Location was great.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bed and pillows were SO comfy!
It’s a cool hotel with a sexy feel.
The darkness of the noir room makes it very hard to get ready, it would be helpful if there was better lighting around the mirror.
I feel there could be better use of space for clothes storage. I saw a lot of reviews regarding the room size, I think for a couple for 3 nights it was absolutely fine!
The shower was very hot and we couldn’t get it to go cooler.
Young men in an apartment opposite threw eggs at our window twice. The man on reception was very helpful and sorted the situation quickly and took it very serious.

The staff was very helpful. I was having trouble getting the shower water to work and the staff promptly came to my room to assist. Very responsive and helpful. Great location. Comfy room/bed. Had everything I needed.
1. Fresh towels were not brought to the room daily.
2. Ventilation/airflow in the room is not great. It has working AC - which was great - but after a few days it started to have a "musty" smell.
3. Bathroom/living area light would turn on and off on its own. Sometimes would wake me up in the night.

Excellent location easy to get on the tram, metro and within walking distance of lots of major attractions. Convenient location with lots of shops and independent cafes and popular chains nearby. Staff were really lovely and quick to respond for extra body soap when ours ran out. They also gave us fresh towels
The 4 person “le noir” room is very small for a space that is meant to be for 4 people. There is limited space to put your clothes and no where to store luggage. Would not recommend if you are planning on bringing big bags. It can also be quite loud from the surrounding bars which play music all night and through into the morning. There is also no real bathroom which is quite annoying when staying with friends and not in a couple as I assume most 4 people groups would be. It could also benefit from a full length mirror in the room as there is only one real mirror and the lighting is awful. They did not do room services either.
