As mentioned by other guests, the apartment is small. We did not try the sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has city/traffic sounds, so guests should plan ahead if the noise would bother them. The master bath appears to be recently remodeled with a "rain" style showerhead. Dishes in the kitchen are limited, though plenty of pots and pans. Parents with children should bring plastic dishes. The neighborhood is relatively secure and near many parks and the convention center. A short walk to the lake shore with a pleasant view. The tennis courts on the complex are clearly neglected (not the fault of the hostess).

It was a cozy place and perfect for 4 for a few days. We had some issues with the wifi, but it was a nice place on the water, so we didn’t have much need for it.

If you are looking for an affordable, quick access location for the Discovery Cove, Sea World & Aquatica parks, this is almost unbeatable. Plenty of amenities near by, and an easy drive on the "side roads" down to Disney Springs.The unit does feel quite small, but if you are like us and just need a place to sleep and shower after spending all day at the parks, its plenty good.My wife is extremely sensitive to beds/pillows, and she rated this one of the best sleeps she's ever had on vacation.
