Looks promising but...

It was close by the hospital we were going to be visiting

The pictures do not reveal the true state of this house.!... 3/10 It is very old, creaky, and has plumbing issues. Hot water smelled of sewage, the master bathroom toilet did not flush, and the sink took maintenance 2 hours to repair. There is an overpowering, old, dirty smell everywhere. Bedding, pillows, and towels were cheap and thin with the same smell. No pantry/storage space for food or belongings. TV remote volume doesn't work, and you will have to sign in to your own streaming services as nothing is offered. We stayed 4 out of 5 nights. This house needs some serious upgrades and care for the price.

small comfortable getaway,

comfortable bed, spacious shower, quiet neighborhood, pool table and swimming pool were a plus we enjoyed it just wish our stay had been a little longer.

lots of mosquitoes in back yard, and pool lights didn’t work which would’ve made the pool even more enjoyable and stepped on a thorn on pool deck, but I’d still rent there again.

pretty much it was good just needed some wash cloth around the kitchen the laundry room I’m guessing the washer was leak

It was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and the kids loved the pool table. Everything was well equipped and spacious and the bedrooms were very comfortable.

The shower and the drainage in the master bedroom didn’t work well, but it I am sure that this will be fixed.

Lots of memories made

My family and I enjoyed the pool and the pool table, especially since it was so hot. The owner was very pleasant and helpful when needed. It was an all around nice and enjoyable experience.

Absolutely wonderful!!!! Hosted our group perfectly and kept us comfortable.

Absolutely loved the property!!! Pool was fantastic!!! house had everything we needed. We had plenty of room for everyone. The beds where wonderful also had a huge couch. The kitchen had almost every dish we needed. The bathrooms where more than stocked with towels and soap. The house was extremely clean. We loved how close it was to the river walk and regular town amenities. Would absolutely stay here again!

The Pool table room needs a ceiling fan or ac. We couldn’t stay in there to play due to everyone sweating. We where super excited about playing pool and this was a big factor in renting this specific house. We’d all learned how to play prior to our trip. Only once we go there we only where about to play one round because everyone was burning up. Please fix the outside water hose it needs a gasket it spews water everywhere when they top off the pool. We had to turn it off because the pool people never came back. Also the kitchen sink needs a new faucet it’s horrible. We barely had enough water to wash up dishes.

Not what I thought it would be

It was clean and smelled good.

The pool was small, it’s not as big as it looks. The toilet kept clogging even with nothing in it but water. The pictures make this house look beautiful but when u get there is not exactly what the pictures look like.

Great house and nice neighborhood

Beautiful neighborhood and very clean house on in the inside. Customer service was great as well!

The only issue we had was low water pressure to flush one of the toilets. Then in the bathroom to the master bedroom, you had to be careful with the sink. If you turned it up too high, the water would splash you. But neither of these issues would prevent us from booking this property again.

Beautiful place amazing price

Great little property wonderful stay... wish I'd of known about this property before I paid for 5 days in a hotel. This will be my place to stay when I'm in San Antonio.

I love the fact it feels as if I’m at home. Lovely patio and well Decorated. They even have a rollout bed in the master bedroom.

It took a while for the water in the tub to drain and for the toilet water to flush all the way down. Seems like the property have plumbing issues
