Nestled in Florence, this attractive condo for $308 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. 'The view' luxury Florence apartment (90 sqm) is situated on the 3th floor (no lift) of an old Florentine building in the historical centre. The Duomo square and the most important museums, galleries are a short walking distance away. The 20 sqm large terrace offers a spectacular view of the monuments (Duomo, the bell tower of Giotto, Sinagoga) The terrace furnished with table and chairs for tasting an open air breakfast on a sunny morning. It is a very bright and quiet apartment Near to the apartment there are man typical restaurants, cafes, pizzerie, craft shops, a this area permits to fully enjoy the every day life of the historical centre of florence. ACCOMMODATION: It's composed of an entrance, a living/dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. A staircase leads to the open gallery with one single bed and the second bathroom with shower. (There are a single bed and another bathroom in the loft which is accessible with a ladder). AMENITIES: Satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, autonomous gas heating, air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, cooker, toaster, filter coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. House rules : Check in time : from 15.00 to 19.00 ( For arrival after 20.00 until 22.00 we charge euro 25.00. Really enjoyed the stay in the flat at Florence. The flat was very nicely cared for and our host, Emanuele met us at the flat when we arrived. He took the time to show us how everything worked and also helped us with great restaurants in the area. Really enjoyed it and would recommend it!

Terrific location in a great, non-touristy neighborhood that nevertheless was close to some great sights and restaurants. Apartment overall was clean and comfortable, though the heat was intermittent. (We were there in winter.). Beds very comfortable. The manager was helpful and responsive. We would stay again.

We had a great stay at the property. The location is fantastic - very close to the Duomo, good restaurants and coffee and the local market. Emanuele was an excellent host and took extra care to give us recommendations where to go. The property itself is more dated than it looks in the pictures - in particular the kitchen is very tight if you plan on cooking. That said, the terrace is lovely and the apartment was bigger overall than I expected.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was just as described and the host was awesome! There are really good restaurants nearby. Near all the sites. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Highly recommend! Only downside was no elevator/lift but we’ll worth it. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Emanuele was very responsive and extremely kind to help us up the stairs with our heavy oversized suitcases. We were given a map and directions to all the places to see plus the best restaurants. The neighborhood was very family oriented and we felt completely safe walking around at all times of the day and night.
The apartment was amazing, the rooms were very large and the views were spectacular.
I highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful apt and location for our vacation. Host was helpful and responsive. Lots of steps - as expected but, caution, the main stairwell to apt is very dark at night. The second bathroom is located up very steep stairs and was only useful to the guest staying up there. The view from the rooftop patio is a beautiful place for a morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset.

The apartment was just what we needed for our family of four. It was clean, comfortable and in an excellent location to explore the city. We were able to walk to every major site. The views from the terrace were spectacular. The hosts were very responsive and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A bit of an odd layout, but there was plenty of space for a family of 5. The furnishings are a bit dated and could use a refresh, but the beds were comfortable.
Just FYI - this is in a ZTL so you can’t drive directly to the apartment if you are coming by car.

Good location within walking distance to key sights. Host provided excellent map with suggestions and even carried one of our bags up the stairs. (Thank you, Emanuele!) The stairs to top floor were manageable, but might be a challenge for some. The terrace was a delightful spot to eat, enjoy a cup of coffee, glass of wine or just appreciate the view. Clean and comfortable rooms. Enjoyed our time there.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was very pretty, spacious and comfortable. My 17 year old son enjoyed having his own space up in the loft area. It was great location to walk to the Duomo, shops and restaurants. Emanuele was very easy to communicate with and very helpful at check-in.

We had a totally wonderful stay in this apartment and Emanuele was wonderful with getting us settled (including carrying our heavy bags up to the apartment!) He took the time to show us where everything was, how it all worked, and even had a map of Florence for us with some helpful tips! The apartment was very clean, had everything we needed and perfectly located! We were able to walk everywhere and see everything! I couldn't recommend this place enough - it was perfect for my, my sister, and my two teenage girls! An added bonus was the rooftop terrace which overlooks the Duomo and we were able to drink our wine up there each night! Thank you for a wonderful apartment for our first time to Florence!

The location of the property was great. The AC was broken in 1 of the bedrooms and the upstairs shower was leaking, the managers were attentive and got the issues fixed within a day of being there. It was a lovely property with a great balcony.

This apartment was just what were hoping for when we were in Florence. It’s in a cute neighborhood, close to a number of shops, markets, and restaurants. It’s only a 20 min walk from from the bridge, 10 min walk from the Duomo, and 20 min walk from the train. Despite how cute the apartment was, we spent most of our time on the rooftop. It was beautiful. I would definitely stay again. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and the hosts were wonderful.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Everything is as described. Communication with the landlord was excellent. Very well equipped. Neighborhood is centrally located. Could walk to everything very easily. Fantastic restaurant recommendations by landlord. It is on the top floor, which was lovely for the view. The steps to the apartment are a workout. We hope to return soon.

This apartment is clean with a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine! It is a bit far from the city center but is an easy taxi ride. Emmanuel gave us great restaurant recommendations, and there is a grocery store, pharmacy and quick breakfast spot just down the street. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location just far enough away (yet a short walk) from everything you want to see. More of a local neighborhood than a tourist neighborhood, which we appreciated. Like the property manager. Great views from the patio. One thing to note, the patio and the second bathroom are only accessible by steep staircases, which isn't necessarily unusual.

The location of this property was perfect. Once you leave the bustling crowds of the tourist attractions, you return to quiet neighborhood within walking distance of it all. The views from the outside private patio of the Duomo at sunset were gorgeous!

We absolutely loved this apartment! The check in process was the most helpful we have ever experienced. Massimo was so incredibly helpful. The apartment was in a great location central to everything. Great restaurants, museums, cafes, grocery stores, all walkable in under 10 minutes. But the main attraction for us was the rooftop terrace. Wow. Book this apartment for no other reason than this. We thoroughly enjoyed sipping wine on the terrace each evening just soaking up the city.

Very upset with lack of refund due
The place was good. Very clean but smaller kitchen that's lacking in supplies. Note the second bathroom is up very scary stairs. The deck has an awesome view which was our main reason for choosing this place.
Our biggest complaint is that for months we have requested 2 days refund for the change in our prepaid reservation. Emanuele has promised to do it and nothing has been done. We reserved for 8 days and then had to change to 6 days. Instead of refunding he changed the amount to much higher per day and didn't refund. We are in midst of VRBO and bank and Emanuele to get this done. I hope Emanuele corrects this.
This soured our stay here. I would be quite cautious in booking this.

This is a lovely apartment on the top floor of a beautiful old building. We especially loved evenings on the rooftop terrace looking at the Duomo, watching the swallows fly, and hearing the church bells ring.
The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood, with a nearby market, great restaurants and bars, and within walking distance of most of the main sites in Florence.
We would stay here again. One word of caution to those with older knees or mobility challenges: there are a lot of stairs. We thought the views were definitely worth the stairs, and it helped us burn off our daily intake of pasta!
