Nestled in Ocean City, this charming house for $95 per night is a great option for your next break. Beautifully furnished/decorated 4 BR, 3.5 baths, 3 level townhouse with a garage. Located bayside off 69th St in Midtown, Ocean City just 1 block from the beach! Within walking distance are great restaurants, activities, shopping, and nightlife. * 1 block to beach- 2 min walk * Bonfire Buffet, Dough Roller, Ice cream Parlor - 2 min walk * Mini golf - 2 min walk * Bowling - 5 min walk * OC Boardwalk -7 minute by car * Seacrets Night Club- 5 minute by car/ bus * Convention Center - 5 minute by car/bus * bus stop - 1min walk * Market64 - 2min drive ***This property does NOT offer linens and towels. Linens and towels are available for rent through a 3rd party linen service. Pillows and blankets are provided*** Enjoy this beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom water view townhouse located on the bay side of ocean city. This house will be perfect for your next family vacation! The first floor offers a spacious garage with a private bedroom (queen bed with a twin trundle - sleep 3) and full bath. On the second floor, enjoy a wide open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living room includes high end furniture, high coffer ceilings, and an additional sofa bed for all your friends and family. On the 3rd floor, you will find 3 very spacious bedrooms. A master bedroom with a king bed (sleeps 2) and private bath with double vanity and granite counters. Room 2 has a full-on-full bunk bed with a twin sized trundle (sleeps 5). Room 3 has a full bed with a twin sized trundle (sleeps 3). Our beach house is one of the few in the whole community to have all 4 balconies (2 in front and 2 in back), which provides you with ample outdoor seating spaces and perfect views! Whether it be a celebration of special occasions or just a simple weekend getaway, come stay at one of our Beach Paradises and let it be your home away from home! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Check-in: 3PM Check-out: 10AM ***We DO NOT supply bed linens and towels. ***For your convenience and enjoyment, the following are available for an additional cost: 1) Linens and Towels Services: $190/stay (includes sheets and pillow cases for all beds, 15 sets of bath towels, and 4 bath mats) or $125/stay for each. 2) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one 10x10 beach canopy, 4 beach chairs, 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories, and sand toys (damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in) 3) Kayak: $75/stay for 3 kayaks and life vests (damages will be charged if not reported upon check-in) ***Pool opens between Memorial and Labor Day Weekend. The property is clean, updated, and in a great location.
The only thing to remember is guests must bring their own bedsheets, towels, and depending on how long you stay your own paper towels. You can make arrangements to have them provide this but must do this before you arrive. If you're booking on your phone like us this information is easy to miss.

We had 6 adults and 7 kids (ages 22 months to 10 years old.). There was plenty of room to spread out. We (the grandparents) had the 1st floor bedroom and the rest of the family slept on the 3rd floor so we had our quiet escape! The house was beautiful. Loved all the balconies! Enough parking for 3 SUV’s. Lots to do within short walking distance. Beach, bay, golf, restaurants, stores all close by. Kim was very responsive to all my questions. We all has a wonderful time!

Awesome Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at OC. The accommodations met all of our needs. I was really happy with the full kitchen. The walk to the beach was 1 block as described. We had one little bump but the host was very responsive in smoothing it out. I would stay here again and again!

We booked this place for some of our wedding party to stay at and it was perfect!! There was enough space for everyone and no one felt cramped. It was only a short walk to the beach and we had everything we needed. When speaking to the property owner, they were so friendly and quick with response! Definitely recommend this place!!

Great stay!
We had a group of 8 adults and this home accommodated us perfectly ! Spacious, clean and in a great location. Kim, the property owner was very sweet and responsive ! It wasn’t a big deal to us but there was a minor leak in one of the toilets and she had sent maintenance over right away.
We enjoyed our stay so much & hope to return in the future! Beautiful home !

Beautiful Home
Thank you for allowing me to use your home! The home is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our mini-break from the world! The decor was awesome and we appreciated the spacious environment so we could maintain social distance. We did not leave the house very often but when we did everything was very close by which was perfect! The Christmas decoration was an awesome touch. I would love to come back to this property again in the summer with my whole family to enjoy.

Drive to boardwalk area was a quick 5-10 minute drive without traffic. Ample parking for 3 cars. Not much of a view from the outdoor seating but you are in a townhome development. The home does have a lot of steps and is on 3 levels so for elderly or young kids may be something to consider. The home was clean and well maintained. Kitchen decently stocked with appliances. Will definitely consider staying again when visiting. It was off season so pool and water amenities were not accessed. I was pleasantly surprised that the town was vibrant and stores and restaurants were open and hopping. Ate at the Skybar and everyone enjoyed the atmosphere, food and music. Thanks for letting us use tour home.

Great place
This place was almost perfect for us 4 golfers. The only little problem we had was we were fur guys and only three rooms had full to king size beds. On room had bunk beds. One of our guys slept on one of the pull out couches and it was just fine. Great place to rent.

This property owner was great to work with, very responsive and helpful! The townhouse was a great size for us and very pretty. It was evident that a bachelorette party had stayed there before us, but the property has been cleaned, and the purchased linens were ready for us. The house was in the middle of many beach attractions, and a short, easy walk to the beach and pool with young kids. Would stay here again.

Perfect family vacation home. Plenty of room for our two families. Very clean and beautifully decorated throughout the entire house. It really felt like a home away from home. Loved the kitchen and dining table large enough for the whole family to enjoy meals together. Only wished we could’ve stayed longer. We definitely would love to return here again.
