About this condo rental
Located in Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $556 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. My calendar and rates are up to date. The dates you request are available if the Calendar shows them to be available. Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations. We have 2 units in this building, including a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit and a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit. They are units 705 and 1609. About the condo: The unit is a gorgeous oceanfront 3 bedroom/3 full bathroom with a large private oceanfront balcony with incredible unobstructed views of the Atlantic and is located on the 16th floor. All 3 balconies and windows in the unit face the ocean. When you enter the unit from the hallway by unlocking the door you first come into a large foyer that is part of the 3BR 3BA condo. That area is for your use and is a great area to leave your beach items like chairs, umbrellas and coolers. From there the unit has 2 doors. One that you can access the main unit which consists of 2 BR and 2BA plus a full kitchen, living room and dining area. The other area is a bedroom that has a full bath and small kitchenette. There is a king bed in the master. There’s also a TV and a DVD player in the master bedroom. The second and third bedroom each has 2 double beds with their own bathrooms. Towels and linens are provided for your stay. The 3rd bedroom also has a small kitchenette with a sink, microwave, small fridge and a coffee maker. The unit has a stack able washer/dryer and offers free wireless internet. There is also a pack n play and a high chair in the unit. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the large oceanfront living room, a direct oceanfront balcony off the living room with spectacular views of the Atlantic, a fully stocked kitchen, an in-suite washer/dryer, a TV in each bedroom and a flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player. The unit has a full Kitchen with granite counter tops, solid wood cabinet. It is equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances you need for cooking. Beautiful ceramic tile floors are in all the bathrooms/kitchen area with plush carpeting in the bedrooms. This unit comes with three free covered parking spots. Bay View is one of the newest luxury oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach, located right in the heart of all the action that Myrtle Beach is known for. Bay View boasts amazing amenities not found in your typical beach resort . It has pool, spas, a lazy river, kiddie pools and more! This condo is a direct Oceanfront condo and comes with complete with designer furnishings, granite counter top, solid wood cabinets, and beautiful bedding and drapery. The unit has free wireless WiFi Internet with flat screen TVs. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom with large sliding glass door to the oceanfront balcony. There are 2 double beds in 2 other rooms, and a pull out sofa in the living room..There’s also a Starbucks located on the first floor of the resort, which is just great! And the resort is only a few blocks from the NEW Freestyle Amusement Park. The Bayview Resort has an indoor oceanfront pool, Lazy River, hot tub, a kiddie pool with a water fountain, an outdoor splash pad feature and an onsite fitness room. The pools are heated during the off season and can be closed off from the elements to enjoy year round. There is also a Starbucks on-site and a great restaurant located across the street. About the area: The Bayview Resort is located at 504 North Ocean Blvd (on the corner of 5th Ave North and Ocean Blvd) in the heart of Myrtle Beach, two miles south of Broadway at the Beach, and close to many area attractions; including, Family Adventure Amusement Park, NASCAR Speed Park, Golf Courses, Miniature Golf Courses, and many many many other entertainment and attractions!! If you are interested in booking this condo: Click on the 'Book it' button and follow the instructions. The site will offer the option for you to buy cancellation protection and damage protection. It is totally up to you to take advantage of this or not. After this, you will have to read and agree with the rental agreement before you are able to pay. The first deposit will be 25% of the amount due and can be paid with a credit card to complete the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your check in date. This property is Smoke Free. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room or on the balcony. You must be over 25 years of age to book this condo. No pets are permitted.

Overall a good stay, come for the beach and stay for the view (the view really is spectacular from all spaces). It’s apparent the condo (and building) have seen a lot of traffic over the years but still very functional, met our needs, and if you’re looking for good value/bang for your buck, this is it. A few hiccups with plumbing but they were resolved within an hour, hosts and building management were very responsive. The third room is a true lockout off of the condo entry; it worked perfectly for us traveling with an extra adult, offering privacy for them as if in their own suite. Just not sure I’d put young, unaccompanied kids in it because it’s next to the entry door and out of earshot from the main area. Yes, parking is across the street (can see it from the building entrance), but it’s an easy walk, we never felt unsafe (though we weren’t out at night often), and we always found a good parking spot. Overall a good stay, would return in the off-season again (high season might be a different story with noise, parking, etc.).

The property was exactly as described. It was spacious, clean and conveniently located to the boardwalk. The check-in process wasn't clear in the beginning, i may have overlooked an email however after reaching out to the owner, the situation was resolved in a matter of minutes.
The view was totally more than i could have imagined....absolutely breathtaking 😊.

We stayed over Fall Break. The condo was just as pictured on VRBO. The pictures online don’t do the view of the ocean justice. It’s fabulous. The building has fantastic proximity to the boardwalk. It’s just a short walk away. The only negatives to this unit were 1.) the beds were horribly stiff and uncomfortable. I don’t think anyone in our group slept well all week. 2.) the parking garage for the building is a block away. It’s not a HUGE inconvenience since everything is within walking distance, but it was sometimes annoying if you forgot something in the car. Otherwise, the unit was awesome and we would definitely book it again!

There were 7 of us and this spacious and well-appointed condo was a fabulous way to enjoy the beach. We had plenty of space, including multiple balconies, and everything was in great shape and very comfortable.

We spent a lovely 4th of July week at the condo and couldn't have been happier. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms was perfect and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to be able to cook for the entire family. Beds were comfortable, the location was super convenient, and the views were incredible! Thank you for a helping us have a fantastic family vacation!

Everything was just as advertised. Beautiful views from the minute you walked in the condo. Very well stocked kitchen. Our plans required a last minute additional night stay and we had a response to our request from the owner almost immediately! Hot tub was a hit! I would definitely recommend this property!

Overall a great trip - pools were overcrowded and closed off to open air due to construction outside around pool area - so not able to use the pools at all, but no fault to the owner. Very clean and plenty of space for everyone on the family!

Property sits on the beach and just a couple blocks away from the boardwalk.
The area is need some modernizing, however we never felt unsafe.

It was such a unique property, with three decks with beach views on each deck. The one bedroom was separate like your own apartment.
You could have your privacy and then be all together. Great.

Family Road trip was fun we all had a great time in the property. I think being downtown was an experience and itself. Will I come back , I think I would because of the space between the cleanliness and the response that we had from the property managers..

The whole time we were there (12 adults) the air conditioner was not working. I reported it the very first morning (8/8/22) by voicemail. She didn't call back, I emailed her that evening and heard back from her on 8/9/22. She kept telling me the AC person will be there to fix it. My mother who was recovering from keen surgery was at the condo 24/7, no one showed up. We were miserable the whole time. After we checked out she told us that the AC was fixed. I asked for compensation (30%-20% refund) for our discomfort but she refused. Very rude!

We really enjoyed out vacation but would not stay in this part of Myrtle Beach if we ever returned. The beach was great and there are several places to dine within walking distance. I was just surprised by some of the seedy blocks and homeless population close to our condo

Owners prompt to answer questions, condo was clean, pretty much saw cleaning people everywhere in the building doing what they should be each time we came in and out. Near the boardwalk which we loved as well!
