Promo may end at any time, based on availability. Pointes North Inn is one of Charlevoix's unique condominium suites that book like a hotel room. Book for the condo's privacy, stay for the hospitality. This beautiful, spacious condo offers two king-size carpeted bedroom suites, a queen-size sectional sleeper sofa, and two full bathrooms. The hardwood-floored living space boasts a 58” cable television, lounge seating, and a dining table for four with wall fireplace. The balcony, which also seats four, overlooks Charlevoix’s famous drawbridge. The well-appointed kitchen provides a countertop-height island that seats four, cooktop, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig-Duo, and storage-friendly butcher block kitchen cart. The loft bedroom features a jacuzzi tub and 50” TV, and the lower bedroom has an adjustable-height office table with duo monitors, ergonomic chair, and 32” TV. Multiple card and board games are also stocked. Pointes North Inn has high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building and coin-operated laundry on the second floor. The lobby area has seating which overlooks the heated indoor/outdoor pool. The inside section of the pool is open year-round, while the outside section is closed off October to May. All this, just a stone's throw from Charlevoix the beautiful downtown.

We have been staying here for the past six years. We come up in both the winter and the summer. We are disappointed to say that management has taken a turn for the worse while rates continue to increase each year. This past winter visit there was hardly anyone at the front desk. The pool and lobby closed at 5pm each day (the pool is a big attraction for our kids, especially in the winter). The pool was also cold this year and there were hardly any clean towels at the pool. One day of the visit, they actually closed the pool well before 5pm. Hopefully improvements can be made so we don’t have to look for a new place to rent.

We had made reservations at another hotel. When we arrived we were told they had overbooked and we didn't have a room for the night. They had made a reservation at a hotel across the street. We were very pleased with our accomodations and plan to stay there on are next visit to Charleviox. We were very pleased with our accomodations.

My wife and four teenage kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlevoix. The location is perfect to walk the downtown area and Mt McSauba is just a couple minute drive for skiing sledding and hiking. Unit accommodations were wonderful. No complaints.

Was impressed that not only did I receive an email with directions for our upcoming stay but a phone call on our arrival day to to ask we needed any further information. Easy to find and conveniently located. Walked to restaurants nearby and under 10 minutes drive to the wedding we attended at Castle Farms. Rental had great amenities, like the pot/single cup Keurig, we even played a couple rounds of Connect 4. The only downside we experienced was the king mattress in the main floor bedroom. We may be partial to our own, but I think a replacement is needed. Would definitely stay her again if in the area.

At check-in, we were greeted by two friendly and helpful people at the desk and those two people continued to be that way our entire three days. Our room was very nice, the pool was clean, if a bit cold, and there was absolutely no beating the location. Would happily book here again.

My only complaint would be the air conditioners were very loud and the one in the Master Bedroom was not working properly. It did not cool it was like a large fan. Completely different rental until was advertised as one unit but was a differnt room. VERY DIRTY. Had different amenities, needed to be painted, ripped carpet, very dated compared to what we booked. You could see in the other units and they are much nicer. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Going to try and get refunded.

Awesome location. Shopping just down the street. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. Weathervane restaurant right next door. Literally didn’t need to get in the car during or stay. Condo was great. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.
