This quiet location sets back from the road and neighbors for a peaceful private vacation. It is conveniently located within minutes of our beautiful Wellesley Island State Park, Thousand Island Park, Alex Bay, Clayton, Cape Vincent, Fishers Landing, Kingston ON, Gananoque ON, and Watertown. There is a Price Chopper Grocery store just over the 1000 Island Bridge off the Alex Bay exit. There are many tourist activities, places to eat, shop, listen to live bands, golf, or book boat tours of the beautiful and magical St. Lawrence River.

Patti's home was the best home I've rented. I'm super picky about cleanliness and I'm very reactive to strong chemical, mildew and musty smells. Patti's home was fresh and clean (without smelling like fragrant candles or strong air sprays). Everything was very tidy but also felt homey. The beds, linens, and towels all felt very clean and were very comfortable. She keeps humming bird feeders well stocked and we loved watching the hummingbirds out the kitchen and dining room windows. We hope to be back!

We stayed for 2 nights while attending a wedding in the area. We were pleasantly surprised when walking in the front door. We found the home to be very warm and welcoming. All the comforts of home! The beds were cozy and the sleeping arrangements suited us. Our adult daughter and special needs son were very comfortable. The diner across the road was very good for breakfast. The grounds are beautiful and we loved seeing all of the birds at the feeders. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks so much!

I can' t say enough good things about this house and host. Patti was a great host! She is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We don't often meet the host of the properties we have stayed at but we're so glad we got to meet and talk with Patti! The house is beautiful and is stocked with everything you could need for your stay! The location is very quiet and peaceful, even though it's across from a busy diner/store--you would never know it! It is close to Clayton and Alexandria Bay so that was convenient. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again if we get back to the area. Thank you Patti!

Very nice place
A very comfortable "down home" rental. Kitchen has everything you could want to cook including spices and condiments. No AC but plenty of fans. Outside grill, firepit with seating plus front porch seating. The host and her dog were great.

We had a blast!
This is a very clean, comfortable rental with a welcoming and positive vibe to it. We had 6 women getting ready for a wedding and even with all that chaos there was plenty of space for all of us. Patti could not have been more accommodating and kind. She even swung by to take a group photo of us all dressed up before we left for the wedding. Seriously, who does that??? We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There is an outdoor fireplace that my niece and daughter loved for making smores at night. We were close to Clayton Island and Alexandria. Wellesley Island had plenty of attractions as well.
Patti, the owner, met us in front of the house and provided us with information about all the nearby activities. The house is perfect for families. The only negative we could say, is we only stayed 4 days.

This rental is well kept and comfortable. The kitchen is better equipped than any rental we have had. The owner promptly responded to our few questions. The rental is near Wellesley Island State Park, where there is plenty of swimming, hikes, and boating., and the pretty summer village of Thousand Island Park.

Wonderful place to relax with family and enjoy the river
We had a wonderful visit. We had were able to relax and enjoy the family. Patti was super helpful. We had everything we needed. Easy access the park hiking and swimming in the park, kayaking on the river and tours. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

A Lovely Home
As a group of 4 spending the nights and another 2 joining us in the daytime, we all enjoyed this home away from home. Comfortable and clean with a lovely atmosphere, just as listing indicated. Great stay and great hostess
My family and I stayed at Patti’s cozy home on Wellesley Island. She was super accommodating with our schedules and was super responsive to all our outreach. Our stay was short and sweet but one for the books. The home was clean and the renters manual and reminders throughout made it easy to comply with the bourse guidelines. The house has many windows which let in a lovely breeze for a very comfortable environment. Thank you again Patti for your hospitality!

Great spot for relaxation!
Nice place to get away ... quiet area and well kept property, this home is clean and has everything you need to settle in for a week (or more). Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was a short drive to Thousand Island Park, or across the bridge to Alex Bay and Clayton. We felt right at home and had games and videos to choose from for a relaxed evening in. Highly recommend Patricia's home!

home full of character
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The backyard was beautiful- with many birds coming to the feeders. I heard whip-poor-wills calling at night.
There was lots of room in the house, and the upstairs where 2 of the beds were- had fun colors, and a music motif. Kitchen was fully stocked-easy to prepare meals there. There was no AC- but the fans in each room were adequate. Patti was very helpful, made sure we were all set up. It was easy to get to the high points of this area from the home. (It is not directly on the lake- but is close.) Would definitely recommend it.

Great house, tons of room, a fun getaway
I stayed here with 6 of my male cousins for a family reunion, and it was the perfect house for us. It was very nicely furnished and clean, with lots of rooms and private sleeping areas. The living room & dining room table were both big enough to accommodate 7 of us.
They have an outdoor fire pit that was great at night, and a huge property that had bunnies frolicking through it.
Location was great, very serene, but there is a nice little store across the street that has coffee, and beer, and breakfast.

One thing to say: this is a place where one will feel at home. And Patricia is a wonderful host. If I come back to Thousand Island, I will come to her house.

Amazing house!
We found this home to be extremely comfortable. We needed to be able to cook most of our meals and the kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need! Also, there is a little store/restaurant across the street if you need groceries. We enjoyed the wildlife- all kinds of birds, even hummingbirds! came to the feeders and we saw rabbits and a wild turkey. Patti has decorated her home in an eclectic style and we enjoyed all the interesting details. The location is convenient to so many attractions- we went to Thousand Islands Park several times, Alexandria Bay (and took Uncle Sam's River Cruise), Clayton, and several of the state parks in the area. We rented kayaks from the business 2 doors up the street and used them at the Lake of the Isles- easy kayaking with less current than the river. I highly recommend the house- Patti has thought of everything and it is very clean. We hope to go back again some day.
