Oceanfront condo, Remodeled kitchen, stainless appliances, and bathroom. upgraded furniture throughout. Traver-tine stone floors in living room and carpeting in the bedroom. Large flat screen TV in both the living room and bedroom with cable, DVD, & stereo. Beautiful lanai furniture to sit and enjoy view of ocean and sunsets with cocktails. Air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom.
Panoramic ocean views from every room, including views of diamond head and the city lights of Honolulu from living room, kitchen and bedroom. Lanai looks directly over pacific ocean. Hear the ocean surf at night. Sandy beach next door, with stairs leading to swimming area at high tide. Snorkeling in front of property along with grassy area to sit and enjoy the sun.
The condo is on the 8th floor, direct oceanfront.
'credit card payment or coin-op' operated laundry room located in the basement of the building.
** Paid Onsite Parking must be requested at the time of booking, or well in advance of arrival - there is no guarantee of onsite parking without written confirmation from management company. The garage will only accommodate standard and mid-size cars, sorry no SUV's or pickup trucks ** Other parking options include - free along Kalakaua Avenue and metered on the Kapiolani Park side, please read all signs carefully. Metered parking is $0.50 per hour from the hours of 10 am to 6pm with free parking from 6pm to 10am. Parking is always tight during parades, festivals and events at Kapiolani Park, please be aware and plan accordingly.

Perfect view of the water. Amazing on site manager Patrick who makes you feel so welcome. Out of the way from the busiest part of the beach but close enough to walk. A couple of great restaurants just steps away.

This property is gorgeous and everything we expected. If you are looking for a resort feel, go to a resort. This is a lovely spacious one room condo that has a view to die for. Taking a cup of coffee to the lanai every morning was my favorite part of the trip. Watching the sunset every evening from the private courtyard, and chatting with other residents was a perfect way to spend the evening. We had a rental car and once you figure out the free street parking it's a piece of cake. The proximity to the strip is nice, but not being in the middle of everything was even better!! You will not be disappointed with a stay in this condo. P.S. There is not mold on the bathroom wall, just a little dirt around the windows from the lovely tropical breeze.
