Nice for a family getaway

Our family had a great time. The favorite was the pool and hot tub, it was the nice to have especially with kids who love to swim. The house itself was nice, we took advantage of the kitchen and the laundry room. All the extras were a plus. A few of the things I did not like was the mattresses, some of them sank, was uncomfortable. Also a sticky substance on the floor in the bedroom we could not get rid of right away. And we encountered big spiders, a rattle snake, a racoon, lizards, a duck which he tried to bite and big water bugs, either in the house or right out side. The racoon found a hole at the top of the screen above the pool, and ran across in front of the patio door. Sorry not really a nature person. But all in all my family was very satisfied with the stay.

Great house!!

We loved the house! My husband and teenage boys were very impressed from the moment we walked in. It was so bright and clean in there! I was disappointed that we did have to pay extra for spa heat and there was no salt and pepper in the cabinets. There was also one dish towel. There were more than enough bath towels and rags to last our 4 nights. The dartboard was broken and the ball to the foosball table was missing, but we did enjoy pool table and air hockey table!

The home was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the home and the kids really enjoyed the pool. There is only enough parking for two vehicles. My niece ended up getting a parking ticket. I call management company to see if there were anywhere else we could park and the individual I spoke with let me know that there was not anywhere else to park and told me that there is a Walmart nearby to park. Walmart was 15-20 minutes away from the house and we was not parking at a Walmart parking lot. When we arrived on Saturday, there was trash in the trash can from previous renter so we couldn’t put our trash in can outside.. The paper on refrigerator stated that trash pick up will be on Monday and Thursday. No trash pick up was done on Thursday. The downstairs bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed the house and our stay.

The overall stay in this unit was adequate, but not comfortable. (1) Several of my guests, including my spouse complained, about the lumpy and uncomfortable bed mattresses in their respective rooms. My daughter's mattress was so lumpy she spent multiple nights sleeping on the couch in the living room in lieu of the bedroom she'd been assigned; (2) We also found 4 rolls of toilet tissue was inadequate for 6 adults for multiple days; (3) The temperature setting on the hot tub was not functioning properly; (4) the outside trash can was full of garbage and unemptied from the prior renters leaving no space for depositing trash accumulated from our stay; and (5) we were unable to adjust the thermostat to control the inside temperature. Since we had a very tight schedule for our graduation weekend in Orlando we did not notice the red juice spot on the carpet (in front of the bed in the master bedroom) and black marks on the stairwell walls until the second day of our stay.

Plenty of room for everyone. Enjoyed the game room and pool. Lots of patio seating and dining space. Would have given it a 5 star rating but both upstairs sinks were clogged, 3 of the bedroom televisions were not programmed, and the spa did not work. Although the customer service representative was not able to resolve the spa issue during our stay, she was very courteous and apologetic. I purchased the birthday package and it worked out perfectly. The cake was delicious and pretty, very convenient! We will definitely rent again.
