrophobic-- only a tight isle on each side of the bed and at the foot of the bed it feels like one would hit their head on the flat screen tv. Windows on one side look out to a "balcony", the width of a narrow hallway; no furniture out there to sit on because it is so narrow and only some shutters open so it's like looking out to a dark hallway-- but it's the best way to access this bedroom since the other entrance is to walk through another bedroom and bathroom. The other two bedrooms did have a balcony with seating but it was a shared balcony, not private.
All bedrooms were tight. In general, the entire house had a dark, enclosed claustrophobic feel, just not what we expected for a house near the beach.
There is no stereo system, docking station or speakers of any sort.
Access means 'pay for it': tennis courts-- must buy membership. Ditto for fitness center.
House is a short walk to beach and unless you purchase chair rental, you'll show up and find chairs and umbrellas lined the entire width of Rosemary Beach, blocking any view of the ocean. Get out EARLY if you want to put out your own chairs and claim a spot.
Great neighbors: Jackie and Andrew were very friendly and kind to offer suggestions and recommendations.
We had a wonderful time enjoying beach and family.

We stayed here for Spring Break 2012 and couldn't have been happier with our vacation. The home was able to house two families comfortably despite its small footprint. Everything was in working order and well decorated. Rosemary is the ultimate in beach living and the kids (ten and below) were able to freely ride their bikes without constant adult supervision. A plus for everyone. We will be back and would stay at this home again.
