You can enjoy the Lake from anywhere in this home! ENJOY A FRONT ROW SEAT TO (TAN-TAR-A) Margaritaville’s FIREWORK SHOW AND ALL THE EXCITEMENT OF THE LAKE! House is located on Main Channel Osage MM26. You can be at the grocery store in 10 minutes and at the Movies or Osage Beach Entertainment & Shopping District in 20 minutes. Many restaurants and beaches are nearby. Jet Ski or Boat Rental available in nearby Sunrise Beach. Due to main channel water, boats/jet skis can’t be tied off to dock. Public boat ramp only 10 miles away and paid ramp within 5 minutes. Home is nicely updated, clean, comfortable, and perfect for a large family get away! Large Concrete Drive with ample parking and Large Front Porch Entry to Main Level which offers a dramatic entry, spacious living room with TV, deck overlooking the lake, 2 spacious Master Suites with TV, 2 full Baths and AMAZING LAKE VIEWS from Every Room. Hardwood and Ceramic Tile Floors throughout. Comfortable Furniture and Decor make you feel at home. Upper Level has 2 more spacious Bedrooms, one private, the other room is loft style with two queen beds. Upper Level also has a 1/2 bath, and more WONDERFUL VIEWS! Lower Walk Out Level is an exceptional open space with many windows to provide GRAND VIEWS from any spot. Updated kitchen (includes stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, trash compactor, eating bar, granite countertops), Family Room with TV, Full Bath, Dinning Area, Large Sleeping Nook. Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer. Lower Patio provides firepit, outdoor dining, gas barbecue grill, ample seating with EXCEPTIONAL VIEWS of the shoreline, dock, bluffs, walkway to dock or pergola. The pergola provides an additional dinning area and rocking bench. Gentle sloped lot provides ten easy steps to the water, dock walkway, or waterside martini deck with pergola cover and another outdoor dinning area. New Encapsulated Concrete Dock with Swimming Deck installed in 2018 provides the perfect spot for swimming, fishing, people watching, sunbathing, dinning, and much more! We added a wave breaker in 2021 to help protect the dock from busy peak weekend waves. Chairs and Island Float Mat are provided. We have a collection of games and movies if you need some downtime inside. Our subdivision resurfaced the tennis court in 2021 that is located right in the center. You will be able to play basketball, tennis, pickle ball, or hit the volleyball around. Kitchen is fully stocked, including: A New Keurig, Coffee Pot(s), Blender, Snow Cone Machine, and everything you need to make a snack or cook up a big meal.

I had a group of five adult women staying here for a long weekend. We had a lot of fun riding the waves on the island mat. The house is very clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of comfortable seating with lake views. Stacy was quick to respond to any questions. We were there the weekend of the shootout and it was so fun to have front row seats watching all the boats go by.

The home was great, plenty of space for all 9 of us!! Easy check-in and host was very quick to reply! Views were nice and we did get to see the fireworks show!

This property is great! We had plenty enough room for 10 people and we loved that the kitchen was on the basement level to walk right outside. Nothing against the property but the waves were a bit rocky due to heavy boat traffic when we swam off the dock, and we didn’t stay out long. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean! Just to note- the highest upstairs area has more of a loft where the two queen beds (not a “private space/room”) are and then there’s a private room past the two queen beds. We would definitely stay here again!

We had plenty of room with 11 people total in our group. Parking was spacious and easy to get in and out of the driveway. Beautiful view from the deck and the dock. Owners were quick to respond with any questions. We enjoyed our stay!

This house was great for our family, plenty of room for 12 people. If you're not familiar with LOTO, you must know that the main channel, where this house is located, is VERY busy. This means there's lots of boats (and pretty big ones) going by causing a lot of waves, hence the wavebreak they installed. Though it helps some, during the busy part of the day, especially during the week of the 4th, it's super wavy and rocky out there. It made it fun for the kids on the lily pad, but the older adults were a little wary of getting in to swim. The view was amazing, with beautiful sunrises across the way over the cliffs every morning and a perfect view of Margaritaville for the fireworks. We had ok fishing, best in the early morning before the water got all stirred up from boating activity. The upstairs bedroom area is pretty hot when the temps are high, but they have plenty of fans in the house to help alleviate that issue. We'll keep this one on our list to consider for the future.

