Situated in New Braunfels, this charming condo for $264 per night is a great option for your next vacation. You have to see it to believe it! This condo is incredible! Fully remodeled with top-to-bottom upgrades. If you are looking for a luxury vacation spot you have come to the right place. Camp Warnecke B105 is a first-floor unit in a two-story condominium complex—this unit does not have a river view. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 6 guests maximum. Master Bedroom: Queen 2nd Bedroom: Queen Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa. Fully furnished with linens, towels, cooking utensils, blender, standard drip coffee maker, flat screens in all rooms & master bath, wifi, and so much more. Property grills are located in between buildings and along gated roadside. Camp Warnecke is on Comal Riverfront property with a Pool and Hot tub! -Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long! -A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot! -Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float! -Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery! - If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service. -And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away! Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex: Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse. Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social. Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information. Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS. Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property. Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Camp Warnecke are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces. Monthly Rates in our Low Season are available!

Wonderful upgraded condo. I've stayed at Camp Wernecke several times but this condo was the best one I've stayed at. The upgraded amenities were fantastic. And, wow, the shower is awesome!! Never seen a 5 nozzle shower. Best shower I've ever had! Haha

Great stay
This property was clean and tidy. All of the amenities were provided. For being a first-floor condo, there was not too much noise from upstairs neighbors. The river access was great and walking to Schlitterbahn was so convenient. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The only issue we had was the bottom sheets for the master bedroom would not stay on the mattress due to the elastic was worn out. We had to adjust the bottom sheet often through the night. It just needs a new set of sheets. Other than that, it was a great place to stay. We will be back!

The layout of the condo was perfect for our group. Very comfortable space with nice view of the river for watching tubers float by. Equipped with everything you could want or need.

This is a great location for the waterpark and river. Not sure if it can be beat. You can easily enter water park across the street as there is an entrance . Just walk there then you will see entrance as it is not a main entrance. As to the property ... it is nice. It was not ready on time but we were not going to be there at 4 so it wasnt a big deal for us but if you are arriving early just be aware. Also, had several scapes on wall etc .. notified management to fix after but they were big enough that i wouldn't have expected them in the "luxurious" condo. Also, they state in pics that you get free tube rentals ... false ... apparently they can enter the condo to clean but delivering tubes put them at risk for covid????
Communication with management was good.
Overall i would stay again.

Other than that the resort made it hard to enjoy with all their rules and regulations. The security guards seemed like a nice addition to ensure safety, but they went out of their way to be incredibly rude to guests. The resort nickels and dimes guests for anything they can ($10 per missing rubber wristband??) and only provides the absolute bare minimum for supplies during your stay. Overall the condo was fine but the resort management was not good at all. Would not stay with river city resorts again :/

The unit is updated and well decorated. The management staff has communicated effectively. The complex (though not the unit itself) is located on the Comal and has a private entrance/exit. The cleaning before our arrival lacked attention to detail. The unit does not have furniture on the porch, so you can’t hang out there. The entrance/exit to the Comal had litter on it. The property doesn’t have a common area where guests without riverfront units can hang out along the river.

B105 was a very nice unit.
Everything was great. Only complaint was couldnt really use any of the TVs because almost none of the remotes worked. 2 of them had no batteries.They had a cool speaker system built in but it did not work. The front room TV got no sound. Assuming it was tied into speakers. If we would not have had this issue the stay would have been perfect.

We had a lovely time. The unit exceeded all expectations. We have several furnished vacation rentals in Florida and this unit is very updated and clean. It is simple in the kitchen equipment. Its all high end but not cluttered. It has all Immenities. We loved the master bathroom shower!Jets everywhere. Camp Warnecke is spotless and has alot of security. Very nice pool and all units are nicely located.We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
