MY 76 YR OLD HUSBAND HAD TO CLEAN SNOW AND ICE FROM FRONT DOOR AND PORCH BEFORE WE COULD UNLOCK THE FRONT DOOR. ITEMS WERE LEFT AT DOOR FOR SURE. DRIVE WAY WAS VERY ICY NEAR PORCH. DOORS ARE CRAZY IN UNIT.

Great property, but many maintenance issues impacted our stay - most notably, the refrigerator didn't work, and nothing was done during our 7 day stay. We had to use coolers/ice for the week.

The house is big and nicely furnished. Everyone slept comfortable and enjoyed themselves. Most of our time was spent outdoors during the day and then relaxing in the hot tub. The workout facility was perfect with the indoor pool for the kids to enjoy on a rainy day. The adults were able to get their workouts in in the morning on up to date equipment. I would recommend blinds on the French doors in the master bedroom. The sun felt like it was piercing my brain at 6:30am. No sleeping in for me on vacation. Otherwise the stay was fantastic and we can’t wait to come back to Deep Creek Lake.

This place exceeded our expectations-it was quite large, plenty of room for everyone. Very clean-a few things-we couldn’t get the back door to lock so we called a manager and they fixed it quite quickly. Unfortunately we had very noisy neighbors who partied well into the early morning...they were rude when we asked them to keep it down. Besides that it was a really nice weekend.

The property was great...we did not have the snow we had hope for over the New Years holiday, but we were able to walk to the open lifts and the home provided enough space for us to enjoy being in the home together. It was clean and the bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen and large dining area accommodated our needs, we had a full house. The back deck with the hot tub really helped since we were not able to ski as much as we hoped.
