Two large fireplaces. Lovely to sit in front of and read a good book. The house is perched on a a hill in East Hampton, with convenient access to East Hampton Village, the ocean and bay beaches. The garden, lawn, pool, and decks are surrounded by a park-like setting and provide a joyful getaway with immense privacy. There are high ceilings and an open kitchen, the living and dining rooms feature 6 skylights and beautiful views of the outdoors. The gourmet eat-in kitchen is equipped with a 6 burner Viking stove, Viking dishwasher, Northland refrigerator, and a truly stunning stone fireplace. Since the house is chef owned there is everything you could ever need to cook for your self or for friends.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Spacious kitchen, great room, comfortable seating, comfortable beds, everything was spotless. Plenty of towels, pillows, bedding. Well equipped kitchen with high quality pans, knives etc. Just a note that there is no microwave in the home which I think would be helpful for vacationers, especially when reheating leftovers from all the great restaurants in the area. The pool was a lovely respite and we got plenty of use out of it. The outside area is just as comfortable and welcoming as the inside, with lovely landscaping, a nice vine covered outside eating area and grill. A covered, screened in area in the front of the house was great on one rainy morning. We were delighted to see deer, bunnies and flocks of turkeys munching around the area. Property is less than 10 minutes from E. Hampton.

We had an amazing week at Vicki’s house which was perfect for my friend, my 5 yo twin boys and myself. The immaculate rooms are perfectly appointed with a overall beach feel all over the house. The kitchen is equipped to perfection, the pool area and the entire landscaping around the house are nothing short of amazing and well maintained and the comfy den was a nice alternative to the the various outdoor sections at night. Absolutely no problem during our stay and Vicki demonstrated immediate feedback when we needed some guidance. A perfect week vacation at a perfect spot located exactly halfway from Sag Harbor and East Hampton beaches (10 min drive). We can’t wait to spend more time at this remarkable house and create more memories

Had a great week in the Hamptons. Pool, porch and kitchen were all incredible. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Very close to East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Amaganset as well as the beaches, while also secluded away from the noise and traffic. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Getaway!
From arrival to departure, our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The grounds, outdoor spaces and porches were great additions to the very open interior. The hone is cozy and warm with an spacious kitchen. Vicki is an extraordinary host. She was quick to respond to all questions prior to arriving and was completely available throughout our stay. Five Stars!

Perfect family getaway!
Our family just spent 2 weeks at this wonderful home. The outdoor area was really beautiful and the pool was fantastic! All 3 of my boys had a blast and my husband and I were actually able to relax. Vickie was extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs. We plan to go back again for sure!

Wonderful Property
Vicki’s home was a fantastic location for a fun, relaxing vacation with our family. The house is beautiful, the kitchen is great, and the yard is full of peace and tranquility - well, except when the kids are screaming in the pool having fun! The location is also great for being so close to several towns in the Hamptons as well as fantastic bay and ocean beaches. Vicki was an exceptional host proving great tips about the area and checking in to make sure all was well. We are hoping we are able to visit again next year!

Beyond Expectations!
We were in search for a rental property for 5 adults and our 1 yr old grandchild for my niece's wedding this June. This property exceeded our expectations in terms of it's amazing outdoor space, light-filled indoor space, top-notch kitchen amenities and fantastic outdoor shower! The location is less than a 10 min drive to town of East Hampton, 15 min to Sag Harbor and being in the Northwest section of East Hampton, it was an easy drive out to Montauk.

Stunning Home and Property!
This house just does everything right. I don't know what else to say. The layout, the decor, the beautiful patio and yard - everything comes together so well. Could have spent all day in the Kitchen alone with a nice fire and everything you could ever need to enjoy cooking. Vicki was so helpful, accommodative and responsive it made the entire experience seamless.

Beautiful, unique home in a great location
This property is absolutely beautiful. We loved that it was clearly someone's home, not a "cookie cutter" rental with no personality. From the artwork to the furniture to the excellent cookware in the kitchen, it's clear that every detail has been considered. Beds are very comfortable with high-quality linens. The deck and pool area are gorgeous with plenty of seating and both gas and charcoal grills. We didn't swim given the season, but this would be an incredible spot in the summer. My parents and I spent the week working remotely and it worked well - plenty of space to spread out and super strong Wi-Fi (cell service is a bit spotty in the area, so just keep in mind if you're working remotely and need to make regular calls vs. video calls). The location is very convenient - about 8-10 mins drive to East Hampton town with a grocery store and other shops, ~30 mins out to Montauk. You do need a car, but that's typical for this area. There is also a quiet bay beach walkable down a path across from the house, which was beautiful. We had one small issue with the TV remote during our stay, but Vicki was super communicative and helpful and overnighted a new one. Would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to relax in the Hamptons!

