Rosemary Beach is famous for its magical coastal location and pristine Gulf Of Mexico shoreline. So when you visit this exquisite spot, why not choose a home that places you nearly right on top of the sugar-white sand? At Atwoods Cottage & Carriage House, you simply can’t get any closer to our beautiful beach than this. With three bedrooms in the main home and a separate carriage house for that little dash of extra space that’s needed sometimes, your whole family can spread out and easily sink their toes in the sand anytime they wish. Atwoods Cottage & Carriage House was built on a slightly oversized lot, allowing for plenty of convenient parking in the garage and a large, cobblestoned courtyard between the main home and the carriage house. On the first floor of the main home are two private bedroom suites. The first bedroom features a king-size bed and a hallway-accessed powder room, and the second is the luxurious primary bedroom suite, with a king-size bed and an attached full bathroom with a large step-in shower. Climb the classic stairway up to the main level, where the open and inviting great room is located. With multiple glass doors framing the ocean views and leading outside to the gulf-front patio, this room is ideal for relaxing indoor/outdoor living. You can open the doors wide to catch the gentle sea breezes and take your morning mug of fresh coffee outside to watch for dolphins swimming past. Inside, the vaulted ceilings and dark wood floors surround the plush furnishings and large HDTV. There’s also a large DINING SPACE with seating for four, and the whole room is illuminated with warm, artistic lighting fixtures. Next to the living area, a large marble island with barstool seating for three leads into the open kitchen. Stylish gray cabinets and sleek quartz countertops provide plenty of space for whatever you have in mind— from preparing stacks of fresh banana pancakes for your crew before they hit the beach or perhaps mixing up a pitcher of frozen margaritas before heading out to dinner. Premier appliances include a dishwasher, gas range, spacious refrigerator, and an in-drawer microwave. Another staircase leads up to the top level, where the third guest bedroom sits tucked cozily underneath the eaves. In this room, there are two queen-size beds, each with its own HDTV. The ensuite bathroom includes a large step-in shower and a marble vanity. Across the courtyard and above the garage sits the separate carriage house, an ideal space for older children or in-laws who enjoy more privacy. This flexible flat houses a full kitchen, comfy living area, full bathroom, and a peaceful bedroom with a king-size bed. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was amazing - just a few steps from the beach! Property needs some TLC - we had a few issues and the 30A Luxury Properties agents were very helpful and responsive.

We had a wonderful time.

Reviewer Comments: 30A Property Management continues to set a very high standard for vacation stays in the area with customer service and attention to detail that are unmatched as they extend all efforts to ensure an incredible stay. Having vacationed in several homes in the area, we were disappointed with our stay in this particular property. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable - requiring a move to another bedroom mid-stay to alleviate soreness (thankfully one was available this trip). In addition, there was no bathroom on the living space floor. With every bathroom located only in individual bedrooms on other floors - privacy and convenience were considerable issues.

Reviewer Comments: Over all it was very nice, spacious, Perfect location, and not over crowded!2 issues, 1 being that the you couldn’t get the blinds to come down in the first bedroom. That’s not ideal with a child I didn’t feel safe allowing him to sleep in there alone. 2nd issue was the key card to the pool never seemed to work the entire trip. It was super embracing having people let us in there. Overall wish we didn’t have to leave early due to unforeseen hurricane in our home town.

We stayed in this property several years ago when it was just two bedrooms and no carriage house. Really enjoyed updated accommodations with our two young adult children and their two friends. Nothing better than beachfront and quick access!

We enjoyed this beautiful home with 3 generations vacationing. Could not have had a better location with incredible Gulf views out the back door. Grandparents could watch grandkids and family play on the beach, paddle board, etc. right behind the home directly on the beach. The property had all the amenities we needed, great entertaining space and VERY comfortable bedding!! Clean and well thought out. We hope to be back. The only downside was lack of a bathroom on the 2nd floor, with grandparents having to travel up or down stairs. Otherwise, great!!
