Lovely place to stay, would recommend to others!

Breakfast was tasty but not good value for money. The staff were all lovely. Lots of activities. The view was amazing!

The wifi was not good. The beds were very soft.

Good stay

view of St.Lawrence River was excellent. Gas fireplace in the room was pleasant. Resort owner happened to be there and was welcoming and friendly.

Pillows on beds were terrible and seemed to be filled with foam. We prefer natural feathers. Blankets were made of polyester--not our favourite.

Good

This is an amazing location with a stunning view on the St. Lawrence. The room was clean and in a good condition. The pool, hot tub, rec room were all in great shape and a pleasure to use. Staff on breakfast shift was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The price was great and more than adequate.

The room was not too spacious, also the bathroom was quite small. The shower made a very loud noise. Staff on dinner shift was very unattentive and not overly friendly.

Rude waitress ruin your breakfast

the location is good, close to the lake.

On Aug 22rd, we went to eat breakfast in the adjacent restaurant and the staff was SO incredibly rude. Both waitresses on duty were mean, but we had the especially ignorant waitress named Monica who IGNORED us for 10 minutes while we stood in a mostly empty dining room, waiting to be seated. When we asked politely to be sat down, the waitress gave us a DIRTY look and sat us down at a table before demanding that we get up. When we asked why, her dirty attitude continued when she basically yelled that she had to wipe the table. We didn't ask for much service but the little service we did get was POOR and DEMEANING and my family left the restaurant disgusted by the service here. It reflects poorly on the entire establishment. Additionally, the room was damp and musty in an uncomfortable way and the wifi was extremely poor in the room.

The dinners were great, location was beautiful, would really like to rent the cottage next time.

Comfortable with a fantastic view

Mattresses were comfortable, better than the last hotels we stayed in but were doubles. View is fantastic. Rooms are dark and old looking.

We did enjoy our stay and would like to return.

The meal - prime rib was overpriced: a large portion, but not hot when it came to the table. I asked for more jus to pour over it to warm it. I’d add a soup or salad or dessert and tea - if you are charging $38.00 or $42.00. The server was lovely.

The location was lovely. It felt a little tired in places. Pull up the old carpets and replace with laminate and some fresh paint would freshen the feel. We thought we might play tennis, but didn’t have time. I wished we were staying longer to simply enjoy. I think that if you had a breakfast sandwich for around $5 or $6, we would have grabbed one each morning, but we didn’t have breakfast because $12.00 seemed pricey for eggs. A cheaper option would encourage people to eat there, especially if you have a family.

location is incredible! Mark the gentleman in front desk was so nice. the housekeepers were wonderful. Monika our waitress fir breakfast was amazing.

i wish there was a fire pit there and more kayaks.

Totally a must place to stay and relax, the view is so relaxing😍

The place is totally a must place to visit, clean, the staff are very nice, it is an excelllent accommodation for family, the room is so huge .

The indoor pool’s floor has something that is rough that cuts my son’s foot, they should take care of it before others get hurt.

Nice place, nice people just wish facilities were newer and higher quality.

The breakfast was very good and fresh. My wife and I both had the buffet. Service was very nice cheerful and professional.

The facilities while nice were dated. I guess I was hoping for the rooms being more updated. The furniture in the room was old and worn and needed to be updated. The grounds were nice and clean. This is an older hotel with a great location just needs to upgrade its rooms to current standards and quality.
