Good location and views from rooftop. Noisy street with garbage trucks picking up garbage containers every morning. Steps to both loft and roof top are very steep and difficult. Family room/dining room small as well as kitchen.

Can’t say enough good things about this apartment, the view is amazing. The location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our host was very communicative definitely recommend!

We only had one night to enjoy our stay - it was comfortable and clean. The only challenge was the stairs - LOTS of stairs to carry up the luggage.

This apartment did not meet our expectations. The location and the rooftop balcony were exceptional, but everything else was below par. Communication with Emmanuele was poor and we ended up sitting outside the apartment for 15 minutes waiting to be let in. He was not responsive to other text messages later in our stay.The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, and my son‘s bed, comprised of two twin mattresses pushed together, kept sliding apart all night. This and the loud street sounds made it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. Because the couch in the living room was so uncomfortable, we spent most of our together time on the balcony which provided an exceptional experience and view. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided so we had to ration it over our four day stay. Lastly, be sure to read everything in the house rules so you won’t be surprised to be assessed an extra 183 for utilities, cleaning and taxes. Lastly, there have been a lot of comments about the stairs leading to the apartment, but we didn’t find those an issue because they were very wide with three landings to catch your breath. The stairs you have to be very cautious using are the ones leading to the balcony and to the loft bedroom. Extremely narrow and steep!
