About this condo rental
Nestled in New Braunfels, this attractive condo for $316 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 2/2 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Inverness Condominiums that is next door to Schlitterbahn and on the Comal River. Beautiful large deck, a pool overlooking the river and direct river access!! It has hardwood floors, a new 43" flat screen, internet, and everything you need for that vacation get-a-way. The dining table seats six. Newly painted and new bedding in both rooms. There is one Queen bed, one brand new King bed, and a brand new sofa sleeper. High quality linens are provided for beds and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with a standard drip coffee maker and Keurig. The condo has dedicated parking and a beautiful pool right on the River. It has a large wood deck with tables and chairs and a long grassy waterfront with grills and picnic tables. River access as well. You are sure to have a great time! Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away. You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. **WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! The condo was perfect and everything in description was accurate. Only complaint was my 5'2" mom had a problem getting into the bed in master bedroom. It was a good laugh but bed was comfortable once she was able to get herself up (and stop laughing). Pool was clean and grounds were manicured. Will stay again.

Great Location!! We could put our tubes in right by the pool and then float for about an hour and 1/2 and then it would take us like 5 mins to walk back home after we got out at the last take our point. Condo was very clean and it located across the street from Schliterbaun. Would definitely stay here again!

We love staying at these condos. We have stayed in several different ones at Inverness but the wine and dine 309 has been our favorite. Very comfortable, with everything you need. The river was great and there is no better location on the river. Easy to float, easy to walk into town, easy to have a cookout for dinner. See ya next summer comal and #309!

A great place to stay when tubing the Comal or visiting new braunfels

Amazing communication from the management company! This location was perfect for our family. We bought tubes from H-E-B and used the river access point right there at the property. From there we floated down to the last public river exit and it was a short 3-5 minute walk back to the condo.

Great location on the Comal within walking distance of restaurants & Schlitterbahn. The property was clean & looks like it was recently updated, except for the AC unit & windows. Only a few complaints: Mattress or box spring in main bedroom is super loud with the slightest move making it difficult to get a good nights rest; 2nd bedroom wasn't 2 twin beds so one of our kids had to sleep on the sofa; the AC unit is loud and hums in the main bedroom very loudly while on, it's so loud that it woke everyone up each time it kicked on, and because the weather striping on the patio door & old drafty windows it's constantly running. Overall we had a great stay and would book again.

Fantastic location & great place!
Easy booking w/ great communication from mgmt. Place was very clean & perfect for our family of 5 (little girls slept on the sofa bed). Literally right across the street from Schlitterbahn & just a couple miles from Gruene & everything else needed (HEB, restaurants, etc.). Floating the Comal, you can bring your own tubes, get in right at the property, then float for about 45 min to an hour. The Comal bends around so the exit is just aan easy few minutes walk back to this place along the sidewalk. You can squeeze in 2-3 floats in a day. The float itself is calm & pleasant since it's on the other side of the chute. If you want the chute, it's within walking distance.
The private pool was very nice too!
Parking was a little tricky (crammed) but that's common with these types of condos. Manageable.
Overall, GREAT stay. My family had a wonderful time. We highly recommend. Thanks!

Our family usually rents 3 condos at a time to spend a long weekend at the river. We’ve done this several times over the last 10 or so years and have a great time each time. This time we were fairly disappointed that the pool had not been maintained and we were not able to swim in it until right before check out. We had to call for pool maintenance on Thursday and on Friday. The pool was green and cloudy. It still wasn’t clear by check out but was better after a full day of cleaning and scrubbing from the pool maintenance person. The wine and dine condo was nice and updated although I did not like that the AC was on a smart meter and kept returning to 75°F every 2 hours. 🥵 Also, as we were packing the rooms up to check out we accidentally bumped into the large mirror they had on the narrowest part of the master bedroom walkway. It fell and broke, almost hitting our children. We were very surprised to see that the large, heavy mirror had been hung by 2 tiny finishing size nails. Overall, we really love to have our family vacation at the Inverness as it has nice river access and across the street from Schlitterbahn. I’m hoping the pool is better maintained here in out and that the AC isn’t set so hot. Thank you!

Excellent with one exception: The "stopper" in the Master bedroom sink would not stay up to allow water to drain out of the sink. We had to either lift the silver stopper and hold it until the water was drained or place a fingernail file under the stopper to keep it open so the water would drain. All else was great.

The condo was very nice & clean. The location was convenient to everything especially the simple 2 block walk to catch Rockin S Shuttle bus that took us a couple miles to rentals, then floated Comal and property halfway point thru float made it easy to exit the water with stairs to property, grab quick lunch, then resume float. The only downside was under ground parking, very hard to navigate in/out around huge concrete beams. We parked in adjacent lot but very limited spots, go quick.

The overall property was a great spot for relaxing and enjoying the river. The condo was nice with comfortable furniture. The only thing missing was some general kitchen supplies that would have been nice, such as a cookie pan or a larger pan for making food for a larger group. Most condos I've been to had at least coffee filters and salt&pepper, but this one had none, and we had to use grocery bags for trash since the room only had 2 trashbags for the whole weekend. Little things like this could have made a big difference. The bathroom soaps were great though! We really enjoyed our overall stay.

The 2 bedroom river view condo was excellent. The place is clean, beautiful balcony to relax, everything is within 4 minutes food, drinks, and the River. The location has is own river entrance which you can enter just by going down stairs. Pool is hot and nice. Security is present too, best spot I have rented.

We came to the river for a quick few days stay with the family. It was fabulous. The condo was in great condition and close to everything that we needed. All the essentials were provided. We did find a few ants and a large water bug, but we are on the river, so I guess that wasn’t a big surprise. The condo was quiet and we felt secure. They do have security guards on site during the weekends, which was nice. The location is right on the river which made it an easy exit after tubing from upstream. We even stayed by the river on lawn chairs while the kids jumped in and played. The area was beautiful. We’ll definitely be back.

My husband, son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter, and I stayed the weekend in New Braunfels. It was a wonderful weekend. The weather was gorgeous and we enjoyed the short walk to the downtown area for lunch and shopping. The location was beautiful and the townhome had everything we needed. Labor day escape! The condo was very clean and had great access to the Comal and great restaurants. The over flow parking was close by, but be super careful parking in the lot- spaces are small but manageable. Security guards did a great job helping us navigate the property and managing the Labor Day crowds.

We are season pass holders of Schlitterbahn & this property is in the perfect location. Each morning I would drive my vehicle in the Park 3 parking lot at around 9:30 right near the front entrance and walk back to the unit, have breakfast and wait for my family to be ready go. We then would make the short walk to Park 3 thru the Season pass entrance and pick out our spot for the day. Since my car was parked by the main entrance I would simply go get my cooler & beach bag from the car & bring it into the park, saving myself from having to lug all our stuff from the apartment to the park. Also the pool was great at the unit & we could also float the Comal River & get off at the apartment. All the guests I met at the unit or pool were friendly & enjoyable to talk to. I plan on booking again next year.
