About this condo rental
Located in Ocean City, this charming condo for $223 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. ****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request. From the large, shared patio area you can enjoy a good book, sunbath, gaze out into the bay as the boats and dolphins pass by or even take a much-needed nap. Maybe your idea of relaxation is throwing a fishing rod out into the water and trying to catch that night's dinner or kayaking on the water. Either way, we have you covered. Need a little romance? Nothing is more romantic than a beautiful sunset and you aren't going to find a better one in ocean city. Imagine enjoying your own special sunset from the privacy of your balcony. Whether you are watching it over a special dinner, enjoying some cocktails or maybe just holding that special someone in your arms, you will be amazed at the colors and beauty that glisten from the waters as the setting sun reflects off of it. All of these great features of being located directly on the bay, yet you are only a few short blocks to the beach, Coastal Highway and all the fun that Ocean City, MD has to offer! The unit itself features a modern galley style kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and is ready to cook those romantic meals. There is a dining area along with a good-sized family area for relaxing. Central AC will keep you cool on those hot summer days. The bedrooms feature a king- and queen-sized bed along with a sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room and master bedroom have TVs and there is free Wi-Fi. No waiting in line for a key. *This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit. * Sorry no pets allowed. * This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends. * A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. * This condo is on the 2nd floor, which is up a flight of stairs. There is no elevator. * One uncovered parking spot is provided. There is additional open parking on the street. * The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 118th street. * There is no pier available for docking boats, jet skis, etc. * We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods. Beautiful setting, quiet, close to restaurants, shopping, most anything you need. Facility was well appointed. The only recommendations are that both the carpets in the living room and master bedroom need cleaning.

Property listing was as described in VRBO. Checkin/out contactless and easy. Quiet area, comfortable living and sleeping spaces and beautiful sunsets. Condo is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, though not a problem for us, could be for those with trouble climbing stairs. We brought our own linens and towels and recommend bringing a fan for the master bedroom. Evening sun made the room warm and stuffy for sleeping but otherwise everything was lovely. We felt at home and would stay again. If looking for a relaxing beach, pack a book and a lunch and make the short drive to Fenwick state beach, just a few miles north. Quiet, with unobstructed access to the sun. Enjoy!

Please don’t post.. I just want to let the owners to know the view is beautiful and the home was clean. The lighting is horrible and the place was very musty for at least the 1st two days . We had no internet access as of Wednesday .

Our family of 6 enjoyed the Bayview condo. Good location, easy short drive to the beach. Close to activities and restaurants. Gorgeous sunset views and a clean condo. Also, it is on the 2nd floor just a few steps but enough to possibly be problematic for those with mobility issues, especially with carrying items in and out. Parking lot is extremely tight and not easy to get in and out of. Otherwise no complaints and would book again!

Brought my wife down for mother's day weekend and we loved it. Beautiful view nice and quiet beds were comfortable we used our own linen and towels just because that's what we do the condo is in a good location away from main street but close to everything we wanted to do. Just need a upgrade on the TV'S but clean and neat we will be back before the year is out. I wish you can book for 3 to 4 nights during the summer but you have to book minimum of 7 days if I'm not mistaken. Easy check in and out thanks to the manager for informing us the condo was ready early

Absolutely LOVED this unit! The unit itself was perfect. It's not small - but it was just the right size for my sister-in-law and I to escape the real world for a weekend. We each had our own bed and bath room. The galley kitchen is great for one person at a time. The living room is a great size for sitting under blankets and watching TV, while providing access the the amazing bay view. We LOVED that the TV enabled us to use our personal TV subscription accounts to watch other than Xfinity shows. Everything was clean, comfy, and in great shape. We did not use the available linen service.All of my texts and emails were answered promptly and kindly by management. We did send a letter with a few repairs we noted that were needed (little things like a burned out bulb) and were thanked for noting that.The screen in front of the window in the second bedroom was VERY appreciated, as the blinds, even when closed, would make it easy for someone to look in.We went in the off season, and the unit was VERY quiet. It was easy to feel like we truly had escaped to some private island because we rarely saw anyone.

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo. The rental was very clean, private and quite. We were very close to everything we wanted to do. Sitting on the deck with the bay right at your backdoor was very relaxing. This is a great property and we would recommend it for anyone looking to get away.

This was a great condo, clean and really nice views. Layout of the rooms was good. Sometimes the sliding glass door in the living room was hard to lock, but once you fiddled with it, it was ok. The only reason we wouldn't stay again is the parking, we didn't realize there was only one spot (my fault for overlooking that) and finding street parking was extremely difficult most times. If you only have one vehicle though this would be a good property to stay at.

Top notch communication with property manager. Views are spectacular. The property itself needs some work. Is definitely need of major deep clean. Had to have a cleaning person come and exterminator come for ants while we stayed. Vents in need of being cleaned, and carpet in need of shampooing. We had an infant crawling on floors. Bedding was clean and comfortable. I would not discourage someone from staying here however I would highly encourage owners clean or get a better cleaning service.

The condo was decorated very nicely. Kitchen equipped with everything needed. Location was great. The ocean was a bit further so we had to drive. We take a lot to the ocean. But there was plenty of parking on the street. The only downside was the big AC unit on the deck. It was very loud. But it was a great place!

This was our first visit to Ocean City and we had a great time at this condo. Waking up to the amazing view of the bay just made me so happy everyday! The space was perfect for our little family of 3. Having a second bathroom was great with a teenager daughter, so she can have her own space. The beach was pretty close…about 15 minute walk. The location was great for shops and restaurants. Many great places within walking distance too.
The board walk is about 15 minute drive. The sunsets on the balcony was picture perfect!
The property manager was great with communication!
The only negative is that the place could have been a little cleaner and you can see some amount of wear and tear. However, it did not taint our great experience at this condo.
We will surely miss waking up to that amazing view every morning!

Great vacation spot
Check in was easy, parking was accessible. Condo was clean and perfect space for myself, husband and in laws. Getting up looking into the water every morning was so peaceful. Easy access to great restaurants and short ride to the boardwalk. Cant wait to visit again!!
