My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. The house was exactly as described...clean and cozy but not too small, and a nice location. Cynthia is a wonderful host and was always quick to respond when we had any questions. We will absolutely be staying here again when we visit Las Cruces next.

Location was very good. We are walkers, the location was good to get to the farmers market and a couple of restaurants. As a cyclist the location is not good for ease of riding. Bike lane on Alameda, but does not lead to out of city roads that are rider "friendly". The Casita met our needs for a short stay in Las Cruces. This was our first visit to Las Cruces. The city of Las Cruces visitors center was not very helpful for new comers. We asked for hiking information in the Organ mountains and the visitor center either didn't know or didn't care. They didn't even have info on Dripping Springs. I was able to find info on the internet. The cycle path around the city ended at University and Triviz with no direction to reach the west side and the continuation of the cycle path. I asked at several businesses and no one knew and didn't seem to care. I would not recommend a visit to Las Cruces if you are an outdoors person. In summary, we found Las Cruces to be congested and not walker or cyclist friendly, or just friendly in general.

It was absolutely perfect!! Very clean and cute property. The atmosphere of the home made it feel like home. The owner was FABULOUS and made us feel beyond welcome! We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and our dogs very much enjoyed our stay at the casita. We had space to park our rv and it's within walking distance to the car rental place. We did a lot of hiking around Las Cruces and White Sands National Monument. It was everything we needed for a comfy stay, especially after hiking/living in an rv for a week! Highly recommend staying here over some lame chain hotel! My dogs loved the backyard space. I'd also like to recommend eating at Chalas on Avenida de Mesilla. Food so great, we ate there 3 times!

My husband and I booked this casita for The Whole Enchilada and it was the perfect location. The fields were less than 2 miles away and the house was super cute. Perfect for my husband, myself and our baby. We will definitely look to book again next year.

So happy to find this place. Very roomy, clean, and adorable! The owner was so nice and always available. Great communication. I will never stay at a hotel in Las Cruces after this wonderful experience.

Very nice place, clean, neat. Nice kitchen area if you need it, we ate out. Perfect location if you are seeing anything at the NMSU campus, we missed ALL the traffic. Close to old town and easy access to freeways. Cynthia is very nice. Our highest recommendation! We will stay here again if we are in Las Cruces.

We had a wonderful stay at the Casita on Alameda in Las Cruces. The Casita is comfortable, well situated and was the perfect size for us (a couple). We could walk downtown easily where we enjoyed the market, Beck's coffee shop, museums and the fun Coas Book Store. Cynthia is very helpful and responsive. Not to mention the wonderful weather. Great month!

We were not pleased with the lighting , cooking utensils , and no t.v. Or Netflix instructions available. The lighting in sitting room is only from ceiling light , a cold light . Only one nedside lamp , no side lamp near couch in sitting room and there was only 2 large skillets, one huge (soup ) like pot for cooking , we had to ask for a smaller pot for cooking water for tea. No teapot found. Too many barking dogs in neighbourhood. And honking freight train nearby. Neighbourhood mediocre. The house itself looked cute.

Perfect place/clean/comfortable, all the amenities of home/great 'base' to explore the area in and around Las Cruces, especially all the hiking trails.

We rented the Alameda Casita for our married daughter and her husband to stay in over the Christmas holiday. It was so cozy and comfortable--just perfect for a couple. There is a couch that can be made into a bed and the Casita is pet-friendly. The price was so reasonable and my children enjoyed their stay immensely. The owner is very friendly and attentive in communicating via text. She clearly wanted everything to be perfect for us.

This updated and remodeled cottage was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. We spent Thanksgiving at this guest house with family and found the kitchen fully functional. The bed was comfortable and the wall heater kept us cozy warm. There was plenty of space for our dog to play in the yard. Charming!
