Located on Marquette's East Crescent Street, this 1910 vacation home in a quiet neighborhood is walking distance from nearly everything including the beach, the Third Street District and even downtown Marquette. Available for a few days, a week or up to a month - this Marquette rental house is great for a vacation within the city of Marquette. Completely Furnished Just bring your suitcase and relax in comfort as this comfortable temporary home has everything you need for your short term stay in Marquette. Three upstairs bedrooms provide a queen bed, full (double) bed and a twin bed to comfortably sleep 5. Much of the interior of this Marquette MI home was renovated in 2010 including new carpet on second floor, refinished hardwood on main floor, new beds, dressers, and paint allowing this house to truly feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was also updated in 2018 including a new vanity, flooring, and toilet. The kitchen flooring was also updated in 2018. There is also complimentary wireless internet available for your laptop or wifi enabled device, as well cable TV on the large living room television. This Marquette home is super clean as there is a no smoking and no pets policy in place. Our family stayed at the house while visiting our daughter, a student at NMU. The space was perfect! Comfortable bedrooms with plenty of room to gather in the living room or share a meal. Kitchen is well stocked.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Dale's place is close to everything, it was easy to walk or bike to the lake or places to eat. The house was lovely and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a blast! Our twin 3 year old boys had a ball playing in the fenced in back yard. The beach was breath taking and in walking distance. We will for sure be back!!

We visit the area almost every year and enjoyed the location of this home! A short walk or bike ride to the beach and bike path, or go into town by Third street. The three bedrooms fit our family well too.

Very nice 3 BR & 1 bath home. Everything was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and the living room was comfy. This is a great location within walking distance to beach and downtown. The only negative is 3 BRs are upstairs and the only bathroom is downstairs. But still a great place.

We caught the sunrise on the beach, enjoyed the local breweries, and went to a NMU hockey game without getting in our car. We also did some beautiful hiking within a short drive.
The house was perfect for our group. It was clean and well laid out. It had enough space, beds, towels, seating and dishes for all of us, and a kitchen stocked with essentials. If you have small kids or mobility issues, the bathroom situation might be a little tricky as it is located on the main floor of the house and the bedrooms are all upstairs. This was not an issue for us. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house. We had a great time.

The property was great for a quick get away to Marquette. Location was great and the house had everything we needed on a quite street. The backyard was even fenced in so we didn't have to worry about a kid escaping. We'd certainly stay here again.

My family loved this rental! Close to the beach and to shops, the kids and I explored Marquette while my husband utilized the workspace to work remotely. Beautifully decorated and local contact was easy to get in touch with and accommodating to our early check in request.
