About this condo rental
Nestled in Sand Key, this attractive condo for $293 per night is a great option for your next break. This is the place you’ll love! Crescent Beach Club is a top notch, private condo community DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH - location, location, location! Enjoy your extra-wide balcony from either the master bedroom or living room, with panoramic views of the Gulf beaches, heated pool and hot tub below, as well as Clearwater Beach just to the north. The first pictures are taken from our Gulf-side balcony, including the 60-70 foot expanse of beautiful, white beach ... you see only sand and surf! From the breakfast nook or guest room balconies, enjoy perfect views of the inter-coastal waters and the tennis (or pickleball!) courts below. Pleasure boaters, including those from the (public) sailing club across the street, are always out. If you're looking for CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL, look no further! Upgraded couches and NEW master mattress in 2023 adds to the major 2021 makeover, including all new bedding, linens, select furniture and 'beach accessories,' plus new paint and decor throughout! The kitchen updates from a few years ago still look great, and we've now cleaned and updated all dishware, cookware, utensils, etc., plus added multiple sets of plasticware, suitable for the pool and beach! A new 55 inch Smart TV perfects the living room - same simple set up for cable and streaming in all rooms! At 1570 square feet, our condo is one of the LARGEST 2BRs available for rent ... plenty of space to spread out, relax and enjoy! There's room for everyone, plus games and puzzles for play time and a pack-n-play included, just in case! An a new washer/dryer IN the unit. Downstairs you'll find two pools, two hot tubs, new grilling area, billiards room and fitness center (free weights, machines, treadmills, bikes, etc.) - all overlooking the beach - and tennis (or pickleball) courts. Of course, the beach is only steps away. Crescent Beach Club is a gated community, always recognized as one of the best on Sand Key. Sand Key was named one of the TOP BEACHES in the U.S. and offers easy access to LOTS OF ACTIVITIES. Directly across the street from CBC is great shopping and eating, including Shorty's Deli, Backwaters Seafood and the world-famous Columbia Restaurant! Five minutes walk is Sand Key Park and the (public) Community Sailing Club. Just north is Clearwater Beach, with shops, restaurants, boating, fishing, etc. and the 'Beach Walk" transformation. South on Gulf Blvd. is a string of beach towns, an eclectic mix of restaurants, from gourmet to local hangouts, putt putt, parks, ice cream, etc. A bit further and you reach John's Pass, Madeira Beach and St. Pete (the new hot spot area!). Tampa is only 30 minutes away - shopping, pro sports, Busch Gardens and Ybor City! And, of course, Orlando is only 90 minutes away, with Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, etc.! It's a great vacation spot, perfect if you're looking for a top-end, quality destination which looks the way your condo on the beach SHOULD look! We had a wonderful 2 week stay !! The condo is just as explained online!! Spacious and lots of room! The views are amazing!! Communication with the owner was incredible, he is such a great man!! We definitely recommend staying at this condo!!!

We had a wonderful holiday at the Crescent Beach Club in Sand Key. The condo was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. I particularly appreciated the abundance of kitchen utensils and beach towels. It's the small things that really make a difference. A real home from home. Matt was a great host and available for questions or queries. The views were amazing and all was just as described. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at Matt’s wonderful condo in Sand Key. The condo is first class: safe, spacious, fully equipped, and in a great location for everything. The balcony has an amazing view of the beautiful beach, the ocean, and the city of Clearwater in the distance. Matt was very responsive and helpful especially when he was able to extend our stay an extra night. We highly recommend his condo and would love to stay here again!

Matt’s place was exactly as advertised. Fantastic location. Sweeping views of the beach. Seriously, best beach around. Very private and beautiful. Great pool. The apartment is clean and very comfortable. Balconies everywhere. It was a dream come true. And Matt was very helpful.

We were so happy with our stay! It was amazing. Our kiddos had their pick of the beach or pool, the pool was never packed, the fireworks could be seen from all directions which was a light show like we had never seen and we never had to leave the condo, my parents had the ability to rest and read on the balcony or go down to the pool or beach…I could continue on for 14 days worth of wonderful blessings. Everything was great. We even had food on the grill and enjoyed the Columbia one night because of a kind neighbor who left us a sweet note and gift card. Thank you so much for time we didn’t realize we needed! We can hardly wait to return!

My family and I loved our stay here. Much bigger than the pictures show. Perfect view and balconies from any room! Short walk to the beach and the pool and spa were never crowded even during Memorial Day weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed in several VRBOs over the years, and this was by far the best! It was so thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed plus things we wouldn't have thought of. There are two sets of binoculars, so when you see a dolphin swim by, you can point it out to someone else so they can enjoy it too. There are more pillows, towels, and linens than you'll need, beach chairs, coolers, EVERYTHING you could want to enjoy this beautiful home on the beach. Let's talk about that beach! Perfect sugar sand with no crowds. If you don't feel like getting sandy, the pool and hot tub are warm and clean. There's even an indoor hot tub and sauna! We also appreciated the restaurant recommendations and enjoyed visiting several of them during our two week stay. We loved our time here and can't wait to go back next year. Thank you, Matt for being such a thoughtful, helpful host.

