About this condo rental
Situated in Kelowna, this attractive condo for $112 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Professionally decorated 2 bedroom suite within walking distance to all the downtown has to offer. Located in Discovery Bay Resort one of the best Waterfront Resorts in Kelowna. Your suite is within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, and the waterfront boardwalk/bird sanctuary is only steps away. Fully supplied kitchen with essentials including a dishwasher. The master bedroom is spacious with your own TV and a King Size Bed. The second bedroom has no windows and is perfect for those who want a nice dark room when the lights are out, this bedroom has a Queen and a Single bed. The living room has a Queen Size Sofa Bed with a 6” memory foam mattress, this is a high end leather couch made by Elite Sofa Designs. The amenities are what make Discovery bay the best resort on Sunset Drive, guests have access to 2 pools (outdoor pool is seasonal, indoor open all year round), 2 hot tubs, games room (with pool table, ping pong/ table tennis, Foosball and TV's), steam/sauna room, and a gym. You also have your own laundry in suite washer/dryer bought Jan 2021and we provide the laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets. We have 2 smart TV's with Netflix and cable. This is a ground level condo in Discovery Bay. You have access to the street out the front door and secure parking for 1 vehicle directly out your back door in the parking garage. Max height to enter the parkade is 6ft8", the parking space is 8.5 ft wide by 23.5 ft long. Extra cars can park on the street but it is metered parking or if you don't mind walking a bit you can park about a block away for free. *** no studded tires allowed in the parkade it destroys the membrane *** *** pools and hot tubs can close from time to time for maintenance or emergency, this is out of our control and we do not offer refunds in the event any amenities are closed during your stay *** We stock mustard, ketchup, relish, salt, pepper, napkins, paper towel, coffee and tea in the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with body wash, shampoo, makeup remover, makeup facecloths (brown ones), cotton pads, shaving cream, hair dryer, toilet paper and Kleenex. We have plenty of pool towels and bathroom towels. We supply everything you need for the beds including extra blankets and pillows. There is no smoking, vaping or drug use allowed in Discovery Bay, that includes inside the suite, on the patio or any common area. No pets of any size allowed. Quiet time is from 11pm till 8am. We allow alcohol on the pool deck but there can be no glass, tins cans or plastic cups only. No drinks or food allowed while in the pool, you must consume them before entering the water. Must be min 25 yrs old to book with us (children or grandchildren are welcome) We don't allow bachelor or bachelorette parties.

Our family of 4 had such a fabulous stay and would highly recommend it to others. The apartment was so warm and cosy (in the middle of an arctic cold snap!) and was appointed with everything we could possibly need. We definitely hope to come back again one day. What a beautiful place. Thank you so much for having us.

Amazing spot on the lake in the Okanogan, quiet and peaceful in a vibrant neighbourhood that felt like the perfect resort escape for a business study trip. Excellent!!

This was a great place for my mom (91) and myself to spend a few days to visit with my daughter. It was close to downtown, the lake, Knox Mountain etc I will definitely keep this in mind when my husband and I are back to visit our daughter. Look forward to taking in the area and the close proximity to everything.

I am always concern someone overselling what the place actually is. The condo, was as advertised. It was clean and nicely maintained. It was great the parking was right next to the condo.
I didn't get to try the swimming pool or the rec room, next time.

We had an issue with the front door lock and the owners were very quick and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at this condo! Lots of room for a family of four and great location. We loved biking down the beach path, and we had short drives to other fun activities (Kangaroo farm and Myra tressle bridge). We didn't think our roof box would fit in the underground parking so ended up storing it in the master bedroom, so that was the only downside. Our hosts were graciously understanding when we left 2 days early due to the wild fires. We would love to come back!

We loved having the grill outside and the kitchen but to be also close to so many good-to-great restaurants. The condo was clean, convenient and perfect location to Tugboat Beach (one of the better rated beaches) and Waterfront Park and downtown.

This unit is in a great building! Close to so many places to eat, beaches and gorgeous walking/running/biking paths. The kitchen is very well stocked (probably the best stocked place I’ve been to yet). The beds are also super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

So many great things to say, where to start? Loved having the secured parking lot and the spot being right outside the door was helpful. Access to the street being at street level was great with young kids. We took many walks to the lake, beach, downtown, marshlands etc.
We had ample sleeping space and the king was was so comfy. Lots of bedding and towels available. We visited the pools almost every day and the game room a few times. The kitchen was quite stocked compared to many other places we’ve stayed at. They had fresh coffee beans for us, filters, all we needed was cream! They had all the essentials (salt, pepper, oil, random spices from other renters probably).
We had several movie nights with Netflix going in both the bedroom and living room. You won’t regret your stay. We had everything we needed.

The location was great for our visit to Kelowna. It close to everything we wanted to see on our short trip. We could walk to the lakefront, shops and restaurants. The outdoor pool was lovely to swim in. We had it all to ourselves during our stay. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. It was nice to have secure parking in the underground parkade. At first we had a a bit of trouble finding the fob for the parkade but when we called our host she told us where it was😀. Our only complaint was the difficulty we had getting into the parking spot with our small truck. It was very tight to get into the spot because of the pillars, neighbouring vehicles and bike stall beside it. Guests with a small car might not have as much trouble as us. We’d love to come back and stay here on our next visit; we’d just bring our smaller vehicle.

The property was ideal, clean, and with everything you need. We walked to the lakeshore and the Rotary Nature Park which we thoroughly enjoyed. Analog coffee shop is just down the road and we walked into Downtown. We highly recommend this as a place to stay in Kelowna.

Awesome location, easy walk to the lake. Space was great for our 'Wine Tour Getaway". Walk out onto the street was very convenient and underground secure parking was a nice bonus. Hoping we can return in summer or fall.