Beautiful home, a perfect place to unwind and relax..
Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at this beautiful home which was tastefully decorated and had ample places inside and out to enjoy. So many lovely features that allowed us to jump right in and relax. Vicki the host is outstanding and was very approachable throughout our two week stay whenever needed. The property is also centrally located to town, beaches, bay and so many fun farms.

Simply amazing
Vicki was the most accommodating and nicest host. The pool was amazing; the deck was amazing for dinners, and the outdoor space was phenomenal. The house had such character and felt so homey- the kitchen has everything you would ever need. She was fully available all the time when we needed something - this house couldn’t have been more perfect and Vicki couldn’t not have provided a more perfect getaway for us! Relaxing Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Victoria's East Hampton house. The house was very chic, cozy and incredibly private. We felt like we were in our own wooded retreat despite being less than 10 minutes from downtown East Hampton. We made great use of the top of the line grilling equipment and the beautiful pool area. Victoria was very responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful two weeks!

Victoria was a super host. Communication was easy and prompt and her personal approach was so very much appreciated during a time of huge upheaval for our party of four (and the world!).
The house is located in Northwest Harbor which we love! Great sunsets, bay beaches within walking distance, surrounded by woodland and wildlife. It was such a welcome relief from the city.
As for the house itself it was nothing short of perfect! Spacious and roomy whilst being cozy and extremely liveable. Rentals can sometimes feel simply like rentals. Not this house. It truly feels like a home away from home and the hosts make sure you feel that too!
The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious, both bathrooms were updated and nicely decorated, lots of space for us to sprawl out and not be under each others feet. There was a dedicated work space and lots of various places to dine. The wood burning fire in the sitting room was a daily staple for us which we LOVED.
We put the kitchen to work!! Lots of elaborate home cooked meals and it didn’t fail us. The cooker is excellent and the kitchen has all the supplies you need.
The exterior of the home and its gardens are really well kept and well designed. I can only imagine what they’re like when in bloom.
I could keep going! Simply put I couldn’t recommend this house enough. My favourite private home we’ve ever rented.

Space for entertaining a lovely summer holiday

First class in every way.
Spent a long weekend at this beautiful home with my two adult daughters and some girlfriends. Many cooks in the group and we were in heaven with the incredible kitchen and such gorgeous bowls and dishes, as well as the outside grill and the pergola. Many great meals and glasses of wine and card games and conversations...The house is charming and the grounds and pool area stunning; there was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy company or sneak away with a good book. Loved using the outdoor shower and tucking down under quality bedding. Vicki was great about providing information before we arrived and was readily available during our stay. Really a first class home and experience. Highly recommend.

Delightful stay
We were a extended family group of 6 adults and 1 4yo child and had a simply delightful stay at this property. Tastefully decorated and a recent renovation, plus a great outdoor entertaining area. The pool and the garden surrounds we found particularly appealing. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

This warm and inviting home met our every need.
This sunny house is exactly as it appears in the photos. The outside area could not have been more beautiful, from the absolutely expansive deck, complete with vine covered arbor, three separate seating areas and an outdoor shower. The deck was accessible by four separate doors, so it was right outside every room on the ground floor. The kitchen, as advertised, has high end appliances and had every gadget, pot, pan, knife, plate, glass, platter etc. that you could ever need - and lots of all of them. The 3 bedrooms were all nicely appointed with reclaimed wood furnishings. Two rooms had a queen bed and one room had two fulls (though they could be queens - I didn't look that closely). Two full baths - one up and one down. There was also a small den with sectional couch and television, a large living room with very comfy couch, and a dining area in addition to the eat in kitchen. The house also has a large screened in porch which worked great for morning exercises. The heated pool was very welcoming with 6 cushioned lounge chairs and umbrella'd table with chairs. No shortage of places to sit, both inside and outside of this house. The yard is private and park like. The house was also super clean.
The best part for anyone renting after the fall of 2018, there is a brand new market opening just a half mile from the house, so no more running to EH or Amagansett for groceries.
Hosts were super easy to deal with (thank you Vicki).
Great week with my family in the Hamptons at an really lovely home. Would rent again in a second.

An absolute gem in beautiful East Hamptons!
So... just got back from Vicki's house with 5 kids and 4 adults, and we couldn't be more pleased. We house exceeded all of our expectations, but let me just mention a few things worth sharing in more detail:
** The kitchen. Had every little thing you could wish for, a dream if you like to cook.
** The pool. Perfectly heated with different levels suitable for all ages.
** The cozy feeling. This is not your average rent-out-house. You wanted to live there.
** All the "extras". All the towels you need, dishwasher, tumble dryer, sunbeds, outside shower.
It took us only a couple of minutes to drive down to East Hampton where you could do your basic shopping as well as all the goodies from a couple of delis. If we had a question, Vicki was always helpful answering our questions.
We are so grateful for having stayed in this house and I can only hope we will get a chance to see in again!