This is our home away from home… the place is perfect, it has everything that we need. The view of the ocean and the bay from the condo is breathtaking. The pool is so refreshing as well as the beach of course, we had a great memories.

Location of the property and the way it is equipped and maintained is exceptional. The most worry free stay you can imagine. You only need very personal things as toothbrush , swimsuits and everything else is there like beach gear( toys, chairs) kitchen fully equipped and by fully equipped I mean if you have it at home it will be there and if you do not have it at home you might find it there. I will skip location part because there is nothing else to add, I was only wondering if higher floor would give better view but I realized that I would mostly see water and nothing else but 6th floor let you see all the beach activities and plenty of water. If our vacation needs will not change we will be honored if the hosts let us stay again.

Beautiful location and views! Large, well-furnished balcony overlooking the gulf and 2 balconies with views of the Intercoastal Waterway. Gorgeous views of both sunsets and sunrises. Spacious condo with well equipped kitchen, ample beach accessories and updated decor/furniture. Good communication with owner - quick response to questions. Really enjoyed our stay!! Hope to return.

Lovely, spacious over sized 2 bedrom 2;5 bath, balconies facing both the Gulf and Intercoastal Waterway, so you could see sunrise and sunset! Nicely equipped with necessary daily items, like spices, plastic wrap and foil, tupper care, blender etc. Overall, a great vacation with a great view!

We all - grandparents, parents with two boys - had a great time in the condo. The location, the layout of the condo with views of the beach and the intracoastal side are super. The heated pool -85F- made it a full success for the boys, even on cool days around Christmas. We will be back if available next winter season.

It was nice that they had beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, beach towels. Everything you needed to go to the beach. Dishwasher wasn't working but was replaced. Matt was quick to respond to any questions. Beach is beautiful and condo is close to shopping, eateries.

Unbeatable location. Condo is terrific - large, with views and balconies facing BOTH the Gulf and the intercoastal waterway. Condo property is extremely nice - very clean and well kept. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub with salt water (no chlorine) are great.

This is an amazing condo, very generously sized for a 2 bedroom. The apartment was in good shape, all the furnishings clean and comfortable. The owner was confussed but very understanding about our need to pay electronically, it may have taken a considerable amount of time to send a check from the uk. We also required an early entrance on the day we arrived which seemed to be no problem. All in all a very nice condo, practically on the beach, great sunset views, good facilities, and close to a lot of shops, and restaurants very close by. I would recommend this to friends, and hope to return myself some day.

Once again ( our third stay) we had a lovely month of March at the condo in CBC. Matt once again was attentive to our needs and the condo was again ready for us upon arrival. We did our usual trips to Spring training baseball game,the condo is in a great location to visit many different parks. The view from the condo remains spectacular and we always enjoy just sitting on the balcony watching the water, shorebirds and the occasional pod of dolphins. Sand Key remains a quiet, peaceful area but minutes from multiple activities and great restaurants.

This condo complex is perfectly located on Sand Key Beach. Sand Key is a quiet beach that you will have to yourself almost every day. On the other hand it is only a mile south of Clearwater Beach with it's multitude of restaurant and entertainment possibilities. The Columbia Restaurant across the street from the condo is really top-notch. Walk to the Sand Key Shoppes closeby.
The condo itself is very clean and well-maintained. The description in the listing is accurate. The actual view from the condo is even more beautiful than the photos. The owner is very responsive and excellent to work with. It was a very enjoyable stay, well recommended.

We stayed at CBC in July , the place was clean and proper. The view was astonishing. It was well equipped and the service was great from Matt and Gail. The coffee maker shut down on the second day, they quickly responded by accepting to pay the replacement which I purchased. Which leads me to thing that any other inconvenience would have been handled quickly as well. The condo itself was very nice , spacious and clean. The building was well maintained with game rooms , library and meeting room. The pool was nice ,however why the kids can't play with a sponge ball in the pool remains a mystery. The beach is clammy unlike Clearwater's beach which has real sand but we quickly adjusted and had a great time.

Some people may question the likely ethics of an “online” transaction … specifically, can you trust that money will be returned after a cancellation, regardless of the situation? With Matt as the owner, undoubtedly the answer to this question is YES! They do, when they re-rent.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, unfortunately we had to cancel our reservation for this amazing condo. Matt was incredibly honest, understanding and quick to respond throughout the entire reservation/cancellation process. As soon as the condo was re-rented, Matt returned our reservation money. He has proven to be quite honorable in his promises.
One day, we hope to take that much needed vacation. And this is the first place we will look!!
