Located in New Braunfels, this attractive condo for $225 per night is a great choice for your next break. Inverness 210 is a second-floor unit in the second building of an elevated 3-floor condominium complex that has both stairs and an elevator for easy access. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum. Master Bedroom: Queen 2nd Bedroom: Queen Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa. Amazing updates, with all black appliances, fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more! Inverness at New Braunfels is on prime Comal Riverfront property with a large common area deck overlooking the Comal River and property pool. -Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can jump in on property for a 20-minute float down to the last public exit, (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk 5 minutes back to the complex. Repeat for free all day long! -A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot! -Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in and float down to the Inverness private riverbank (about an hour and 45 minute float, make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) OR float passed Inverness to get out at the last public exit (corner of S Union and Lincoln St) and walk back to Inverness (5min walk) for a 2 hour float! -Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery! - If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service. -And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away! Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex: Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse. Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social. Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information. Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS. Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property. Each condo will receive 6 wristbands (maximum occupancy) which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked parking spot under the complex building while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the middle lot. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. Security guards are enforced on-premises to ensure only guests of Inverness are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces. Monthly Rates in our Low Season are available!

Great condo! Great Location! Limited parking available. EZ check in and check out. The rooms beds were comfortable. The sofa bed mattress is almost unsleepable. Had to add blankets to sleep on to cushion from springs.

This condo is the perfect place to stay with the family. It provides all of the comforts of home. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher and washer and dryer. Easy access to the Comal River and the pool There are also BBQ grills and picnic tables. Any questions I had were very politely answered by our host. We had a wonderful time. We will be back !!!

Great location on Comal
Inverness is located just right so that if you launch your tubes there and get out at the end, it's about a 70 minute float and just a 5 minute walk back to Inverness. Quality of condo was better than expected, and entire process of check in/out was smooth.

I actually lived in this unit for 8 weeks while working in New Braunfels for a short time. The unit is small, but well equipped. The furniture is nice and beds are comfortable. The river is accessible right from the back of the complex and you can exit the river and walk back to the condo easily. Very close to downtown shopping and restaurants, and the Schlitterbaun is literally right across the street. Great unit for a variety of purposes for visiting New Braunfels. Highly recommend.

It is clean, updated, comfortable beds, but noisy. Not ideal for someone traveling with a small child. Got a lot of noise from the direction of the hallway, the windows toward the outside, and people in the parking lot which the unit pretty much overlooks.

We had a great time at this rental it was nice and clean. The only complaints was the water pressure in the shower is low and the parking is hard to maneuver if you have a truck it’s small tight spaces in the assigned area.

Honestly, it was the first time in 15 years that it wasn't the best. First night was okay, second day there I had a older woman (who lived there) threatened my older daughter at the pool with my 5 year old that security was coming because she wasn't wearing her wristband. Later that same day, that same lady was going from car to car in the parking lot and my daughters car had a parking pass hanging in the window (she couldn't see it). Makes the security guard call to have it towed. Again it had a parking pass. We weren't the only ones she was doing it to and I understand her trying to make sure that people who shouldn't be there should leave. Then lastly, I get a call from River CIty Resorts at 10:30 at night saying we have a suspicious smell coming from our room. FIrst, we had 6 tubes on our balcony, there was no way someone could be out there, second, we were so pooped from the day everyone was either asleep or laying in bed. In all our years of staying here, and we have stayed in 210 many times, this was by far the most difficult.

We loved our stay
Everything was at your fingertips. Perfect location. Property manager was very helpful. Condo and are was beautiful. Very nice atmosphere. The pool overlooks the river so that was really nice. Parking is a little tight for larger vehicles but ended up working out. I do give this condo and resort a 5 star but would like to mention something for future renters. Be sure and take a black out curtain and clips, or something to drape over the master bedroom window. The garage lights and down stair dome lights shine straight into the room and it's like it's day time during sleeping hours. Also, take an air mattress if you have more than 4 guests. We tried using the pull out but could literally feel the springs so we couldn't use it. I'm not taking any star ratings from our stay bc besides that it was wonderful. Also, this may have never been mentioned before and the owner may not know. Now they have the opportunity to maybe try and fix just those couple of things. Again, we really enjoyed our stay!!

6th or 7th year staying at the Iverness to float the river and once again great time! I gave the property clean a slight ding because the floors were dirty. someone was walking around barefoot and their feet turned black. everything else was clean though, towels, dishes, sinks, bathrooms, i think the floor may have just been an oversight by the cleaning crew. would definitely go back again though!

The condo was extremely clean & stocked with everything you need for two days. If you stay longer, you will have to bring a few more supplies. The river is beautiful & refreshing but if you’re planning to float with young kids, I warn against doing it on a Friday or Saturday. We had a scary experience of losing site of our 10 year old...he was under water at th water shoot & there 1,000 people. We lost him for a good 3 minutes & it was terrifying. The tube rental folks don’t warn you about the bottleneck at the water chute.

We arrived late friday night and expected to find 2 queen beds and a queen air mattress. The air mattress was not in the unit so we had to go purchase one. I found out later I could have gotten one from the office. We were unable to find parking on the property for our second vehicle which we expected would be available. Instead we were moving our car around from spot to spot all weekend. Friday night we were advised to go upstairs around 11 by security however, there were people down on the deck partying till 3:30 AM - keeping us awake. Again on Saturday night until 4 AM. Security guard knocked on our door at 10:30 and told us we were too loud - we were playing cards!

The Condo was nice and clean when we arrived. The A/C unit worked but never seemed to be able to cool it off to be cool enough for the summer heat. The ceiling fans would have been great but were not very powerful. At one time the wifi stopped working, I called the office and they sent someone to check it and by that eveining it was working again. Location is perfect! You can float from condo to take out in about 30 mins and make an 8 min walk on a sidewalk back to condo. Perfect for what we call a short float. This was our 3rd year to stay in a unit at the Inverness complex.
