About this condo rental
Located in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $192 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. We are the owners and happy to share our beach home with our guests, Book your stay now and should you cancel 60 days prior to the start of your stay receive a full refund. We are happy to rent to families with children, married couples, and responsible adults over the age of 35. The pool (seasonal) normally open from Memorial Day Weekend through approx. the end of Sept.. Come stay in our very clean, well maintained, 2BR, 2 bath midtown Ocean City condo (63rd St.). Our unit can accommodate up to 6 guests. Wake each morning and take a quiet walk on the beach. You won't have to deal with traffic or cross walks to get to the beach. Or enjoy your morning coffee from our balcony, with a view of both the Atlantic Ocean and Assawoman Bay. By day enjoy all Ocean City has to offer. You can ride bikes or walk any part of the 3 mile long boardwalk. All water sports are available, fishing, boating, jet skiing, parasailing; miniature golf, amusement parks, water slides, go-karts and more. There is even an indoor miniature golf location, if you need to take a break from the sun. Take a 20 minute ride to Berlin, MD for antiquing. Or enjoy a round of golf at one of several local courses (Pine Shore Golf, Eagle’s Landing, Links at Lighthouse Sound and more). Shopping, choose from many small boutiques or the Tanger Outlets in either Ocean City or Delaware (tax free). Enjoy a movie at either of Ocean City’s 2 movie theaters (Sun & Surf Cinemas or Fox Theater). For those who feel luck is with them, a Casino is only 20 mins away. By night enjoy the night life at Seacrets or one of several venues for live bands. Or take a walk on the boardwalk and snack on Fisher’s Popcorn, Kohr Frozen Custard or Candy Kitchen Salt Water Taffy. You will not be bored! MASTER BEDROOM At night you'll rest comfortably in a king bed. The master also has a large HD TV, dresser, and private full bath. You can read a book while relaxing on the love seat. Dual lamps and nightstands provide added storage. An alarm clock is provided if you need to be on time for your golf tee time. GUEST BEDROOM 2nd bedroom will sleep 4 people on 2 full size beds, dresser and TV. Second full bath is only steps away. We can assist you in obtaining beach, baby items and linens for your stay. LIVING ROOM – DINING ROOM The large living room area has enough room for relaxing. There is more than enough seating for 6 people on 2 large sofas, and a swivel chair. Plenty of daylight with a southern exposure with 15 feet of sliding glass doors, to let in plenty of light. Enjoy expanded cable TV on the 42' HD TV, or watch your favorite VHS tape or DVD. The large dining room table will comfortably seat 6. Feel free to bring your own streaming device. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully equipped (should you want to cook) for most cooking needs, pots, pans, stemware and silverware. In addition to the electric range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and garbage disposal, the kitchen is also equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster and counter seating for 2. BALCONY - UTILITY - POOL - PARKING Enjoy your meal on the large balcony with table & chairs. Or relax and work on your suntan using the chaise lounge. Stacked washer/dryer is provided in the unit as well as an iron and ironing board. There is plenty of storage space. Outdoor pool is available (seasonal). Two, on property parking spaces are provided; free on street or municipal (fee) parking is also available. Elevator access provides for easy arrival/departure. Close to the beach and the bay, Dominick was great to work with and the place looked exactly like the pictures. We will stay here again, when we come back to OC.

This served as a great home base for our Ocean City trip with our young kids. We chose this place because we had access to a pool and the beach in very easy walking distance so we didn’t need to get the kids in and out of the car to go to the pool or beach or a grocery store, which was a huge plus. We had what we needed here. Upon booking I didn’t see we had to bring our own sheets and towels which was not a problem but took up a lot more room in the car than I anticipated. The neighbors were quiet but the neighborhood itself was a little rambunctious on Labor Day weekend. Beds were decently comfortable and I appreciated having a washer and dryer. Easy check in. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Ocean City. Thanks Dom and Sue.

Domenick is awesome to work with. Very kind and easy to reach. Check-in is easy. The unit is lovely, clean and spacious, beyond our expectations. The building itself felt safe and maintained. The pool and the elevator are a plus. Within walking distance to ice cream, restaurants, mini golf, and souvenir shopping. While standing on the balcony, if you look to your left, you will see the beach. If you look to the right, you will see the bay. I walked to the beach every morning before 9 to enjoy the peace and quiet. And then walked back with the family for a day in the sand. It’s that close!

This was the perfect place to stay with my husband and two young children. It was spacious, clean, and a very quick walk to the beach. Domenick was very responsive and helpful. A wonderful beach experience!

This condo was fantastic. Spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean! Midtown Ocean City is hard to beat - the beach is great in this area and there are a ton of wonderful stores and restaurants within walking distance. The whole process, from booking to check-in, was a breeze and the hosts were so responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to staying here again!

This condo is on the beach block and located in mid-town. Great location for a nice, quiet vacation. We took the bus to the boardwalk for the hustle and bustle, but enjoyed being away from the busy parts of town for sleeping. The condo was clean and exactly as listed. The owner provided excellent communication before and during our stay. Would definitely book again!

Property was well maintained. Appliances, floors, kitchen were modern and in good shape. The only complaint is that the cleaners left a lot of sand on counters, tables and balcony.

Birthday stay
I chose to stay here with my family to celebrate my 50th birthday. I have to say it was wonderful. Other than some noise from neighbors upstairs it was absolutely perfect. The communication with the owner was wonderful and all questions were answered promptly. If I am able to I will absolutely be booking here again. Fantastic time was had by all and the condominium was beautiful.

The condo was surprisingly spacious and was perfect for our family. The close proximity to the beach made it very easy to come and go from the beach with our three year old. The check in / check out procedures were easy and everything was very clean upon arrival. We would love to come back again!

This is a very nice well kept and clean condo about a 3 minute walk to the beach. Rooms are much bigger then the appear in the photos. Nice large closets also and cant beat the 2 full baths especially if travelling with kids(5 & 2 year olds for us). Has a nice little pool to use for those windy days on the beach. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking and it will be my first choice if we return to ocean city.
