Nestled in Belmar, this attractive house for $761 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Spacious beach house walking distance to the beach with multiple decks and awesome back yard. This gem of a house is one of a kind in Belmar! This is a great family-oriented neighborhood walking distance to both the beach and main street. Central AC in the house. WE DO NOT RENT TO YOUNG GROUPS!! Prefer age minimum of at least 30 years old (we require proof of age). Walk into the front door and you enter our spacious living room (with pull out sofa) and big flat screen tv. You overlook the dining room which is open and sits 6 people comfortably. From the dining room you view the great kitchen with granite counter tops and gas stove for those who love to cook and a kitchen table with seating. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with washer, dryer and access to full bath with walk in shower. There is also a door to access the fenced in back yard with a big deck. The true gem on the first floor is the wrap around deck - one of the best spots in the house to relax and unwind! 2nd floor features 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a door to a balcony with access to the back yard. The first bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is also large open sitting room with access to a deck as well as a built-in bench in the hallway on the 2nd floor. The third floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom with a queen bed and the other bedroom also has a queen bed. Our favorite spots for sure are the gorgeous wrap around decks and backyard. This space is ideal for reading a book or enjoying a beverage. You get 4 beach passes and beach chairs with this rental. Please note there is a rear back cottage that is also rented out. They have their own backyard area. The driveway fits 3-4 cars and there is off street parking out front as well. RATES/AVAILABILITY: Winter rental available (would do monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, weekend, etc). Summer season weekly Saturday to Saturday in July/August. We also do weekend rentals all months EXCEPT July and August. Please note we had been doing a yearly rental for the last few years and in 2024 decided to go back to seasonal, thus the older reviews. Sheets/towels are NOT included but can be rented from a local company. We provide pillows, quilts, and blankets. Included in the summer rental are four beach badges and some beach chair.

Big house nicely decorated and clean. Beautiful porches and decks. Big shady back yard great for kids and BBQ. 2 doors from nice old library which we used.

Our hosts were top notch. The house was spotless and was centrally located. I went back and forth between Belmar, Manasquan and LBI with no issue at all. I will definitely be renting again

This is a gem of a vacation home, with enough beds for 10 and a well equipped kitchen easily able to feed them all. The decor is particularly nice. It's close to the train station, and a walk to the beach (but everyone else is walking as well). The only caveat is that you WILL need a car to get to a full-sized grocery store. I hope we can gather enough people to return next year.

The house was perfect for an extended family of 9 coming from Baltimore, MD and three different parts of PA. The kitchen is very well stocked. The house is actually more spacious and comfortable than we had anticipated and the location is great. On Thanksgiving Day three more family members from NJ joined us for the day to enjoy this very special meal. The house was very appropriate to celebrate the joy of sharing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place and the owners were very nice and communicative making sure all our questions were addressed promptly. Thank you so much.

We had a great time Memorial Day weekend. The house is spacious and comfortable. The front porch and deck are the place to be in nice weather. The kitchen is well equipped and there are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Quick walk into town to the many restaurants and shops. Owners are very nice with good communications. Thanks for a good family weekend.

Kelli was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. The home is in wonderful condition and has many bedrooms and multiple porches to enjoy. The street is a short walk (5 blocks) to beach or into town (2 blocks). Neighborhood was very quiet with well- maintained homes. Great family getaway !

First, the location is very handy; a very short walk to really the center of Belmar's shops and restaurants. A fair walk to the beach or to the bayside for a look at the Marina. And you're practically next to the public library where we took a couple of grandkids for story time! The house is very nice with rear deck for grilling and big shaded front porch. Interior very friendly and loved the decor with really interesting wall hangings, etc. Nice-sized kitchen allows for morning coffee and kibitzing and a full sized formal dining room. It's really a complete package and we (6 adults, 26 - 66 and 2 toddlers) hope to be back next year! Oh and owners are great!!!

The house was lovely and so spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch each morning and then a short walk to the beach. Lucky that we were only 2 blocks from my family which was perfect. It was so great that we were also able to bring out dog with us. She had a great time people watching too! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well for our entire family. My 91 year old father in law loved sitting out on the front porch in the morning and then heading out to the spacious back deck for dinner at night. The owners were so helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back next year.
