Furnished with a new Tempur-Pedic mattress in the master bedroom, it is great for a relaxing getaway and a restful night's sleep. With a queen bed and a new bunk bed in the guest room, it is also able to accommodate the whole family. Enjoy some complimentary coffee or make breakfast in a fully equipped kitchen. Less than a one-minute walk to the beach, the beach access is literally right outside the condo door and you can have your toes in the sand in less than 30 seconds. The endless miles of private beach coastline await you to explore, with views that extend from Monterey to Santa Cruz. Loved the peaceful setting and beach. Condo was very clean and welcoming. Nice beds!

What a wonderful condo, a very short walk to the beach. Beautiful view of the bay. The beds were comfy and we slept well with the sounds of the ocean.
We do have a couple of suggestions that would enhance your beautiful Condo:
For the kitchen, you've got to supply cutting knives. There was one small serated knife (steak knife) I had to cut a cantaloupe, tomatoes, bread.
The carpet is dirty in some areas and actually torn up in several places as if a dog or cat was trying to get out.
Probably need some new towels. Some were rather worn and one was stained.
Thank you for renting to us and please consider those enhancements.

The entire team was very accommodating and helpful. We had a hiccup with our dates but they reacted swiftly and found us an alternative unit to cover our stay. Great communication, and excellent service!
