This elegantly renovated condo is located in the highly desirable, gated Shorebirds community at Pajaro Dunes. It is a fully furnished 2 bedrooms, 2-bath unit sleeping 6 comfortably and is ready for you to enjoy. From the front door, you are immediately greeted with breathtaking views of Monterey Bay. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean where seals, dolphins and otters frequently play in the surf and the occasional whales swimming by can be seen from the comfort of the living room. This south facing unit is located on the third floor with a vaulted ceiling and extra windows bringing in warm, coastal sunshine. The unit is furnished with a California King in the primary bedroom. The second bedroom has a Queen and Twin bunk beds. The unit offers free Wi-Fi and a Smart 50-inch flat screen TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player in the living room. The primary bedroom has a second, 37-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings and views from inside the unit or stroll down the steps to miles of unspoiled beaches. The Shorebirds complex is adjacent to Sunset State Beach and is ideal for long walks, shell collecting and sand castle building. Other popular activities include surfing, boogie boarding, fishing or playing basketball, tennis, or pickleball on the community’s private courts. At night you can enjoy a bonfire on the beach or simply lull yourself to sleep with the calming sounds of the ocean waves. Additionally, you can enjoy day trips to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf, Carmel, Capitola, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk and several local wineries…all are just a short drive away. Eat in using our fully stocked kitchen and BBQ or go out to one of the many local restaurants in the nearby areas of Watsonville and Moss Landing. We love spending time at Pajaro Dunes and have tried to make this a comfortable home away from home. We hope you will enjoy everything as much as we do. We loved staying at this condo! The ocean view was spectacular. The kitchen was the best equipped we’ve had at VRBOs. Communicating with our host was fast and simple. The beds were very comfortable. We will be back!

This property is great!! The views are phenomenal and the condo is well stocked with plenty of everything! Beds are super comfy - we slept so well!
Check in was easy and the area is quiet and simple to navigate. We spent time in Monterey and Carmel during our visit - both abt 45 min drive away.
I’d highly recommend this condo. It’s everything we were looking for: clean, comfortably furnished, stunning views of the ocean. We hope to return !

We are a group of friends who have know each other since jr high and high school. We had a fabulous time. The condo is beautiful and welcoming. Access to the beach was conveniently close. The weather couldn’t have been better. I—will definitely come back.

This was a very well appointed condo our whole family loved. The kitchen is updated and stocked with necessary utensils and supplies. The beds were comfortable and the views outstanding. We will return on future trips to Pajaro Dunes! Thank you for a great stay.

Had an amazing time at the shore birds condo. The view was amazing. We spent hours watching dolphins and whales from the living room window.
The condo was very well appointed. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen as well stocked. And the location is amazing. I would definitely stay there again.

We've stayed at Pajaro Dunes several times before but this unit offered the best beach and ocean view. We loved falling to sleep each night to the sounds of crashing waves.

My boys attended the Porsche Renn Sport Reunion at Laguna Seca in Salinas. My sister and her son drove up from LA. The condo was a little far, 40 minutes away from the event, but it was so relaxing and tranquil that it was worth the drive. It was a lovely place. We hope to come stay again!

My husband and I needed a quick getaway during our travel work week. This condo is perfect. It is quietly tucked away with incredible views of the ocean. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and sipping wine. The only challenge is that it is so tucked away that it can be difficult to get in and out of due to traffic. This can be avoided if you can learn when the field workers start and stop work. Our experience was traffic was heavy at 7 AM and 3:30 PM. Also note, get groceries and provisions before getting to the condo so you can enjoy every minute while you are there.

Sandi’s place is one of the best at Pajaro Dunes. Everything is updated and clean. The kitchen is completely stocked and everything works perfectly. And did I mention the kitchen is beautiful? The unit has everything you may need, even beach chairs. The unit has a great view, you can see the waves crash on.the sand from inside the unit. Crack a window and you’ll fall asleep to the sound you of the ocean. The owner has thorough communication, and provided information about the unit weeks in advance. Our extended family was in another unit, which was nice but no where near a good as this place. We will be back!

We had a wonderful relaxing time at your condo. Got out of the hot central valley weather to the cool mornings and pleasant afternoons. Many beach walks and a fun time golfing. Thank you for your hospitality.

Had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the ocean view and fireplace. Very comfortable and and roomy. We made most of our meals in the well-appointed kitchen. 30 min in each direction to Monterey and Santa Cruz sites and beaches, but you get beach access right there, too! Our 3 boys slept comfortably in one room and we had a room to ourselves!

Our family of 4 loved our stay at this property. The check-in process easy. Very short walk (if you can even call it that) to the beach. The property comes as advertised. The owner is very kind and responsive. Plus, we found a lot of sand dollars!

The condo is very clean and is stocked with everything you could need. The view is amazing, with east access to the beach. A book was provided with all the information we needed. This was the perfect trip for relaxation and quiet.

Love love love!! Close to all Bay Area cities and attractions while being away from it all. We loved exploring the areas north and south but coming home to our beautiful beach views and sunset walks. The condo is clean and well remodeled with all the conveniences needed for a relaxing vacation.

This property is great and is just 1 hour from our home in SJ. It’s very clean with a view of the ocean. Beds are comfy and the owner/manager was very hospitable. We will come back again soon!

This was a wonderful condo. Really nicely furnished and well stocked with items you might need during a short vacation. Great showers and plenty of towels. Lots of space even for a family of 5. The owner is a great communicator and very responsive. The view of the beach is amazing. During our stay we were pleasantly surprised to watch otters in the ocean every afternoon. Even spotted a seal at one point … fun! Easy access to the beach for an evening stroll. I strongly recommend!

Nice cozy beach weekend with our teens. Loved using the binoculars to watch the birds and otters. We went to Monterey for a few hours one day. Then to Capitola and Santa Cruz the next day for a few hours. Pajaro dunes resort is the perfect getaway. It’s quiet. The uninterrupted stretch of beach is perfect for long walks. The condo had everything we needed. Kitchen is stocked well with spices, bowls, pans etc. Beds were good. Plenty of extra blankets. We will be back!!

We had a great time here. The place was perfect in term of location and cleanliness. We cooked 2 nights, and everything we needed was there. I love the showers, with the beautiful tile and great water flow.
But the best thing was when Sandi was kind enough to make sure we got home safely, because of the flooding☺️. I will definitely be back!
