This property has everything needed for an extended stay in Memphis. We've stayed in many VRBO's. This one had the best kitchen. It is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and snacks. The apartment was large, clean, and well appointed. There was a laundry room, a large outdoor balcony, a pool table, many beds and bedrooms, and bathrooms.
Although it is a little off the beaten path, and we were without a car, we were able to see Beale Street, the Pyramid, and most other attractions using our $2.00 per day trolley passes.
The hosts were gracious and very easy to communicate and work with.
We would highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed how clean place was, the space was very impressive to be honest it was to big for me and my family but, afforded us the space to spread out. The rooftop patio was amazing. The location was good close to many events and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again. The hosts and their daughter was great and made themselves available.

I personally was not thinking about how large the space was when we booked. Could not have been more impressed, and the price is VERY reasonable for how much space we had.
There were areas that the 6 of us didn't even have time to explore because we were only there for a weekend. Well maintained, clean, very comfortable and the fact that it is pet friendly with a dog park so near made it the perfect stop for old friends getting together. Not far from anything and we had as much fun at the BnB as we did hanging out in Memphis! Thanks so much, and I would definitely recommend this space and we will be back!

We just returned from a wonderful week in Memphis! This property is exactly as represented in the listing. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room! The rooftop deck is awesome and where we spent most of our time until the heat drove us inside to the air conditioning. Although I did not get to meet Becky, our host due to arriving late because of a canceled flight, my sister and brother-in-law were impressed with her personally greeting them at check in. Becky and Mike were quick to respond to any communication we had. The property is close to many of the places we wanted to go and the two-car garage was a great bonus! Don’t hesitate to stay here! It will certainly be our choice if and when we visit Memphis again!

We had a wonderful time.The penthouse was incredible .Plenty of room for our group of 7.The pool table was a really nice addition.We saw many sites of Memphis ,but also close enough to the Penthouse to come back freshen up and see the sites in the neighborhood .Very walkable .I loved the decor of this place too.Very homey…When do I move in😜😜You will not be disappointed.Huge table to play cards or games with family….We got food to go because we loved the space so much we wanted to have dinner at the table…ok I’ll stop ..Look no further this is the place…

We were very pleased with our stay here in Memphis. The property was just a short drive to Beale St. had a wonderful restaurant just feet from the front door. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to be comfortable, i.e, coffee. Thank you!

The Edge in Memphis

Spacious rental in a great location
We had a good ranging from 1-73 years old. Everyone enjoyed this property. We had plenty of space (indoor and out), comfortable accommodations and great recommendations for things to do nearby. Very quick walk to Sun Records, a brewery, stores and great restaurants. There is also a nice dog park right down the street! Becky was easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed for our stay. Really enjoyed this rental and our time in Memphis!

The house was immaculate! The pictures on the website are no where close to what we experienced when we arrived. ManCation is the code name that our group of 6 close military retirees / veterans invented when we started these one week Harley trips 9 years ago. This was or first time renting a house where we could all hang out together under one roof versus staying in 2-3 separate hotel rooms. This year we planned for 5 but only 4 of us were able to travel. Becky and Todd are great property managers and made sure our stay would be rememberable starting with initial correspondence days prior to our arrival. They had snacks and local bourbon for the group to help make us feel at home. Though the management team provided us with a key code to gain access to the home, Becky took the time to meet us at the house and walk us through all of the amenities it had to offer. Glad she did because there were rooms and entry ways we didn’t know existed. Becky also provided us information on places to eat and hang out relevant to our time in Memphis. This is in addition to the sheets available in the home with places to eat in walking distance. The towels, face clothes, soaps were better than any 5-Star hotel I’ve slept in. No complaints on the beds either. The washer and dryers came in handy because riding on motorcycles, we are limited to the clothes we can carry. The huge balcony on back was great as some of the guys enjoyed sitting outside enjoying cigars. Pool table gave us something to brag about while we decided where to eat our next meal. The garage was an added plus and was a major factor when we were searching for a place. We were able to park our 4 Harley Davidson touring bikes in the garage with plenty of room to maneuver around them. This made it great for cleaning the bikes after a day’s ride and loading them when it was time to depart. The location of the home was great. We normally took an Uber downtown but walked back which was approximately 30 minutes. On the last night we learned about the motorized scooters and rode them back to the house taking detours along the way. Lot of fun. Location was excellent and provided easy access to the freeways on our daily rides around Memphis, Mississippi, and Arkansas without having to drive through busy downtown streets with stop lights. By far this was an excellent choice and we’ll definitely be calling on Becky and Todd if we choose to return to Memphis.

Loved this apartment. There was space for everyone (4-10 people depending on the day). Well equipped kitchen. Pool table was a big hit. Hostess was gracious and very helpful. Our only regret was the weather which kept us off of the awesome deck.

Considering it was 78 degrees on Christmas, the rooftop was the highlight of our trip. Some of us traveled from Chicago, so wow what beautiful and unexpected weather. We never left the house except for a walk with our dog. It was awesome to have the little dog park just minutes away from the rental. Overall a great experience.