My brother's family and mine enjoyed a great weekend, taking in the terrific view, private swim dock, and quietness of the neighborhood. The flat driveway/parking pad was appreciated and made things easier for me, as I currently am in a walking boot for a foot injury. The house was clean, updated, comfortable and cozy. With 10 in our combined families, we liked having plenty of space to be together for card games and gab sessions, but also space to spread out and have privacy when needed. It truly was spectacular. I also appreciated when I had a couple questions, Stacy provided an immediate response. We would love to stay there again for our next family 'reunion'.

Wasn’t a good fit for our group. Lot’s of stairs. Kitchen is downstairs. Looked like hadn’t been cleaned well or lately. Would be better for a family than a group of friends. Could use some more silverware. It’s a good distance away from town. Which is nice but inconvenient. Great grocery store Woods nearby and the Branding Iron restaurant was good!

The only thing that was a little rough. Was the outside of the house sitting area. Most of my family love to sit outside and enjoy the view but I was very hard to do because of all the cobwebs and spiders. We tried wiping the area down but it seemed to just stir them up more. Other than that we all had a great time and the inside of the house was clean.

We had such an amazing time! The house was the perfect size for our family. The tennis court was a great place for the kids to go run around. We enjoyed the dock and water the whole vacation!

Great place with great views!
The house had plenty of room and was set up nicely. The view was the pier was amazing! The only downside was the heavy boat traffic, so if you have young or inexperienced swimmers, it is not an ideal location for that.
But fishing was great off the dock and like I said, THE VIEWS!

Great communication with Stacy. The house does have a lot of stairs , but we could see that from the pictures. Would recommend this house to others.

Nice view
YOU CANNOT KEEP YOUR BOAT AT THE DOCK. This is not mentioned any where in the description. If you are coming to the lake and NOT going out on the water, this is a great house for you. The view is great. However if you are wanting to boat or jet ski, I'd recommend something off the main channel. The owner was out of the country when we visited and so communication was very spotty and she couldn't be very helpful.
The house itself was fine. It was nice not to have a lot of stairs down to the dock. The upstairs bedrooms were still hot, even with the new AC units. Overall, the property was well cared for.

The property is great! Beautiful scenery and a great location. We rented a boat from Pointe Oasis (Scott was awesome) and toured the lake. There is SO much to see and do. Every place we went had something for the kids (which is great for adult time). The house was equipped with everything that you could need. I highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again.

The property is great! Beautiful scenery and a great location. We rented a boat from Pointe Oasis (Scott was awesome) and toured the lake. There is SO much to see and do. Every place we went had something for the kids (which is great for adult time). The house was equipped with everything that you could need. We all had a fabulous stay at this lake house! The views were awesome. Just a short walk to the dock. The grandkids enjoyed jumping off the dock and the lily pad was a big hit! Caught several fish off the dock. We rented a pontoon from Pirate Pete’s and went to Captain’s Ron. The beach there was a great place for the kids to swim. Grocery store close by as well as Dollar General. Having 2 living rooms was great, kids on one level, adults on the other. We all really enjoyed our stay! The only concerns we had were with left over trash and towels outside from previous guests, a coke left on the stairs inside, and dirty kitchenware. Also, some broken outdoor furniture. We realize this is due to the cleaning crew and not a reflection of the owner. We reported the concerns, and provided photos. The owner answered our message with an apology very quickly.

Quiet peaceful place
Nice get away for hubby and I! Stocked up at Woods Groceries and Cooked all of our meals there. Enjoyed laying on the dock listening to tunes. Sunrise was amazing! Plenty of caving and hiking to do around Missouri to do on cloudy days. We will be back!!!

Family vacation
We had a wonderful time. We all enjoyed spending time out on the dock swimming, played bags, and even had a bon fire one night. We cooked out most of the nights. I have to say there were no steak knifes. We found one big knife that we all shared to cut up our meat. I would also say the wave blocker did work some what. If it wasn’t there the dock wouldn’t be fun to hang out on. We would definitely recommend this place to stay.

It was a very beautiful location with views of the lake and deer in and around where the house is. Grandkids loved it ready for another vacation.
