We were so excited about our stay at this beautiful property and it didn’t disappoint! It was perfect for our family. Plenty of space for everyone! The gathering area of the kitchen and family room were great for hanging out and playing games too! We also enjoyed coffee on the porch! Just a short easy Uber ride to Broadway & the airport. Ubers were very easy to get too! Thank you for a great trip- would definitely stay again in the future!!!

We had an amazing stay and couldn't have been happier with the house and the communication with owner. The house was perfect for the four couples and so close to downtown. I will definitley stay again and highly recommend.

The property is beautiful… The pictures are representative of what you get!! The owner is very accommodating and will to assist with any request. The property is very convenient to Nashville downtown and the foodie scene. The property is very clean and comfortable…. This is the second time we have stayed in one of their properties and they exceed expectations…. Can’t wait to our return to Nashville in the summer of 2023 and we know where we will be staying…. Great time in Nashville….

Our first time to Nashville could not have been better! This property was adorable, clean and so perfect for celebrating a bachelorette weekend. Unlike many properties, we had access to the garage, plenty of outside parking and everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable (even a steamer to press travel wrinkles out of clothing). Highly recommend this property and owner for your Nashville visit!

The property, the location, and especially the manager Lauren were nothing short of perfect. Lauren made the check in and check out process seamless. The condo is beautiful with so much space for our entire family to fit comfortably. She has thought of everything you could need during your stay and it’s all readily available for you. I would recommend Lauren and her property over and over again!

A group of 9 girlfriends stayed here and it was amazing. We all loved the space and accommodations. All of the beds were super comfortable and the place as a whole was very clean. Lauren the host is great and responsive. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We rented this property for 8 girls to celebrate a bachelorette weekend. It was perfect! Had plenty of room, comfortable (amazing beds and super soft blankets), all the kitchen supplies we needed, and in a good area! It was perfect for our group and we will definitely book this property again!

The owner communicates extremely quickly and the property is well-maintained and has a lot of nice amenities included. It's a very quick Uber to anywhere you want to go and felt like a safe neighborhood. The best part was the check out process - you don't have to do anything! They just ask you to make sure the door is locked, but we could have left all dirty dishes and decorations up if we wanted to and that would be fine. It's absolutely no hassle and you don't have to stress that you'll be charged an extra cleaning fee for forgetting to strip the beds or something. Only a few minor things I would recommend the property adds - full length mirror in every bedroom, plenty of towel hooks in the bathroom, and maybe more clocks (like in the bathroom when you're getting ready and need to be on time for dinner!). But very minor and would just add to the wonderful-ness of this place. Thanks for letting us stay Lauren! We'd definitely return!

Five Star Stay
We really enjoyed staying at this property. We are a bunch of friends who have been going on “girls’ trips” for literally decades, and never have we rented a place so well stocked and with a host so accommodating! Lauren was wonderful; I can’t say enough good things about her. The condo was close to Centennial Park, the neighborhood felt safe, and Instacart and Uber were always available. I highly recommend this host and property!

Girls Birthday Weekend
From the start the owner was very reliable and easy to communicate with. I loved how she gave us a full list of things to do based off our weekend plans. The house was beautiful! We had a chef for the first night which I highly recommend and he had the perfect amount of space to cook and plate. The home was very accommodating to all needs. Prefect location for shopping at the big name stores....Uncommon James etc. and then to broadway for a great evening.

I looked/compared/reviewed and everything else before booking this place. So no need to do that with this place. It’s beautiful, clean, safe and most of all we all felt at home. She thought of everything to include just locking up with no stress check out. She even allowed us early and late check in and check out. (One of our guests had a late afternoon flight). Plenty of parking for our group of 9. The beds were super comfortable and the linens were regal. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything. Since I was the one that booked this place everyone in my group kept saying how much they loved this place ♥️ I rent lots of VRBO’s as well as the “other” brand and this place hands down exceeded all expectations for the perfect girls get away weekend to celebrate a very dear friend. We ate at Fables (very close by and we were able to walk there) a speakeasy type of restaurant with a groovy ambiance and then got to listen to some local talent next door at the bar The Local. Thank you very much for hosting us and being so accommodating and super timely in answering any questions I had. We will def be returning.

Awesome Property!
13 adults spent a long weekend in this home and we couldn’t be more impressed. Plenty of space, Lyfts were always right around the corner, very convenient to all the good restaurants and bars. Lauren is a top notch host and the house is fantastic. We will stay here again!

Clean, Great Location & Awesome Host
We had a family group of 12 adults (6 couples) and had a wonderful stay here! The rooms are well spaced and the beds were comfortable. The home is exactly as pictured - it was very clean and there were no surprises. Lauren, the host, was very friendly, hospitable and a great communicator - she was able to get us checked in early which was awesome. She goes above and beyond what hosts typically do to ensure the stay is perfect! The location was great and close to several places we visited - we felt very safe in the neighborhood. I loved the warmth and charm of the home and I’d love to return with a group of girlfriends and rebook here!

We had a group of 12 friends/family & this house was excellent! The spacious rooms & comfy beds were perfect for all of us! We loved that there were 2 sets of washer/dryers & the owner goes way above and beyond by providing many unexpected amenities and items to make the stay here a true vacation! We would definitely rebook in the future as our stay was fantastic... not all properties come with an amazing, responsive & thoughtful host, but that's the cherry on top of this beautiful home.
